Panda Express

One employee in particular needs to be taught customer service. I won’t name any names, but come on. The first time I interacted with her she was yelling at the employees. The second and third time I tried to interact a bit, but she was cold and robotic.

This Panda Express is the worst one in the area. Smaller per-​portions than the others I have been to. Frowning service and I been there to many time with the wrong order. While I was there a lady complained something was in her food and the team at this particular establishment liked irritated like they have seen that many times before. There I feel the customer is always wrong. The cook does his job but he rest of the team is horrible. Please do not go there anymore that place needs to close down because apparently the manager/​owner does not care about us people that want to enjoy the food in a proper per portion. I will spend the extra gas money and go else where.
This only goes out to the Panda Express on the corner of Floren and calvine. I been to others and have had no issues with them.
To my neighbors please try the one on the other end of calvine near the target because they are better.

Came in at 9PM for orange chicken, they were already closing down and didn’t want to make more. They even don’t close until 10:30PM. Very disappointed at the laziness.

The girl with the red bow, I think Mexican? Good job on all the hard work, I give you 5 stars. However on management knowing you have a rush and dinner times? You should make sure the floor is fully staffed. Also drink machine is out of syrup.

I’d hate to write bad reviews and I rarely do, but I felt this one was EARNED. I’ve been to other Panda Express locations and the staff was always friendly, but this location is by far the worst in terms of customer service even after a few visits. I won’t name names. My server was ridiculously rude and impatient. I order the same thing every time and there was no one else in line. As a business owner, I’m baffled as to how Panda Express or any business of that matter would allow someone with a negative attitude who treats customers poorly to work for them.

I’ve recently gone to this location twice and both times the servers were rude and disinterested. As a result, they didn’t get the order right and when I pointed it out, they insisted it was correct and argued with what I was telling them.
Save yourself the frustration and go to the location at Stockton Blvd and HWY 99 instead.

This is our go to Panda Express. Went the other night for a early dinner pick up. Two girls super friendly and sweet helped us were not always easy, everything always looks amazing! I never question service here we always get the best! This visit at the end I asked if their was sweet sauce in the bag for the rangoons, she responded no how many would you like, real quick I said 2. I have to say we would have been a little disappointed if I hadn’t asked and gotten the sauce, this was a first so it does not affect our family going back, mistakes happen. We love this place!

This place used to be so good years ago but now, every time I’ve gone which hasn’t been much, the quality of the food is horrible. I used to love the Orange chicken and now it’s just a disappointment. Not to mention it made me feel sick to my stomach every time I ate it. Haven’t been back in a long time & don’t plan to.

Placed and order online for a Large Eggplant Tofu. My order confirmation and receipt said order will be ready at 8:21pm. I come in at 8:25 and for some reason I get told my online order didnt go through even though I have an email receipt stating i paid in full and my order was ready. Ive had a bad experience here before numerous times and I made the mistake of coming back. Whats the point of ordering and paying online when you have to come to the store and wait another 15mins for them to cook your entrée. Next time id rather drive an extra few miles to the next Panda Express instead of coming to this one. Not only is their service horrible but their online ordering system doesnt work.

Management here sucks. Businesses are built on customer service.
Called ahead to ask for a quote on party trays for broccoli beef and mushroom chicken. Person on the phone says $ 33 per tray. Suggested I go online and make the order so I looked. Online it said $ 37. Found that odd so I decided to go to the store. When we got there it seemed to match the website price. Asked them what happened to the quote on the phone they said oh sorry didn’t know the new price.
Ordered honey walnut too and they said $ 40. Okay so maybe some are more expensive. Not bad. Then Jen our server asks her manager Martha and she says it’s $ 45. Okay still not bad but that’s pushing it because we are now way above the original $ 33 they told me when I called just 30 minutes earlier.
We finally are ready to pay and the bill looks even higher than what they just told us. I look at the receipt and the honey walnut came out to $ 52!?! They said oh sorry again we don’t know the new prices. How can you not know? It’s your job to know! I can understand if you told me up front what the price actually was so I can decide to buy or not to buy but to be surprised as I ordered is just unprofessional. Please get your act together.
Probably won’t go back to this location.

If you don’t want to wait in a long line, don’t go to this panda. They only have one person serving food at all times! Employees are slow!

Me and my cousin went in to get food right before closing and they had gotten rid of most of the food but the people working (I think their names were David and Ricky) were beyond kind and offered to cook more food for us if they didn’t have the food item (s) that we would like, even though they were closing and cleaning up most of their dishes. They were really nice and the place was super clean! Excellent customer service!

Good food. Today the orange chicken was a bit spicier than usual. Service is normally swift unfortunately I didn’t find that experience today. When we arrived there were only 2 patrons ahead of us. It took us 10 minutes to get to cashier then took an additional 15 minutes
This isn’t normal foe this site after taking we minutes there from start to finish the line to order food was to the door!

Disappointed with the service. Told me it would be a ten minute wait for the orange chicken, but the next customer that came in was given the rest of the orange chicken in the dish. Apparently was enough for a bowl for her but not for me.

Fresh is key. Decent quality is their cornerstone. Consistency is why I return.

I love this Panda Express! It is by far my favorite location. The staff is always very nice & gives generous portions. The place is clean w/​plenty of places to sit. Although the food should be the same @ each location, the food here is always good & fresh. I ate @ another location before & the food wasn’t as flavorful!

Typical Panda express fare, but on occassion they leave the selections on the steam table a bit long. Last time I was there the Orange chick was tough and dry, time beofre the chese rangoons were rubbery. So check it out by tasteing before you buy

This Panda Express is always clean and it has plenty of parking in the parking lot. The customer service here is always friendly and they do serve delicious and fresh choices.
IMHO, it is the best Panda Express in Elk Grove.

It’s alright. I love the walnut shrimp, but they always charge me extra and I always feel like I get jipped on the amount the scoop on my plate. The food could have been warmer I think too.
