I originally wanted to get a drink from Starbucks but the line(as per usual) was wayyyy too long and I really was not in the mood to wait. So I decided to go too Gloria Jeans & it was a good choice. There was no line, the woman who took my order was super nice and the drink I got which was the Pistachio latte was perfect.

I’m a huge Starbucks fan! Stopped in this place while at the Mall waiting for Macy’s to open. I was happy I did stop in the coffee was really good. Will stop in here again if I need my coffee fix while in Queens Center Mall.

Love this place. I barely find Gloria jeans in NY but living in Guam half my life and island hopping around the pacific islands Its pretty popular in the area. I’m not much of a dark coffee drinker but I love sugary sweet drinks such as fraps, chai’s, teas and shakes and they have an amazing selection. They also have specialty drinks depending on the holidays so keep a look out. Aside from coffee they have selections of cakes, cookies, muffins, and all sorts of sandwiches and snacks to go along with your order of coffee. A little bit on the pricey side.

This location sits inside Queens Center Mall. While a personal stylist for three hours, party of two I was near passing out from pure exhaustion. Food was not on my mind but two of tea each at $ 1.35 and most especially a seat to rest for several minutes were in dire need. Seating is limited but suits my needs for this weary spirit.

Gloria Jean is a front for Hillsong Church, a pentecostal church based in Australia, and known for human rights violations. They’re classified as a cult. Stay away!

Gloria jeans does have great coffee. They do serve a less acidic and smoother coffee overall compared to starbucks. I give 5 stars purely on the product, service like any other coffee shop is mediocre.

I’ve only been there three times. During my first visit, the girl behind the register seemed to be having a bad day and didn’t care who knew it. We all have bad days, so I didn’t wanna hold it against her. Second time, no problems; smooth transaction. My last, LAST time visiting this place was this past weekend. Ordered my crème brûlée flavored frappucino thingie and waited off to the side. The youngish female behind the counter who prepared my drink called out its name and I said, «right here. Thank you.» A moment later when she nastily says, «HERE» and slams my beverage on the counter. You’d think I’d stolen her puppy or her man or something! She was just too… nasty. Not even a «here you go» or «here you are», «here’s your drink»… Just«HERE»! It’s very much about how it was said. Just unnecessary, unprofessional and rude. I’m wonderin’ if it was the same funky attitude havin’ chick who took my order the first time I went to Gloria Jean’s? Since I’d already paid, I just picked up my drink and went on my way. Afterward, I was kicking myself for not asking to speak to a manager and/or asking for my money back. Gloria Jean’s can eat a fat one. Next time I wanna pay too much for a delicious cup of java goodness, I’ll go to Starbucks. Their coffee, not to mention their customer service, is better anyways.

This place is inside the Queens Mall. Yes it is a chain like starbucks, and yes their stuff is just about as pricey. The service is comparable also. I’m not quite sure why I prefer them a little bit over Starbucks perhaps it’s because there’s less of them. Anyway I love their frozen coffee drinks. Yes I know they have tons of calories, but they are worth each and every one.
