Wendy’s

Chicken Pecan salad is a winner. I am on a diet. This salad has a pomegranate vinaigrette with candied pecans, chicken and blue cheese. Yummy!

Sun. 3:44 pm. I came to visit the area from far away. Food was great but This lication is horrible, the cashier lady was so rude the guy packing food ignore us when we ask for more soda and the manager oh my god was the worst of all. So unprofessional rude. Where do you got this people from???
We will never came back to this location.

My first and last trip to Wendys. I’m sorry but 9.55 for a burger with hard bacon, way over salted fries, and no katsup packets is seriously insane. This is without a drink. Super crazy. Live and learn.

In response, to slow service. We went here around 9pm. manager was there to take our order. What I noticed that he was conscious what we are trying to order. Very attentive. Our order was received in less than 3 minutes. Everybody was hands on.
But what I do noticed in comparison to other wendys store, this store is not well lit. No t.v. they might need to fix the spot light (see picture)
There is wi-​fi. The ambiance is mixed with family and friends crowd.
Cleanliness is fair. Restroom and eating area is clean. Some areas need to be cleaned.

I don’t think the place deserve such a bad reviews. It is old burger place, so they have their own recipe! I had spice chicken burger and triple beef burger, and it was delicious! If you are hesitating because of reviews, I recommend you to just try!

First of all DON’T LOOK AT THOSE BAD REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE. When ever I order here it’s always fresh, always clean, and the customer service here is amazing. I come normally during lunch the lunch rush but they are fast for being in rushes

Small, cramped feeling Wendy’s with slow service. I’m not sure what else I could add to embellish these points, but if nothing else, our order was correct and served warm so that warrants 2 stars I suppose. Otherwise, to put things in perspective, while we were waiting, my wife apologized to me for suggesting we go to Wendy’s for something quick. While I reassured her rk was fine and not her fault, the point is made: this Wendy’s isn’t up to par.

Just finished eating here — Wendy’s has consistent food but I would go elsewhere since service was really bad!!! Only one other customer in dining area and still bad… Dark haired older cashier had a forced script politeness but acted rude — then ignored my kids asking for sour cream that was left off baked potato (after about 2min of being ignored, shorter cook guy inquired from kids what they needed– gave it to them no issue). !!! Last straw was one of my kids who is somewhat lactose intolerant asked same rude lady if there was dairy in frosty– her answer was robot «chocolate and vanilla, comes in 3sizes» … being within listening distance, I asked my kids who are 6&8 to ask her politely again — «is there Dairy in the frosty?» She answers «no dairy» and walks away from them
Just on gut feeling — I checked — pic attached — milk and cream in frosty!!! Thx lady for almost getting my kids sick…
Ps. First bad review given –all my others are 5star –as a restaurant owner myself, I tend to be pretty forgiving, and prefer to spotlight awesome places instead… Sorry Encinitas Wendy’s — Epic Fail!

Spent the night on the toliet… Enough said. I wouldn’t recommend it, the management isn’t keeping the food safe for the clientele.

Generally I’m not a fast-​food person, but I went to Wendy’s for a quick lunch while I was eating only vegan food for lent and they were very accommodating. They gave me the Asian salad without meat or cheese and I got a baked potato. I do like their salads in general for a quick meal.

Ok so I eat fast food maybe once or twice a year. and this past Wednesday night happened to be one of them. Tired, coming home from a loonnnnggg Disneyland trip, we decided to stop by and grab a quick bite so we could just crash when we got home .
I completely forgot about how amazing Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and Frosty’s are! I’m not saying I’m going to be a regular, I just thought it was really, really good! :)

It would be really nice to have an employee working the drive-​through that spoke English

This is by far the BEST Wendy s n the San Diego area!!! Their hot n juicy IS hot n Juicy!!!
They are Fast, accurate, and the food is hot!
Wendy’s has taken it to a new level with the Pretzel Burger! The bun is soft and the burger is awesome. It didn’t taste like a fast food burger to me!
Love their salads too! Nice and fresh haven’t had a bad one yet!

The location is pretty good as it is somewhat close to the Coaster station and on Encinitas Boulevard. Service can be a bit slow because it seems to be understaffed.
Food is the same as any other Wendy’s.

Fast food, pretty good, fairly inexpensive. This particular Wendy’s I believe is a 24 hour drive through one. Its right off the freeway in the same parking lot as Subway, Shell, Little Caesar’s and some other eating establishments.

dining in for lunch: i got a baconator, which came out rather sad looking compared to the posed photos of said meat monstrosity. Bun was greasy, meat was off center, grease dripping out everywhere:
(and not as big as i thought it would be). The beef and cheese tasted good — the bacon was a little overdone, and having such a greasy bun made it kinda gross to hold and eat. I think I would have preferred a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Box.
But my wife loves their Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries, and so that’s why we ate here. Sprite was a little strong. Food came rather quickly, though it took us a while to order since the counter person didn’t come to the register right away.
They have wifi though i didn’t try using it. didn’t want to get my phone all greasy.
Still, right off the freeway makes it convenient for those on the road. TVs show «The Bite» network of random entertainment and sports news.

This place is right down the street from my work, and it’s cheap so I come here every once in a while.
I always order stuff off the dollar menu when I come here since this is the place I choose to frequent when I’m most broke!
They’re super quick, have friendly employees and always get my order right!
Anyway, today I was on my way to Little Ceasars to get a pizza when I saw a picture of chili cheese fries in the window. They looked delicious. So naturally, I decided to go to Wendy’s instead. Bad idea. The fries were still half frozen and they were just all around gross. I will say this though, the cheesy cheeseburger and the bacon chicken sandwich are like 1.60 each. It’s enough to fill me up and they’re both good!
All in all, pretty good place.

I think the food took about 8.5 seconds to get to my hands. Wow. Fast.

This particular location is always:
–Patronized by the day laborers that seek work on the corner nearby.
–Quick, somewhat clean and predictable.
–Open for business.
I guess every working class schlub likes a juicy, hot redhead.
