Subway

MUSIC WAY TOO LOUD, service is slow and better to go to other places in the center… ice tea was watery and difficult to do business. food is OK or I would give it a one… kind of hard to mess up as sandwich. other option is go to Von’s on Santa FE. and get their sandwich… that is where I am going

I like this subway. Perfect place to stop off for a sandwich on the way to the beach. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot fast. Staff is good.

They custom made flat bread sandwich platters (vegan and meat) for my kid’s birthday party in the park. Excellent customer service and the sandwiches were awesome. The manager and staff were super friendly and accommodating.

i give this subway 0 stars, i ordered a tuna foot long sandwich «they gave me two skimpy half scoops of old tuna spread paper thin» then i asked for Cheddar cheese and they put what looked like an ant trail of shredded cheese, when i asked for a little bit more they tack on an extra fee for a few more flakes. when it was all said and done i felt completely ripped off i had paid 14 bucks for a skimpy bread and air sandwich. so i expressed to the manager how poor the restaurants customer service was she told me i didn’t have to eat there.

ive been here 2 times & the second time sucked ass!
i ordered a jalepeno cheddar footlong with smoked ham, & the bread did not taste fresh as all compared to the other subways ive been to.
it was pretty stale & it totally fucked up everything i thought this sandwich shop was.
there was one girl working and she was good on customer service, but after i got done paying for my order… she dipped out into the back room as quick as she came out to take our order.
i needed a water cup & since i wasnt an asshole customer who couldve screamed for assistant, i waited for a good 10min & she still didnt come out to the front to check for anything. i assumed she was the only one there & this was on a friday evening… but it seems that all subway employees are always in the back & never come out front til they hear that door open.
overall: TOTAL FAILURE on FRESHNESS & w.e. happens in the back can fuckin wait til my service is done! maybe thats why people dont tip these kids.

This is the friendliest Subway. I have two Subway choices on my way to work. I only go to this one because I practically feel like I have to apologize for buying food at the other one.
I thought it was just the one guy that was super friendly, but one day it was a different clerk that was even nicer. That is a way to run a business! Be friendly, and people will return.

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. The lady behind the counter (may have been the owner) was extremely rude when I wanted to use my Entertainment coupon (buy one get one free) She made a rude comment «How do you expect us to make any money» I ended up walking out without the sandwiches she just made me. I will NEVER go here again.
My question to her is: How do you expect to make any money when you treat your customers like crap?

Hey! It’s the newest Subway in town! The manager also owns the other Subway in Downtown Encinitas off 101. They do really brisk business, and the Cold Cut Combo and the Spicy Italian are to die for.
Go now while select foot-​long sandwiches are $ 5 only!
I was in the other day. The girl used gloves (proctology LOL) to prepare my sandwich. She didn’t realize that she dropped one glove despite wearing two onto my sandwich. I then said, «That’s ok. You can leave that there.»
Huh?
I like the rice paper like texture of a rubber glove in my sammy.
Huh?
Look again.
Oh, I’m so embarrassed.
