Chose a 38.00 ice cream cake. took it to the register… girl asks me if I want writing on it… I said sure why not… when it comes time to pay she charges me 3.00 for customization on the cake(happy bday) without notifying me to begin with… the 3.00 coupon I printed online came to no use since she charged me 3.00 for customization(without letting me know)…she didn’t know how to use the coupon so the Indian owner dude had to assist her… my icecream cake was about to melt n I was losing my patience bc the 3.00 up charge already made me feel uncomfortable… I wouldn’t have been as angry if they told me I had to pay an up charge while asking if I wanted letters on the cake… but noooooo… they’re conniving selves just had to let go of a good customer. went to baskin Robins off of elkgrove florin road today for a cake and service was more professional and friendly. Had writing on the cake with no upcharge! yaaay! Go to elk grove florin road baskin Robins for a better experience if u want good icecream, service, and honesty!!! :)

It’s a Baskin-Robins. 31 flavors of chain ice cream goodness. Very standard, but still delicious non-the-less. Service is hit or miss. Nothing stands out as AWESOME or so bad I wanna call them out. It’s decent. Like their ice cream. Mint chip and rocky road will always be my favorite. Cheap scoops on Tuesdays. Yada yada yada. Customer service could definitely be better. Parking lot is hades.

For ice cream this business is not my first choice but I thought I’d try it as I always see Chuck check in just about every Tuesday. I thought to myself I must be missing out and I know they have a deal on Tuesdays where a single scoop of ice cream is 1.75 after 5 pm. And that’s cheap! After running around all over the place yesterday preparing for an event plus I already hit two dessert places earlier, I was still working up until nine pm that a sweet tooth urge came on. I checked Unilocal to see if they were still opened & luckily the hours were listed correctly! I have been burned before… haven’t you? We got to BR pretty quickly & there were some people inside having their meal plus socializing. This BR shares its area with Togo’s which can be quite convenient for their customers! I went ahead and asked to taste the nutty coconut first and it was not bad. I really was in a quandary bc I hadn’t been in BR in ages so I really had a difficult time deciding what to have because they had so many yummy choices!!! Well I finally decided to go with the nutty coconut and the salty caramel. OMG I was spot on with that second choice that I was very unhappy when it was gone! I tell you I will come back next week for at least two scoops of salty caramel. It was that amazing and that’s no joke. I can hardly wait:-) what are you waiting for? I knocked down a couple stars for the small area for parking as it is shared literally with other businesses there. I think the restaurant itself could use a remodel as it is not clean and fresh to me! That business has been there for at least twenty years! Well still that shouldn’t keep you from trying out BR ice cream. My mouth is just watering like crazy while I’m reviewing this! Maybe I’ll see you at BR!!!

Poor customer service. Unsanitary. Watched as they handled money, credit cards, and scooped ice cream with no gloves or hand washing. I won’t be going back here even if it is convenient.

Went in for a quick dessert and there weren’t any customers when I walked in. The server asked me what I wanted and I got a scoop of mint chip. I asked for a sample spoon instead of a regular spoon and she gave me a weird look and then put the sample spoon in the cup. She didn’t say the price of my ice cream just rang it up and waited for me to pull out cash. When she finished she handed me the receipt and went into the back since there weren’t any other customers. Not a nice visit and won’t be back anytime soon

This locations is combined with Togos Sandwiches. They have less selection of ice cream since another business shares the building. But ice cream is ice cream nothing different than a regular Baskin Robbins. Service is friendly and plenty of seating area inside. Parking lot is really small since it shares it with other businesses near by. It’s a good treat for kids or taking a hot smoking date lol.

Gotta love some Baskin Robbins from time to time. Always always always keepin it simple with rainbow sherbet on a sugah cone. I only come when I can roll up, send my teen daughter out to go get it and bring it to mama. =) !!! Of course I’ll be back from time to time when I’m in the mood. I do agree though that I do not really like this location and the people that run it. Owners are RUDE and DONOT appreciate their customers at all. I’ve seen others who agree that customer service is poor here.

