Visiting from Phoenix and must say this place is a great little stop. Great lasagna special and free medium pizza with beer special!

Have come by with the family a few times and each time we enjoy the food and attentive staff. An honest pizza.

The pizza here is pretty weak and nowhere near as good as other pies in the area like Blue Ribbon or Bongiornos. The crust was super bland, the sauce forgettable and the toppings borderline pizza hut. Big letdown. Wanted to like it too ’cause the server was nice enough and the place is kinda cool.

The Greek Salad was good. The Carnivore Pizza was good. I’m pretty particular about my sausage b/c I don’t like my meat too fatty or gristly, but I remember the meat being pretty good. Parking wasn’t the best, but for the area it is to be expected. Service was good. No real complaints. It is worth a visit.

This place is right on Coast Highway and when I stopped in I was very happy to learn they served pizza by the slice. I ordered two slices with pepperoni and a drink for $ 6: a great deal. The two pizza slices were large and came with an average amount of toppings, but with large tasty pepperoni slices.( ). The sauce was made in house and was pretty good. A little sweet and tang but more neutral with a easy amount of herbs. I like the moisture level of the crust. It was a simple thin variety but the only issue was that it did not hold up well to the toppings( ). It was flimsy and not crisp, so my eating turned into a fork and knife experience until I got to the upper crust. In the end, the two slices were very satisfying and for the price, and very good deal for a couple of slices of East Coast pizza. Oh yes, add some dried oregano to your slices, it sure livens up the flavor( ). The gent running the place while I was there was cool. I sat at the bar and noticed they had some great beer deals, including PBR and Coors Light for only $ 2. A good item to keep in my back pocket.

Came in on a late night Friday night. When we entered we were able to pick a seat wherever we wish. It decided to grab a booth in the back by the TV. We ordered the beers and garlic knots as our appetizer. Very filling($ 4) and plentiful. Comes with a side of marinara sauce. We ordered a ½ and ½ pizza. I ordered the supreme(meat and veggies) and the fiancée ordered the margarita pesto. The pizza was thin crust and came out hot on a pan. It was good! Small establishment with a homey feel. There’s TVs so it’s great to catch a game!

Delicious pizza and even a gluten free option. The beer selection is pretty limited and a little on the pricier side. The salads are tasty and worth a go, but also more expensive than your typical shrubbery. The place is quaint and good for a small group or an intimate date. The staff is friendly and attentive. Make your own pizza or go for the BBQ chicken pizza, it’s awesome.

Im not a fan of NY Style pies, but this place was pretty okay. I think I’d head elsewhere before coming back.

Wow is all I can say about Encinitas Puzza Company!!! What a find! My husband and I went here once and we’re regulars now. I didn’t like pizza because it always tasted like cardboard… tasteless. I LOVEENCINITASPIZZACOMPANYPIZZA!!! THEYUSEFRESHEVERYTHING! And the sauces are out of this world. The owners are Philly transplants and man do they cook some mean Italian food! I can even eat the pizza dough! It’s an easy going pub/restaurant thats laid back but with awesome service. Try the Lasagna which is the best I’ve tasted… even better than my mother-in-laws, sorry Mama Maniscalco! OMG and the spinach salad is addictive! It’s the best pizza, beer and Italian food place in the area. And I’ve tried them all! Please don’t miss out on this one! See you there! Judy

No service whatsoever, no acknowledgement at all, completely ingnored. walked out of place after sitting down for 15 mins and the guy with the white rubber glove on never acknowledged our table, never even said«hi» or «i’ll be right with you». No excuses, it was completely rude, was it because we were two ladies and you’re just a kook? They were not busy in fact they were the only restraunt in town that wasn’t. Gee I wonder why.

I want to give Encinitas Pizza Company more than four stars, but I’ve only been to the restaurant once but ordered delivery many times. I would actually call EPC my go to for delivery in the area if you’re too lazy/buzzed to drive to get food. My friend and I first came here last summer to get a couple of sammiches to take to the beach. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and she got the Sub 101(Turkey, bacon, swiss). We packed them away in our cooler and headed to the beach. They were still hot and delicious once we laid out our blankets and got settled. While I’m not from Philly, I can appreciate a good cheesesteak and this thing, at no point, let me down. The meat was cut super slim, the cheese was gooey, and the veggies were cooked just right. Great stuff. The Sub 101 was damn tasty as well. My fiancée and I have had a few weekend afternoons where we were cleaning the house and having some cocktails until we realized we didn’t have food and we were not able to drive. Encinitas Pizza Company to the rescue! The four or so times we’ve ordered from them, they’ve been prompt and the food has been piping hot. My last experience was to bring a couple of friends to the actual restaurant for pizza and beers. I’m not sure if this was a happy hour deal or if it’s all the time, but if you order a pitcher of beer, which they have a good selection of local and other craft beers, you get a free pizza(medium I think). We upgraded to a large for a few bucks more. Throw a salad in and the four of us got full and had a couple of beers for about thirty-five bucks. Not too bad. The restaurant itself isn’t huge, but it’s neat inside. Lots of wood and some bar neon. They have some of the typical chotskies on the wall. The atmosphere is super casual. Pretty typical of a beach town. Good stuff. Try it out.

