Worst drive thru ever, no leadership here over 15 min waiting! ended up leaving and asking for my money back.

This place is so unprofessional. I once drove up to this McDonald’s drive through around 9:30PM and it was closed. Which was kind of shocking, considering that they are supposed to close WAY later. I thought that MAYBE the drive through was temporarily closed. So I decided to park and dine in. As I approached the front door, there was a sign that said something about closing the place early because they didn’t find anyone that could work the night shift. What the heck? Really? So unorganized and so unprofessional. I don’t know if the employees refused to go in or if the manager didn’t schedule things accordingly. But that is so unprofessional. Imagine if doctor’s offices closed early because the doctor didn’t feel like seeing patients? Idk I just thought that was weird and I was mad because I really wanted a Mcflurry. I had to go to the McDonald’s on Valley, which is way further.

I went INSIDE to order ONLY an Egg McMuffin. It’s a Saturday AM, so I understand it can be a little busy. I waited 25 minutes… but once they called like 15 numbers ahead of my number. I knew something wasn’t right, so went up and said, «I have been waiting 25 minutes for one sandwich, and wanted to know if it was processed.» What’s the answer? No. Ugh. First time ever I went to McD with such a long wait time and horrible customer service.

Breakfast is not all day. Tried to order mcgirdle they said only during breakfast when it is available. I asked them about the flag and the Signs all over saying all day breakfast. They said only on select items.

The inside of this McDonald’s is okay. The tables are very sticky almost all of the time but everywhere else is pretty well kept. Prices are more expensive than other McDonalds in the cities around it(I paid almost $ 2 more for a small happy meal than at a McDonald’s in Arcadia). Makes you wonder what’s going on in this establishment. I would not recommend the attitude and extra cost that comes with going to this McDonald’s.

Young lady with the purple hair was very rude throwing my water cup she thought she gave me. My fries were not even filled all the way up. Should of taken a picture and complained but I started eating right away. My Saturday was ruined by these so called friendly workers.

I haven’t been to this McDonald’s since high school and I must say a lot has changed. I have been here twice recently to purchase the Minion halloween buckets. Let me tell you about my experiences. The first time I was there, I came on a Thursday night around 8 pm after calling them to ask if they had the buckets in stock. I had to wait about 5 – 10 minutes before an employee asked me what I wanted. The worst part was that there was no line at all, but it still took me forever to place an order. I asked for the minion buckets and they took another 5 minutes to get that for me. Also, the employee did not know how to ring me up and asked another employee if he could sell the bucket to me by itself. After I left, I realized that they didn’t give me the sticker cover that was suppose to come with the bucket. I was extremely disappointed. The second time, was a little better, I came in, waited about 5 minutes. The customer ahead of me even warned me to expect to wait a while because their service is pretty slow. I asked for the bucket and the employee got it for me and I was done within a minute, a big improvement from the previous time. Overall they need to have quicker customer service, after all it is a fast food restaurant. If they improve in speed and knowledge about the products they are selling, they will definitely be a more popular fast food spot.

Completely got my order wrong. I received the bread the egg and the cheese all separated on a plate when it’s supposed to be a sandwich. The cheese was melting on the plate by itself. I have never seen such a thing. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru as well.

The most horrible customer service experience ever. The wait time to order on a drive through takes like almost 30 minutes. As a approach the intercom to place an order, no body seems to respond. Then I move to the first window, I see Gothic lady with purple hair not even Haloween yet gigling laughing, she has the nerve to ask to back up my vehicle and place order. I responded i did try but nobody seems to answer. So mysterious lady who refuse to identify herself with her coworker with fat tatoo lady, treating me like dirt. They responded if you do not like the wait time then, I suggest you to go elsewhere. This is the last time i am going to this location# 10920. Never again, you just lost a customer. I ask for the Manager on duty, they refuse to provide such information. Where do you get these employee to begin with?

It’s currently 10:30 pm this place closes at 12 inside and 1am drive thru. It’s a mess! We get to the registers to order and the girls are talking and one of them is on theyre phone idk if the manager was present(blue shirt)&(some neck scarf thingy). They weren’t rude at all births place looks like a hot mess. There is food on the tables with trash. The floor are nasty. I guess we will just settle for this :(

If I could give no stars I definitely would. The other night I went through the drive thru and the lady was extremely rude. While I’m trying to place my order she cuts me off. I asked her did you mark my cheeseburger plain and she completely ignores me ans says what kind of drink. So I said I’m asking you if you heard me say plain cheeseburger and she says and I’m asking you what kind of drink. I couldn’t even believe how rude she was being. I told her your rude and I went to another place to eat with way better service. Of course when I called to complain no one answers the phone. Worst customer service ever! My family and I will never go back there.

From the parking lot to the dining hall the layout for this McDonald’s is weird. Looks much better on the inside than from the street. Appears to have been updated recently. Located next to Sam’s Club in El Monte.

I never fan of writing fast food review, but this one need to address it. I don’t understand why on earth some item like large fries cost $ 3 here, the other city nearby all cost $ 2, a $ 1 is just highway robbery. The soda machine was awful, most of the soda run out in middle of the day. All in all this is just awful Mcdonald.

This renovated McDonald is very busy, so service may be slow, but the staffs work hard and try their best. Please ask for Filet-o-Fish special $ 3 for 2. It is not advertised on the menu. McDonald in Irvine charges over $ 4 for 1. They also offer buy one get one free McCafe every day 2 pm — 5 pm.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not sure what I was expecting seeing as none of the employees were white or spoke English. The worthless fast food workers want better pay even though they provide terrible service. I say reduce their pay to match the quality I service, but that would mean I should receive a refund every time I eat there.

Was craving for an iced Caramel Mocha, ordered it with extra caramel. It totally hit the spot! It’s great that they have 2 drive thru lanes(Hey Rob A. your idea is much, much better, shhhh!). I’ll come back when I want more of that ice cold, sweet, creamy, bitter brew.

I think this McDonald’s is the unique one that has a diagonal line going through the Arches. Anyway, I was craving some french fries and we happened to past through this location. I like that there are two drive-thrus, which really makes it convenient if there are a lot of people. But eventually the lines do merge into one, I think. I was really put off by the price of the fries here! I’m an avid McDonald’s french fry eater, so I know that a large typically costs around $ 1.89 if not a little more or a little less. Either I haven’t been to McDonald’s in awhile, or this McDonald’s is jacking up their prices(I think it’s the latter), but I was super surprised when my total for a large fries, McChicken and a Shamrock shake came out to be around $ 8. I then looked at the menu and saw that the large fries were $ 2.69! Almost a dollar more than I had expected! What is that? I’m going into my local McDonald’s this week to see if the price of the fries really went up or if it’s just this location. Seriously… And the Shamrock shake’s whipped cream tasted really strange — like banana. I was a little put off by the taste. Nothing special about this McDonald’s, but it definitely didn’t make me feel like«I’m Lovin’» the food.
