Sprint Store

I have been a sprint customer for years. This has to be the worse sprint store I have ever been to. Not only where they rude to me but I seen first hand how rude they were to other customers In the store. Just seeing that made me appalled. The service tech used profanity towards me and when I corrected him and said he doesn’t have to talk like that he said well you can leave the store then. So you know what I did I left. No one should be treated with customer service like that. I wish I could leave a –star.

Jason Hollowell is a great reason to remain a Sprint customer. My experience with him today was well worth my time. He is knowledgeable, professional and very time conscious. I was in and out, and very satisfied with the service I received!

Not too sure on who said Brad Rouse was terrible in customer service. I see multiple comments on here about how awesome he is with people’s phones, so I decided to come by the sprint store to see what he could do for me. He found a way of saving me about 20 bucks a month with a new phone and a new Apple Watch as well.
A bunch of the reviews just seem so negative. I am sure a bunch of them are legit, but come on people. I’m sure there are stuff people are selling to you to only help you out. I was offered a tablet which I was told was the qualifying event to get my bill lowered. Wouldn’t you take a free tablet to take advantage of that offer? Thank you to Brad Rouse and the rest of the team at Sprint in Encino. I will be referring people to you soon!

If you want to join sprint go ahead but make sure you stay away from Brad Rouse if you have any questions regarding your account or any general questions at all. I have never experienced such bad service from anyone in that store. He has absolutely no customer service skills. On the other hand, Justice is extremely helpful. STAY AWAY FROM BRAD.

Great sprint store and the sales people were very helpful especially Omar and Erick. These guys know their stuff will definitely be stopping by here again whenever I need a new phone!

Most Disappointing Sprint Store i HAVE EVER been too. I do not recommend this location.

Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and repaired my phone to its top level performance. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I love this store I don’t know what the people with the bad reviews are talking about everyone in this store is amazing Justus, Sarah and Bradly all helped me out they went above and beyond to make me feel like I was a priority :) Best store ever !!!

Best experience at a cellphone store!!! The manager Aaron made me feel very comfortable and explained all my options. I liked that it wasn’t too sales-​y which probably was the the thing that made me open an account with them. I never felt pressured and like they were pushy.
I’ve had experiences before at other stores where they didn’t explain everything or they explained it to fast and cryptic. That was not the case here. I was able to ask all the questions I needed. They were very patient with me. So happy.

I am taken the time now to write this review because i bought a phone here in December and kevin atkins was the sales men and the first time he promise alot things that he didn’t give me and i have been waiting for 5 months to get my cerdit back. i’m dlbeen come 2 times a month calling him too and he always tells me that he is working on it and he never gets back to me. the last four times i have talked to him i told him to make it easy give me my old phone back and i pay the $ 25 lease and we’re done. The last month i came here to the store asking about my plan and he told me that he will fix it and that he will do it now. Two weeks later i realize that i was still in my old plan and he never changed my plan so basically he lied to my face and then i call him and he refuse to tell me that the manager can only do it so why didn’t tell me that time that he couldn’t do it. He told me that he was going to do it. That doesn’t make
people please don’t trust these people and i’m going to review this everymonth until they fix the problem that they made ot until i get my old phone back.

Ask about their business accounts! Amazing deals!
Also ask about their portable Bluetooth speaker specials!

Don’t get sprint service, they promise a contract price and break it even before the two year is up and you are going to be stuck with a $ 700 phone they sold me and raise the plan price $ 10 even before finished paying for the phone.

The best service I have ever gotten at a phone store ever! Set up an appointment with Sarah. She knows her stuff! I swear, this woman has a PhD in customer service. Polite, attentive, super nice, and very knowledgeable. I definitely will be coming back. Hands down, the best customer service!

This is the first cellphone store that I like and where I’m treated very well.
I have 6 lines from Sprint and I think I deserved a good service.

