We have been eating at B dubs for many years(in Michigan long before they made it to Ca.) this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Arrived around 7:30 Saturday night June 11th. We were promptly greeted and shown to a table in the ¼ full dining room. After 8 – 10 minutes, Kaycee stopped by our table. She let us know she was helping out our server Megan, and was going to get us started with drinks. After another 10 minutes we still had not even been greeted by Megan, but the party of 8 – 10 that came in after us and was seated next to us, had been greeted, and had their order taken(by Megan). At this point we are getting upset, and flagged down a manager, and explained our experience so far including that while Kaycee had stopped to take our drink order, it had now been approximately 20 minutes since our arrival, we still didn’t have drinks, and had yet to be acknowledged by our server. The manager went to the bar and picked up our drinks, as he was bringing them to our table, Megan was right behind him. After she helped him deliver our drinks, she did take our order but never even acknowledged that we had been waiting. A few minutes later Drew(the manager we flagged down) stopped back by our table and let us know he would be leaving, but that the other manager and Megan would be available if we needed anything. 45 minutes later, we have now been here for over an hour and we finally got our food. I am a server in a steak house, and 45 minutes for buffalo wings in a restaurant that is ¼ full is ridiculous, my guests do not wait 45 minutes for a well done steak. The other manager did stop by our table to ask how our food was, but Megan never did. So having finished our drinks that we had had for more than 45 minutes(we’re eating buffalo wings here, we might need a refill) we flagged Megan down and asked her for refills, which she did bring right back. But when we got our check, we were charged for refills at $ 4 a lemonade X 4 people! Ouch, Megan neglected to mention B dubs new policy of charging for refills. After again complaining to the manager, she took zero responsibility, and with a shrug, said she wasn’t sure why, but it had been a strange night and discounted our check. The service here was terrible, and we surely won’t be back.

Had a small birthday dinner here for my 21st and our server Kacey made it so much fun. She had great drink suggestions and posed for funny pictures when she carded me. I ended up having a great birthday out of a Monday night! I had been to a few other BWWs but I’ll definitely make the drive to this one for the fun atmosphere and staff!

Actually went to Indian restaurant next door to this place but decided to get a beer 1st. So we went in ordered 2 local IPAs & chili caso appetizer. This is were they dropped to 2 stars. Appetizer was cold(melted cheese dish). Then my beer had something black floating in the foam.(sent it back). Waitress was good. Beer too(second time around). Lots of people there but play off basketball game was going on so… I’ll go back again as they have a good selection of beer. Think I’ll sit at the bar next time & watch.

They do wings well. They have a lot of beers on tap. They have a lot of tvs. Their service is awful, even at the bar. Even though there are tables open the hostesses may forget you are waiting for a table. Try for immediate service at the bar, wait for 7 minutes before eye contact is made. Bartender is quite poor. Hefty waitresses try but fail to provide decent service. Doesn’t matter though, we will return since we like wings beers and tvs.

Worst customer service ever! My family and I got to the restaurant around 8:00pm and didn’t get asked to be seated til 15 min later. During our experience there it just got worst and worst. There was maybe 7 other tables being waited on and 9 waitresses. It was extremely dead. Neither one of them even came to check on us. They were all to busy hanging out with each other and talking. I highly recommend to never visit Buffalo Wild Wings here in Encinitas! They do not care about their customers at all and to busy standing around making minimum wage and complain about it cause they aren’t smart enough to get a real job

I ate here two times. Both times, the service was slow. The second time, the chair and menu were quite sticky. Many items at this restaurant have soy, even things that you wouldn’t expect. For details, you can go to the company’s website and view the PDF.

Just ordered a burger drink and fries here at Buffalo wild wings And I don’t know what all the hype is about. I thought their burgers were just OK and maybe even a little undercooked. Their fries actually were pretty tasty, Not too much salt and not too much oil. It’s definitely really busy in the restaurant but again I really don’t know what all the hype is about.

