AT&T

I just spoke with a female employee. She did introduce herself when she picked up the phone, but I do not recall it. She offered me all the information that I was searching for. Totally professional and I will go to the Encino store due to her quality of service!

Amazing customer service. This store is way better than att stores. Staff are friendly and helped me walk through all nitty gritty details without any catch.

Worst internet service ive ever had. They aent 3 technicions who all said something else was the issue. In the end after 6 weeks of internet dropping every 5 minutes i cancelled and could not get a refund.

Avoid this store by any means possible. First and for most THIS IS NOT AN AT&T STORE! I know, sounds crazy right? This is a completely independently owned store, they just dressed everyone up like they are a part of AT&T and painted the place orange! Don’t be fooled, call AT&T and ask. The sales people may completely lie to you and say they are owned by AT&T but its a lie (one of the sales people told me this). Second, realize that when you are not buying from an actual AT&T store, you will get ZERO help from AT&T when they completely and totally defraud you. This store is full of the used car salesman type people and they can be very rude. Stay as far away as possible! If your nuts enough to actually use this place at least stay away from Davina (i think that’s her name)…She is a massive bottom feeder and honestly really cant handle customer service. Just order online with AT&T or find a store that owned

Worst customer service I have ever received. I walked in to inquire about a phone charger (I had 2 quick questions). There were 2 reps helping 2 customers who were having long conversations. Nobody greeted me or asked me if I wanted a seat or say sorry it will be a while (mind you, I’m 9 months pregnant). I finally had to interrupt one to ask of there was another rep who could help and if not, would it take a while to speak to one. He said it would take a while so I just asked if they carried any chargers. He pointed me in the direction and I went over. I continued to wait and then after a few minutes asked the rep if they had wall chargers vs iPad chargers. Very quick yes or no answer. Well the customer he was helping must have been in a bad mood bc she rudely told me to wait my turn. I understand that’s not the reps fault but not only did he not say anything, he actually ignored my question. Again, it was a quick yes or no answer. You can’t ignore customers, I don’t care how rude your other customers are.

Yesterday I was at this store, and let me tell you, that this location can provide THE BEST customer service I have ever seen in any of the cell phone stores!
The manager and the girl, who was working there were really helpful, they both provided the service beyond the expectations, even with the things that did not apply to the cell Phone (I was having some problems with apple log in)
HIGHLY RECOMMEDED for any of your at&t needs!

Came in twice this week to pick out a phone and switch my carrier. They are almost completely out of display models so I had to go to another phone store to even TRY the phones– come back to buy one and ‘oh oopsy we don’t have it in stock and so and so forgot to tell me– you’ll have to go here or there or wait until this or that day’ REALLY?! You don’t have one Note 4 on your shelf and you ‘forgot’? Fuck this store. They have literally nothing good to choose from — all their cases suck and did I mention you can’t even use a working phone before your purchase? No. Just no.

If you’re like me you hate going into corporate stores because their a hassle and then you’re going to love this store. Because it’s one of the smaller AT&T stores around. Just like Master Yoda from Star Wars film don’t judge him by his size this store is amazing.
Darren and his team of specialists are here to help you. I got my new iPhone 6 there. So if you’re looking for AT&T products then head over to this location trust me you’ll thank me for it.

We are AT&T — that is what a service rep told me when I called to ask why they raised the monthly charges. They did not send any advance notice, just typed a new amount on the statement. In 29 months they went from $ 14.95, to $ 19.99, to $ 29.00, to $ 33.00 to $ 36.00 without increasing the broadband or the quality of service. When questioned, the response is «to serve you better». I think they meant the shares holders not the consumers. If one dares to complaint, they will shut off the internet connection, charge $ 75.00 to reconnect and lower the broadband as punishment.
AT&T, in my opinion is the worst public utility in the US. If enough customers had enough of poor connections and service, make the jump to T-​Mobile. You can use your cell to connect to the internet anywhere, any time.

Great customer service. Better then any att store I have been to. Highly recommended. They take there time with you and make sure everything is done before you leave.

Not sure why these reviews suck. I have been here twice and the service has been great each time. The store manager, Darren, has been friendly and attentive and so has the rest of the team.

This location is a franchise, I recommend going to a real ATT location, he said there are thing they can do for me that they cant. Recommend any other ATT store. This came from burhan, asst store manager

Got a new building a mile down the road. At&t said i could port the number. Thursday i called at&t to port number, 5 hours later got confirmation.
Next day i found when i tried calling number it was disconnected. I was then told that they changed the number because it was not portable. 7 hours later and now furious. They sell me on on a u-​verse internet package. Great deal and i was getting a free samsung tablet, but would have to pay $ 100 deposit. I paid and the install was to be the next day. I called the next day wondering when they would be there. They said oh the deposit never went through. On the phone now again for another 4 hrs. At&t calls wells fargo with me on line and got confirmation of transaction. They still couldn’t confirm it. So i had to start all over and pay another $ 100.00 deposit. Install would be Thursday. Still getting Tablet and a great deal but furious.
I call Weds morning to confirm install for that day. They had no record of it but confirm the deposit. Now ready to explode. They redo the order but now cant give me the tablet. Furious but need to get business back online they say the best we can do is set up install for monday the 20^th. Ugh the monsanto of communications i just took a breath and handled it.
Today now two days later, on my way to get coffee i get a call from At&t. (we are sorry for the inconvenience, but because you had this number shut off we cant get it back for you. WTF.
So i go to a branch location and explain the above. They were like WTF, we will handle it.
I sat in the store for 3 hrs, supplying emails and all confirmations. To hear there is nothing we can do.
Now guess how i feel??? O ask what now? The at&t store manager said. I wouldn’t wait for a refund from us. Go to your bank and lawyer and file fraud cases. Now all this time, money and frustration. No phone, no internet -$ 200.00. And now have to source new company and update over 2500 customers 200 plus vendors, all web advertisements and sites, corp paperwork etc. ALL I GOT was a couple of «SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE».
AT&T THE MONSANTO OF COMMUNICATIONS. AT&T SUCKS!

Horrible is not enough to describe their service. Incomplete information, erroneous information, don’t show up for appointments, make promises that are not kept, the worst service I’ve ever come across. This is an honest critique. Disorganized company. Worst than the government. Thank God there is a another choice and I’m going to make it.

Horrifying. It’s a dead zone. IQ of all workers (if you can call them that) adds up to maybe 90. The two workers I saw were sad and disgusted with their lives. They need therapy or some serious drugs. Whoever owns this place needs to dump it because it is a community hazard. A shameful display of capitalism.

Complete scam! Worst service ever. The people in the store dont know JAck. they are thee worst in customer service. I know alot of people like AT&T but when service is this bad. why keep it?
I got them to get me out of my contract after leaving the store and talking to 7 people on customer care.