Came here to get a new phone. The salesperson told me that there is no promotion on line available and you have to either lease or buy out cash!
So I purchased iPhone 5S from them for $ 330 cash.
It happens that they are wrong n you can get a iPhone 6S through Best Buy for $ 99 when you extend your plan for 2 years!
So I got a new phone from Best Buy!
I can’t believe that they would play with customers like that!

This place has SCUM written all over it.
They do not give 1 sh*t about helping you. The customer service here sucks and they all look like they hate their jobs.
The second you come in they treat you poorly and try to sell you anything they can rather than actually help you. 99% of the time they tell you one thing and when you call Sprint directly they tell you something completely different. If you ask them they say something about their store «not being a corporate store» or something like that.
This place is worse than a car dealership in terms of them trying to sell you stuff.
Stay the hell away!!!

Just came back from spending two hours here! Nasondra was such a doll helping me switch over 4 Verizon phones to Sprint! I can’t believe I didn’t do this earlier! I was fed up overplaying for my luxurious Verizon Plan for 3 iPhones and 1 Flip phone spending an average of $ 250 with only 10Gb of data to share. My mom has been addicted to her first and shiny smartphone she already used up all the data within 2 weeks of the new billing cycle, I was without data for a week and it was hell. So sad how I have grown so dependent on internet on my phone.
I made an appointment online at the Sprint website and Nasondra was so nice to text to confirm my appointment and answered any questions I had before wasting my time at the actual store. The location was so convenient because its as right next door to my yoga studio, so after I was finished at the store I would chill out on cell phone jargon and R&R in child’s pose.
Nasondra was so polite and was open to explain all the nooks and cranny of the new plan. I am so happy that I made the switch I now have 40Gbs of data to share and got my activation fees waived since I’m a member of a Credit Union and the bundle came with sweet perks of $ 300 of sprint accessories to buy! If you have an iphone 5S, 6, or 6 Plus you can easily migrate your phone over to Sprint from Verizon.
I can’t believe the money that was cut off my monthly plan and I now have more data to use and have no more fears of overusing data! Yay Thanks Nasondra for everything!

I first came here about a month ago, and in the beginning I thought this place was awesome. They seemed so helpful as they helped me score an amazing deal and seemed so committed to making me happy!
Here’s the thing. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
When I got my bill, I was charged an activation on both lines, even though I was promised no activation fee. I brought in the bill to the store, and the same person who helped me went into the system and corrected it. Or so he said. He gave me a receipt showing a change on the account. He said within 48 hours the change would be reflected on my bill. I logged in 2 days later and it wasn’t. Waited a few more days. .. Still there.
During the visit he said I could add an iPad to my plan for $ 25 a month. He said the charge was $ 25 for data and no charge for the lease of the iPad because it was bundled with my 2 new phones. Except when I checked my account about 10 days later it was showing $ 30 not $ 25.
Finally, I did what I should have done in the beginning and called Sprint Customer Service directly. 1^st, they said the no activation was a lie and the day he went into my account and printed the confirmation was just a lie. They took care of refunding the activation but they just did that because they felt bad. There was no promo with 0 activation charges.
Then I asked about why the iPad was $ 30 and not $ 25. Again, they said there was no $ 25 deal, $ 30 was the promo. I said at that price I didn’t want it. Then they also told me I was going to be charged $ 20 per month for leasing the iPad. If I was upset about being charged $ 30 I’m definitely not ok with an extra $ 50.
The people on the phone were helpful with sorting this out, but to return the iPad they said I would have to go to the store and ask for a manager. They agreed the salesperson was a crook and told me not to speak with him.
So I get here, this now being my 4^th visit in 1 month, and was told it would be 25 minutes to speak with a manager. Not ok. Managers should be available to help with these issues, not assisting customers like regular sales people. It’s been closer to an hour so I guess 25 minutes would have been a deal.
Once I get this handled I will run away as fast as I can and never come back!
