Solid. Just moved to HMB and this will become a regular– especially during football season!

Love to order from here! The chicken wings are my absolute favorite! The pizza is 95% excellent, however it has been a miss a couple times. I’d stay away from the burgers however as they come in a hoagie bun which to me makes no sense.

My son brought home a Greek pizza from this establishment, and it was REALLYGOOD. Very flavorful and absolutely loaded with ingredients. It had a thick crust, which was not soggy at all. It was so good, I had to look them up on Unilocal.I’m happy to see on their site that they deliver to my area — they will be hearing from me soon!

There’s three things about the hawaiian pizza we ordered. The texture of the cheese on the pizza made it taste good. The ham was also tasty. And they gave you a lot of pineapple. We also ordered a burger on french bread and it was solid.

We’ve enjoyed ordering Harbor Pizza for a very long time. 75% of the time it’s really good! I’ve been getting a feta, garlic, green pepper and fresh tomato pizza that is excellent. Unfortunately, 25% of the time it’s not so great. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu as we only get the pizza but I have friends who highly rate the burgers. I’d love to see them splash out $ 100 to jazz up the décor and give it a bit more personality. It’s definitely not much of a hang out spot — which is a shame because it’s a perfect sunset location. Perhaps advertising a special deal for parties at Quarry Park might be nice too? Otherwise party pizza options seem to be round table/straw hat but it’s cold on arrival… All in all, not a bad place and I’ll always go local instead of chain and give them a little leeway when they have an off night.

Great local pizza spot that opens relatively late for the coast. We love the Hawaiian pizza :)

My husband and I have both work in restaurant management, with pizzas on our menus. Harbor Pizza is my absolute favorite, in the Half Moon Bay area. I have tried other places in our area and have been sorely disappointed with service, as well as quality. The ingredients at Harbor Pizza are always fresh, the prices are very reasonable, the crust is delicious(I’m not usually into eating pizza crust; but theirs is super good), they always use just the right amount of sauce and cheese, and they’re generous on the toppings. I have never had a problem with the quality of their food. They generally quote us 45 minutes on our deliveries, and they have never been late(usually a few minutes early). They almost always throw in some packs of red peppers and parm, which I always forget to ask for. I’m a calzone lover, and boy, do they know what they’re doing with calzones! The customer service has always been great as well. The only«complaint» I have is one which I don’t believe may be remedied. I’m a mid-western girl that loves her plain green olives. I have discovered that green olives are almost non-existent in restaurants here, on the left coast. I would be as happy as a clam if this«rare» commodity were added to the menu! P. S. Don’t forget to tip your delivery person well!

I’m not sure what happened, but I ordered an extra large pizza with some additions to deliver, and the cost just ended up being so outrageously expensive. I really like Harbor pizza buut I felt a little uncomfortable having to shell out $ 40+ for just one pizza. I feel like this place would get more business if they did some deal on delivery costs or charged less.

We have tried several pizzas from Harbor Pizza and we have always been happy. It seems to be family owned and operated with extremely friendly staff. This only adds to it’s charm.

Mediocre food at best. Variety is there, but would be better if the quality was a bit more then cafeteria style food. Really want to like this place more but alas I can’t. I remember Harbor being really damn good at one point but that was over 10 years ago. I will try again and hope for better results — would be great if they got a chef in there that cared about the food.

This was accidentally the second time we ordered here. The first time was bad. This time looked more promising… But I could hardly bite through the cardboard crust and we thought the spinach tasted super strong– how is that possible? I liked the feta at first, but after one piece of hard salt pizza I was«over it.» Don’t bother.

Their pizza is simply the closest thing to New York pizza I can find on the peninsula. I make a point of picking up a pie here every time I run errands. And it’s the go to place when my old NY friends come to visit. Recommended without a doubt!

So I’ve been ordering pizza from Harbor for years. Ive been happy with their service and quality for as long as I can remember, but recently they’ve been coming up short. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. Generally, you don’t put BBQ sauce on too of marinara sauce, and that’s exactly what they did. It was a strange combination. It was lacking red onion, and had huge chunks of chicken unevenly spread across the pizza. And not to mention, for a medium pizza it was ridiculously over priced! So lesson learned: be very specific if you are ordering anything other then the usual cheese and pepperoni, or else you’ll be unpleasantly surprised!

If there is one thing the coast has, it’s mediocre pizza joints. This is another of them. OK, but don’t expect anything special.

It’s amazing how bad the pizza options on the coast are. Harbor was generally the safe option but not anymore. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza today which is always a risky choice and our risk was not rewarded. The bad Huge chunks of chicken when specifically asked for them to be small and edible. The only BBQ sauce on the pizza was on the chicken. The rest of the pizza had pizza sauce on it. No cilantro. Whole slices of tomato. Cheddar cheese. Huge slices of onion. Crust actually was the texture of cardboard The good It wasn’t cold You cannot mix BBQ sauce and pizza sauce. They do not work together and the use of them together is telling of how the rest of the food served will be. Sub par. It wasn’t even edible. Currently microwaving a quesadilla instead

I’m not sure what these negative reviews are about, but Harbor Pizza is the best pizza in Half Moon Bay! I’ve never had a bad pizza, and I’m a local and have had delivery & take out and it’s always super fresh and hot. The crust is crispy and the sauce is just right. This place is into making good food, not just good pizza. Their hamburgers are awesome as well. The staff is always courteous and the food is very affordable. You can’t miss with this restaurant.

I don’t know what happened… They used to make a decent pizza, but new dough…? It just is not that great and the price is to high. Great staff and quick delivery, so if there are no other options… Jeff

I just ate here for lunch. We split a medium Harbor Veggie(I believe) which was delicious! We tweaked it a bit — half of the pizza kept the regular pesto sauce while the other got red sauce, and we switched out feta for mozzarella. We both agreed that it was the first pizza we ate without feeling overly stuffed or unhealthy after. It had spinach, artichoke, and sun-dried tomatoes, and it worked really well with habanero hot sauce as well. It was pretty pricey for the size but yummy!

Simple = I really like their pizza. True, there are few options here on the coast. But I actually like it a lot. They have thin, «new york-style», crust. Way better than Round Table imo. Cheesy and greasy but not so greasy that you are grossed out. In fact — way less greasy than a lot of pizzas. I always prefer thin crust over doughy Chicago-style pizza so I like it. Plus they have various yummy toppings if you want to change it up, you can. They also offer pasta options on their menu which sound pretty tasty to me. I personally prefer my pizza simple — cheese and pepperoni, maybe mushrooms. If we go to the city, I’ll try a goat cheese and sundried tomato pizza or something but from normal pizzerias — I want good, simple cheese and pepperoni pizza. And these guys deliver(seriously — they really do deliver it to your house here on the coastside!) They are also very close to my house so *quick* delivery :)