I go here once a week for quality wings. Highly recommend snack size, medium, extra wet. Get mozzarella sticks as an appetizer during happy hour. Service is pretty good and you wouldn’t really expect them to have good food, but it totally is. Giving this 5 stars just because I come here so often and what I get is good. I’ve tried a few other things that haven’t been the best(flat breads and stuff), but the wings are what they are known for and they are pretty good for a post work or after school snack.

No prices listed on their website and the altered photos have removed anything showing prices. This place smells of corporate suckiness. So sad, too bad. Ps, the only thing worth getting here are the wings. The only thing.

I got the food to-go so I can’t rate the waiter service, but the two ladies working at the hostess stand were great– they stopped their conversation as soon as I walked in to help me. The food was ready when I got there, which was great because nothing is worse than ordering food to-go and then it not being ready when you get there. The order was perfect, Caribbean Jerk and Asian Zing have to be two of the best inventions of all time, although I’m pretty intrigued by the temporary Mumbai Masala flavor. And whoever came up with 75 cents per boneless wing on Thursday nights should probably be considered for sainthood. In my humble opinion.

Meh. Everyone knows the positive, TVs everywhere. I love all the wing sauce selections I just wish the wings were tasty. The boneless wings it’s 80% breaking with a tiny cube of chicken in the middle. I’ve had better here but tonight it was all blah, the service, the wings were hard & dry. Won’t be back. Kudos to the manager for checking on us.

Our wings came out pretty fast when we ate here last night. They have a variety of sauces(wet and dry) to choose from. They have plenty of tv’s to watch different sports games here. Got the fried mushrooms and they were okay. The only down part is that it’s expensive

There is plenty parking at this restaurant so even when it is very busy you will be able to find parking which is nice. I have been to this location a few times and the wait has been different teach time. During the week there isn’t much of a wait which is nice. On the weekend you may have to wait a while if you come with a group on Friday or Saturday night. I like that they have the UFC Fights for free, but make sure you come really early other wise you might be stuck standing watching the fights. The nice thing is if you are stuck standing for the fights the waiters will come by and serve you so you aren’t completely out of luck. All times i have come there the chicken isn’t dry like other locations and they sauce the chicken just right. I am a big fan of the spicy garlic, spicy bbq, honey bbq, and regular buffalo sauce. The boneless wings are the way to go when ordering wings so you don’t have to deal with getting too messy. Overall probably one of the best B3’s in the San Diego area if you are looking for one to go to!

Not sure why we keep coming back, but I think this will be the last time. We like to go out with a group usually about twice a month. We see the same pattern every time. The place is dirty, the tables always need to be bussed and the bathrooms seem that have never been checked. We don’t think anyone cleans up there, makes us nervous about the kitchen. There is always an «issue» with the kegs and drink service is slow. It took us 45 min to get our food and it’s not busy late at night. You also have to wait for silverware after you get your food. As other reviews have stated, your server is always missing and we never see the same people working there. Something needs to be done about the management there, the place has potential! I guess we will keep checking Unilocal to see if it is safe to ever come back.

Great food and good service. Came here on their .75 cent boneless buffalo wing night which is on Thursdays. Really awesome deal. Hubby got about 20 different wing flavors and the total came to around $ 20. The ranch and blue cheese are an extra .60 cents a piece I think since you’re not getting a full meal. But still, a great deal. I only had a few bites of his different flavors but I really liked the Parmesan garlic wings. Would come back just for that. I docked a star because(ok, I’m going to feel really old here) it was super ridiculously loud. I know it’s a sports bar, but with the t. vs, and the loud music, and the loud people combined made it really difficult to have a normal conversation. At one point, the waitresses turned the music up to where I was just like«this is ridiculous» lol. I will still return on Thursdays for their deal Now that I know what I’m getting myself into ;)

Love the food! Probably my favorite wings restaurant. But the servers there don’t really pay attention to you.