Convenient location. I come here whenever I’m for their Cappuccino Blast! Sooo delicious, but quite pricey(even more than Starbucks!). It’s made with Baskin Robbins ice cream, so that’s why it’s so GOOD! My favorite sandwich at Togo’s is the Turkey Avocado! YUMMM! I LOVE avocado. I’m pretty boring when it comes to sandwiches. I always tend to order turkey for some reason. I always order the Turkey Avocado with less turkey and more avocado because it comes with so much meat! The bread is nice and thick, so I’m always stuffed and satisfied :)

I brought my 1 year old and 3 year old to have lunch at Togo’s on Laguna and Franklin and found it to be not kid-friendly and pretty dirty. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a salad and asked for 2 cups with lids for water for my kids. They cashier was going to charge .50 each for the small cups and wasn’t even going to mention the fee. I overheard her tell another employee that cups were. .50 charge. I didn’t mind paying for the cups, although I think it’s poor business, but I was especially annoyed that they weren’t going to tell me. Then I went to get a high chair for my 1 year old to sit, but one of the two high chairs they have is broken(the wood has split apart, it is not suitable for any child to sit in safely) and the other has hardened melted icr cream with mold growing on it on the seat. I ask one of the girls to please clean that seat for us to use and she very slowly meanders over, looks at it, and says«oh it’s just ice cream» as if she doean’t notice the fuzzy gray mold growing on it. Again, not a huge deal but pretty irritating that she tried to pass it off as if I was overreacting to just a little ice cream spill. She had to really scrub to get it off, indicating it was not from today but had probably been there awhile. On a positive note, I bought my kids a scoop of ice cream after their lunch and the guy behind the ice cream counter was nice.

Came here twice to get Blasts and cakes. The first visit, the worker didn’t know how to make a Cappuccino Blast and Chocolate Blast, so that took 15 minutes to complete the order. The second time I came, they ran out of chocolate ice cream! =O You got to be kidding me! Afternoon Sac heat and run out of basic ice cream flavor!!! Might as well just go to Jamba next time instead…

Pretty good combo to have sandwiches and ice cream at the same place. Dollar Tuesday is the best day at BR. I just wish that BR had a better selection of ice cream. I would rather take it to go than dine in.

EVERY Single Tuesday my kids go to school with the anticipation of DOLLARTUESDAY at Baskin Robbins when I pick them up after school. We go straight to Baskin Robbins when we leave their school. The kids ride in the back of the car holding their dollar bill which they will use to get a kids size single scoop of ice cream. The three favorite choices are 1) cotton candy 2) rainbow sherbet or 3) vanilla. In that order. ;-). We order a kids scoop in a cup, the kids pay the guy, say thank you and then we take a quick picture) holding their cups of ice cream inside baskin & Robbins) to text to family and friends. The same guy is always there and waits on us, he remembers us and is nice. I took away 1 star because they frequently do NOT have our number 1 favorite-cotton candy. It’s a good thing that my kids don’t have a fit when it’s not available and just move on to the second favorite on the list! I hope dollar Tuesday at baskin Robbins never ends! ;-)

Went for dessert after dinner at Super Taco and was grossed out at how dirty the place was! All the tables were dirty. The place only had a couple of patrons when we walked in so it wasn’t like they were too busy to clean… I ordered a coffee blast and the owner who was waiting on me split it all over the working counter he was working on… didn’t even bother to inform me what he did he proceeded to clean it up with a filthy looking towel. He starts making a new blast, when he looks for lid to the blender, he finds it in the dirty sink, doesn’t bother to rinse it off and puts it on the blender! He hands me the blast with the sides of the cup all dripping with part of the drink and walks away! I had to ask for napkins because the dispenser was empty… I was too sickened to even drink it! NOT going back…
