LAUREN!!! You are one amazing person! She’s so helpful! Everybody’s so helpful but she was the one who helped me directly. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my requests. She gave me the best deals and answered all my questions. I know I’m not the easiest customer especially since I was moving from At&t and was kind of hesitant to transfer but she helped me so much and I’m very happy with my decision. This store really has the best customer service I have ever seen. Thank you again, Lauren!

The sales rep. Alan made my trip well worth it, provided me with excellent customer service. I’d recommend every to this store.

T-​Mobile is horrible and extremely rude ok so I explained to the representative that my bank shows that they removed payment from my bank account and she argued that i was wrong until I sent screen shots and the confirmation email. That shut her up but she felt stupid so she just refused to assist me with my transactions any further wow so freaking unprofessional. I will never go back to these scum bags ever I can’t run fast enough to Verizon

A huge thanks to ANA for helping me during a phone emergency on an already difficult day! She handled my issue with efficiency, and compassion! She also went above and beyond to call and inform me that I left my old sim card and that she would hold it for me… I ended up just buying a new phone when I went back! Thanks, Ana and team!

I am a phone fanatic and have been with T-​Mobile for over 10 years. I have visited every store location in Las Vegas and now recently moved to the Valley. I have tried a few of the t mobile locations around here and to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. UNTIL… I tried the this Encino location, SPECIFICALLY, the associate that helped me was BORIS. He greeted me quickly and even though I told him I was only in to ask questions about my current plan and not to upgrade or by new hardware his helpful, pleasant demeanor never changed. He answered every question I had clearly and in a way no other location or associate could, without trying to up sell me. Because he was so honest and easy to talk to, I decided to upgrade anyway. BORIS has earned a lifetime customer.
If you have questions about your data usage or plan and customer service has talked you in circle after circle– YOU NEED TO GO SEE BORIS. He is a breath of fresh air in an industry where the carrier reps seem to always be pitching you and never actually have you best interest at heart. He is a credit to his position and T-​Mobile is lucky to have him!

BORIS IS THE SHIT!!! Love that guy. My dad is an agent in the entertainment industry and a very stressful man to communicate with, and Boris just works him like a magician. And when I say «works» I mean it in the most authentic way. He has zero pretentious, schemey, salesman vibes at all; so down to earth and real. I’ve known the guy since I was a little tike getting my first blackberry. And have since moved states and he still helps me out with all this digi-​device crap. You rock Boris.

Come to this location. You’ll be glad you did. Not knocking the store closer to me in Sherman Oaks, but it was cool to be greeted promptly and taken care of so quickly without any problems. Jonathan was great, but it’s clear that the manager of this store is focused on customer enthusiasm, something you don’t find too often. Trust me, if you’re in Sherman Oaks, you’ll save time by visiting this Encino location and your overall experience will be a better one. Oh, and I had no direct contact with the manager, compliment intended!

ALAN REALLY IS AWESOME! After 2 terrible experiences at 2 different TMobile locations-​this was my final attempt with TMobile… I was looking to switch from AT&T. I called ahead and asked for him since I saw the good reviews mentioned him. He was great on the phone and when I came in too. He’s a nice, patient, knowledgeable guy who’s good at his job. TMobile and this store are lucky to have him. Thanks Alan! Peace out AT&T!

I am writing this review because I was very happy with the service that I received at this office. Boris was very knowledgeable and a great help to me. Although I am one among several, he made me feel like I was the most important customer. He programmed all my contacts from my old phone to my new «Leon» cell phone which I was not able to do. I will always do business with this store.

I’m glad I went in and met Boris. He’s a Rock Star. The store is super friendly, very clean and all the employees know their stuff. All retail locations should hire people like Boris…

I would like to thank Boris for an amazing job. Boris did what T-​Mobile tech. support could not do. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Took his time to understand my issue and stayed after his quitting time to help me.

Although I cant say the same for T-Mobile’s customer service phone representatives, the representatives at this T-​Mobile location are determined to help you resolve your issues. Boris was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and spent 2 hours helping me resolve an error that a phone rep had made on my account. He was nice, understanding, and pleasantly easy to communicate with. I wish corporate could take a page out of his book!

Came by this store for a couple of issues with my phone and service. Ashkan was the gentleman who helped me out. He went through the settings on my phone to make sure that it was good and corrected some. He made suggestions to extend the battery life that are easy to follow. He included a new battery since I bought my phone at a t-​mobile store and fixed the network settings so now I get better service. I was amazed at how professional he was and willing to go an extra step. We also discussed some of the promotions that they have now. Best t-​mobile store I have ever been to!

The rep that helped me was Yas she had an insane amount of knowledge about all the products and services, she patiently answered all of my questions and clearly explained exactly what I’m getting with my plan. I got the iPhone 6 and I’m in love with it.

I can’t believe the time and dedication that their employee Daniel spent answering my every mundane question about my potential new phone.
I would truly want to give them 10 stars if possible from their initial welcoming greet they give to every customer to the quality attention to each and every person in the store.
I am so grateful that I was able to luck out on such a high quality customer service joint.
If you’re in the valley you should definitely hit up this location for the highest quality service.

I am very satisfied with transitioning over to Simple Choice No Credit Check. I had a hard time with the customer service reps for the prepaid as they are based overseas in the Philippines.
The rep here in the store was very helpful and answered all my questions with ease. I hope most of the other stores are as helpful.

Update for my previous review: My phone recently stopped working and wouldn’t charge up. I took it that day to the same T-​Mobile location and was helped by the same great staff person. His name is Alan and he’s awesome. He submitted all the info for the warranty replacement, checked for a loaner phone, and explained the process. I’m very happy with the service at this specific T-​Mobile location.
The only reason it’s not a 5-​star review is that he mentioned that the replacement would be processed on Monday (it was a Saturday) and the new phone would be overnighted to arrive Tuesday. T-​Mobile messaged me that they processed the request, but did not actually send me a message that the replacement was shipped until Thursday. A few days more without my phone. An inconvenience and disappointment, but not devastating.

Alan helped me out today. Really impressed with the customer service I received. I was there for close to three hours to get the family plan switch over and the experience was great. Will recommend this location and Alan to al my friends.

I’ve been a Sprint customer now for almost 4 years and have become fed up with the spotty service. I finally decided to take a look in to another carrier. With all the special promotions T-​Mobile, I decided to look in to them. Ashkan was excellent informing me of all the perks T-​Mobile offers versus Sprint. He also checked the coverage map for me and pointed out that T-​Mobile has stronger coverage where I dwell and work. Ashkan was the furthest thing from pushy, and did an excellent job of educating me and allowing me to make my own decision without putting any pressure on me.
Pressure from a salesman is the biggest turn off for me.
Anyhow, once I decided to «take the plunge,» Boris assisted me with transferring my account from Sprint. Boris was equally as «calm, cool and collected,» as Ashkan was. He answered all the questions I pestered him with with a smile on his face.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from the T-​Mobile store in Encino. Kudos to Ashkan and Boris for their professional demeanor and «smooth» sales approach.