I typically love BWW(or as we call it at work, B-dubs) but this one has left me slightly disappointed. I’ve never had any issues with the food. The chips and chili con queso dip is a great way to start things off. I always go for the boneless wings — a little less messy, but just as tasty. My favorite flavors are the parmesan garlic and buffalo dry rub — paired with some blue cheese dressing, I’m a happy camper. However, the service here is pretty disappointing. Last time we came in, we got seated in the bar area, which is cool. lots of sports games going on and plenty to watch while you’re waiting for your food. However, the sound was cranked up so high that any sort of reasonable conversation was impossible. I asked the waitress if it could be turned down a bit, and she did which was great. Food came quickly, but the biggest issue was that our drinks sat empty nearly ¾ of our time there. Once our food was dropped off, I never saw our waitress again. I had our empty cups on the edge of the table hoping that our waitress(or anybody for that matter) would get the clue and refill them — never happened! Out of frustration, I finally got up and went up to the bar and was able to get my soda refilled. My wife’s iced tea was left empty since they don’t have it at the bar itself — only at another drink station. Finally, a manager was flagged down and we did get the iced tea refilled. After another long wait, we finally got our bill and got out of there. I have no clue what the waitress was doing the rest of the time, but we hardly saw her in the dining area at all. The restaurant was less than half full, so it wasn’t like they were that busy. In any case, I’ll be back because I do like the food, but the service needs a LOT of improvement.

Left disappointed again. Go somewhere else unless you have no access to a particular sporting event. Let me start with some good: They always play the UFC’s and you can usually get a table. There are lots of screens, they put variety on, and the viewing angles are great. The wings are ok, but they implemented a new pricing and serving tier which makes them over $ 1 a wing unless you buy 20. We got the basket of fries first with cheese. You would think a basket of french fries with baked cheese would come out for $ 6. Nope. It was a very small order of fries in a cardboard tub, a few sprinkles of cheese on top, then microwaved. Major disappointment. Next we got the nachos. Who can fuck up nachos at a sports bar? Well, the chips themselves were good. Came with almost no cheese or other condiments other than a few jalepenos. I ordered the chili on the side since my lady is veggie. Came out in a small paper ketchup side. After 2 appetizers of barely any food, we both went with the burgers. She got a bean burger, I got a cheeseburger. I asked for it medium rare, which the waitress said they all come that way. Check the picture. This fucking carcoal burger came out blacker than Wesley Snipes with a tan. The waitress, over our 2.5 hour stay, came by 3 times in total. The last time we had to flag her down and ask. We paid our $ 60 bill for 2 fit non fatsos and left hungry and just overall deflated by the value. I dont understand the level of service and quality of this place. The manager is always very accommodating and seems to know his shit. He always has a great attitude and brings a fun energy to the place. It just seems so contradictory from the level of experience we get out of this place. Yes, it is just a BWW, but its disappointing to know this place could do so much better. Save the time and money and go to Tower 13 down the road.

We came to watch the Rousey v Correia UFC fight, and BWW came through with the perfect service & atmosphere. We arrived early enough to snag the last table in the bar, where they play the volume even before the main ticket events. The patio also plays full volume from early on, but the dining room doesn’t start the sound til the headlining fights begin. Plan to arrive pretty early if you want a bar or patio spot. We really appreciated the manager Spencer & hostess Sierra going out of their way to accommodate seating our party. Service in general was very attentive. The staff was well-organized & calm even though the place was jam-packed to capacity, and they looked to be having a good time too which definitely translated to the guests. The crowd was super fun & got really into the fights. Someone even did the BWW spicy wings food challenge between rounds! Food is solid, and I recommend the asian zing & spicy garlic boneless wings. Beer selection was a bit limited since they ran out of some drafts early, but our waitress was very accommodating & let us sample a few kinds before making a selection. Overall this was by-far the best BWW/UFC watching experience I’ve had. I’ll be returning in the future.

Forgive me diet for I have sinned. Wow! I kinda forgot how much I love wings but always watching my weight, I just don’t come here often. Last night — I cheated. Hubby and I had 20 wings, a BBQ rib sampler and an order of BBQ potato chips with pulled pork which was out of this world yummy. Great service, everyone came around including management to make sure our dinner was perfect and besides eating way more than I should, this was a great wing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Supremely delicious experience.