Hands down one of the best pizza place in Encinitas and the cool this is its right off the 101 so you can people watch and enjoy some tasty food at this hidden gem! Its a small nice rustic restaurant and has very limited seating. Pretty much it can only occupy up to 20 people in this establishment. Its a little confusing when you walk in because their is two entrances, one of the main entrance is their bar seating area which looks into the kitchen and the other side is their restaurant part where YOU would want to sit:) You seat your self here, so I picked the biggest table which was closest to the street. I was greeted immediately and he helped walk me through their nice table mat size menu. I ordered their antipasto salad and 2 slices of pizza in which I added several different ingredients! I liked how small and cozy this place was and it was nice to have lunch with a friend and just chit chat while looking out from their big open window. The salad finally came and it was definitely a huge plate of healthyness haha. You could definitely share this salad with up to 3 people! Finally the pizza came and those too were also pretty darn good! The slices are huge as well… and to tell you the truth I only finished one slice! and I thought I was really hungry since I was still recovering from a hangover haha but they definitely nailed it when it came to stuffing my belly:) Overall, service was great. Food was delicious. and my friend was pretty happy too! So for that, I definitely recommend you come have a pizza here whenever your in Encinitas! And I, myself will be coming back here too!

The places is just a little spot on the 101 but it is defiantly worth the stop! The places has a friendly atmosphere, and a fun vibe. And the pizza is worth every penny! Plus they have deals which makes it that much better. I had the carnivore(meat lovers) I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The topping ratio was excellent they really load then on! But not so much that you lose the other elements. The sauce is tomatoey and balances everything else. The crust has a good crunch and holds up well but it’s not so tough that you have to naw on it. All the ingredients were too notch and they seemed to have a good beer selection. The only slight draw back was the time it took to get the pie but… You can’t rush quality! I will defiantly be coming back for more pizza and maybe some other dishes.

Came here last night for the first time. I was very happy with how nice the staff was. It was a very laid back place but it never felt like anything was unprofessional. I had the margarita pizza and Hawaiian pizza. I would suggest the margarita pizza though! The food came out fast and we were checked on a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Our waiter even had our to go boxes ready before we asked! I’ll be back!

A good, honest, unpretentious pizza joint. My kind of place. Small operation – seemed like just a couple of guys running it – and a nice low-key atmosphere. If you want more expensive and fancier pizza there’s Blue Ribbon and its obligatory, standing 1 – 2 hour wait across the street – but with the small but interesting beer selection with quality microbrews on tap and that free one-topping medium pizza with the pitcher of beer deal – I have a feeling it might be this place that gets the majority of our business going forward. Seems like a good place to catch a game as well. I’ll start with 4 stars as the pizza was good, solid pizza – but not blow-your-mind good – but it might make it to 5 soon based on its value and low-key charm and offerings in future visits.

One of my favorite parts about Encinitas. The owner, Phil, is a down to earth guy that is serving tables and beer, but responsible for some great pizza. Locals and out of towners clearly welcome. Pizza is unique and delicious. Try the Hawaiian. The Tangerine beer is incredible as well. Not to heavy Or sweet. Just really good. Very happy all around.

Solid, lunchtime and quick choice. Solid like oak. Firm. I needed a quick getaway and had not visited this joint in awhile. I walked in, sat at the bar, and ordered an awesome 12-inch ITALIANHOAGIE made of thick cuts of ham, salami, capicola, provolone, oil and vinegar. The roll was deliciously soft. Although very tempting since they have beer, the beer would be a better companion than Coke Zero for lunchtime decompression. Happy Friday. The one thing is that a $ 2 bottled Coke Zero and $ 1112-inch hoagie costs about $ 14 which not one would want to spend daily on lunch. However! You do get what you pay for. Delicious.

Free medium pizza with purchase of a pitcher of beer! Um, yes please! We first arrived here because of the extremlely welcoming promotion on their sidewalk chalkboard. Free pizza?! I’m sold. Although a small selection, there were about 6 draft beers to choose from as well, and most if not all, were local beers… my kinda pizza and beer place. We rode our bikes, so we sat near the front of the indoor/outdoor/bar area. However, there are a few tables outside(no beer), and then a larger dining room in the next room over. We stuck with a classic pepperoni pizza, and it was great. I didn’t even look at the menu, but maybe next time I’ll check out if they have anything original.

I was here one time for drinks only It’s a small local pizzeria that also serves sandwiches, pastas, and salads. They also have several craft beers on tap. I think happy hour is 4pm to 6pm, not sure if they do it on weekends. Specials are $ 3.5 draft beers, $ 2 slice of pizza. I had a couple of Allagash White. I was sitting at the bar area which is facing the open kitchen. So the entire time I was watching them cook, very entertaining!

A solid 4 stars. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but a 30 minute wait for my pizza and very good but not great pizza merit 4 stars in my book. This place may be new but it feels like classic old school Encinitas. They played good tunes on the sound system, oldies, blues, reggae, etc. The service is super casual but very friendly and the interior, while fairly spartan, is laid back and comfortable. If you are looking for high end dining or are the slightest bit high maintenance, this place ain’t for you. Trust me, you need to have patience and a willingness just to hang-out and let it be if you come here. The prices are good and the pizza is served hot and fresh. Again, the pie didn’t blow me away, but when you want good food, at a fair price, and you long for that nice beach vibe, it is worth a visit. There is better pizza out there, but this place has some nice intangibles, especially for locals who are not in a rush. I will be back.
