This Subway is amusing. There are a few employees here who do not understand the concept of vegetables and dressings. For example I remember a time when I asked him to put lettuce on my sub. And he put three tiny shredded pieces of it. I am not kidding! It was sad and funny at the same time. And later I asked him to put some ranch dressing on my sub. He drenched it with the dressing, putting four times of what normal human beings would eat. The sub was a disaster.

Subway is one of my favorite places to grab a quick sandwich. I order the Tuna sandwich on the honey oat bread. I add American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, green peppers, olives, avocado, vinegar, and salt and pepper. It’s so amazing!

You normally would expect bad service at large fast food chains such as Subway, but this particular location on Ventura and Woodley is top dog. Even when it is completely dead, they seem to be in a rush when making your sandwich and tend to put very little of each ingredient, always prompting you to ask for just a little more, in which yes, they add just a little more. They also tend to close and cut your sandwich before you’re even done adding ingredients. Don’t be deceived by the«Welcome to Subway» greeting you receive as soon as you enter the restaurant since apparently, all locations are required to do that, mostly with a lack of enthusiasm. It annoys me that this is the only somewhat healthy food option around where I work unless I’m willing to pay over $ 10 for lunch.

Not very clean. Everything tastes the same and the meats even feel like plastic compared to other subways that take a little more time to prepare things. Service is not friendly and they always give me the wrong change back. If the«sandwich artists’ hahaha, what a name for a sandwich maker… if the friggin sandwich artists want a tip then maybe they should speak to their bosses about putting out a tip jar instead of stealing dimes and quarters from their customers. The«sandwich artists» also have mustaches which makes me lose my appetite and they ask personal questions from people while not providing basic proper service with a smile. Happy Gilmore would NOT eat at this Subway.

At this Subway they know how to move a long line of corporate lunch herders. Everyone comes in with a Post-it of instructions of how the want to order a sandwich but it doesn’t faze these guys; they move the line chop-chop! Impressive display of teamwork behind the counter. I like that when I’m pressed for time and want to enjoy my lunch at the same time.

This is a chain so the food always tastes the same no matter where you go, which leads me to review this place based on service alone… No one greets you. They are rude and not friendly. They give no tender loving care when they prepare a sub. I was a sandwich artist twice in my life and can say that this is not the way to treat customers. I work right across the street and only come here once every couple months because I can’t stand the service. Capriottis across the street is freaking a million times better!

what can I say about this place that others haven’t already made a good point of? Oh yea! I LOVETHESUBS!!!(: wait! correction, I LOVEFOOD. Their Tuna is OFFTHECHAIN!!! my own damn opinion and that is all I really care about(: Service is def not great and the actual place inside can only fit about 12 peeps tops to DINEIN. If you are trying to go and have a nice sit down lunch/sandwich this is def not the location of choice. But if your like me and LOVE their food then get it to go!(:

This subway is never packed but the service is constantly lagging, the old manager«victor» I think his name is does not know how to use the cashier or listen to instructions, the server Lupe is horrible. She always looks upset and just throws ur food onto their plastic instead of using a paper underneath to prepare the meal. Horrible atmosphere inside. Never again here it’s always horrible here

went to the one on corbin and ventura, there all the same to me. Just disgusting. Tried the $ 5 dollar buffalo chicken sub, it was awful. Nasty chicken, crappy sauce, and felt like shit afterwards. The trials and tribulations of being broke. This chain is so disgusting that any meat I order is gross. The only thing edible here is an all veggie sandwich. But people like me flock in at 11am because everyones cheap or broke. Would feel less guilty for the abuse I endure on my body by smoking crack rather than eat this crap.

Basic sandwich for a reasonable price. The service at this store is extremely efficient and friendly. Kudos to the owner/manager.
