The people that work here have good attitudes. I had a last minute meeting at my house and Yesenia got my large order of burritos together fairly quickly. They were all labeled and she made sure to include plates utensils and napkins. :)

I give then 5 stars today. Mainly cause im very picky with food. BUT THEY MADE A CUSTOM BURRITO FOR ME. I know this sounds crazy but a burrito with mash potatoes, gravy, chicken, and corn. I give then 5 stars because most places won’t go out of their way to make you something special. And today they did it with no problems.

The burrito was delicious! The employees were friendly and light hearted. Smiles on everyone! The salsa bar was a little messy, as some people have said in their reviews, but it’s because people use it and leave it a mess. The guacamole salsa was so tasty and the cilantro was fresh. I would definitely go back for more! It’s not fine dining but for where you are and what you’re paying its good eats.

The health department should close down their salsa bar! It is disgusting. I cannot believe that they can get away with it. They need a new manager stat. Chicken is always super dry and employees are ambivalent.

This place is so disgustingly dirty and the service is horrible. My employees requested El Pollo Loco for lunch, so called ahead. I waited on hold for 15 minutes after I said I wanted to place and order to go. So after 15 minutes of waiting and listening to an El Pollo loco employee whistling in the background, I hung up and called back several times and it just rang rang rang. So I walked into El Pollo Loco, during non busy hours, the place was a mess just like you see in other photos, the person that took my order was extremely rude. I asked for utensils and napkins, and they forgot to put them in the bag. They even forgot to put in the tortillas. Unbelievable!

This place is the most random location for an El Pollo Loco. I’ve not been a huge fan of chicken, but ever since getting converted, I have been venturing out to chicken spots.
Good deal, for decent chicken. I like the combo meals with 2 piece chicken and 2 sides. $ 8 for that is not a bad deal at all.
The interior is average, and because it’s so busy, some of the straws, salsa, etc. were not well stocked. I thought the chicken was somewhat strange looking than other El Pollo Loco’s, but, maybe it was just a bad day.

The site is in deplorable condition; there is trash both on the tables outside & around, as well as inside. Globs of rank sauce & wayward pieces of food had me slipping on the floor a few times (I’m visually impaired, red sauce/​red floor), and as for the salsa bar-​well, don’t touch it, or even look that way-it’s disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The employees neither wear hairnets or gloves, evidenced by the trollishly dyed bright redhead running the register. All these facts will sadly keep me out of this dive in the future. There’s a nice, clean California Chicken Café right down the street anyway!

When I’m limited on time and need to grab fast food, but want something that’s not completely unhealthy, El Pollo Loco is the place I go to. I get their chicken, which I find very tasty, and a side salad. If I’m not feeling overly health conscience, I’ll even get a side of their delicious mashed potatoes and gravy.
In addition to their chicken and sides, they have burritos, salads, and bowls. All of which are pretty good for a fast food joint and you still pay fast food prices.

I love pollo loco. Delicious semi healthy chicken for CHEAP! This one is a typical pollo loco, parking is a bit nuts but otherwise is good. Not really too busy either and ample seating space. Get the chicken and thank me later.

I work by this place and it’s become the go-​to spot if ever you need something quick and cheap to eat for lunch or dinner. I’ve never really had a bad experience here and the food’s ok, but not the type of thing one should crave to eat multiple times during the week.

Relatively fast service, and the food is fresh. The people working here are always super friendly, which I really appreciate. It’s within walking distance for me, so I come frequently– but I could see parking being a problem for anyone who would need to drive as the lot they share with the neighboring business is very small and very busy.

I drive out of my way to go to this location because the one that is a block from our house is just horrible. The chicken here is always fresh and yes sometimes that means you might have to wait a little bit longer for your meal. I love the salsa bar and how they actually keep it clean and restocked. The cashier helping was more then willing to pass out a few extra packets of the jalapeño hot sauces. You have to try them! Friendly service, just a little slow but in their defense they always seem to be busy when we go in. They have their own parking lot in the back plus there is metered parking out front on both sides.

If you are coming here you can expect: tough parking, a long wait, delicious chicken.
Been coming to this Pollo Loco for year as its the one closest to work. Parking is pretty hectic because its a small, awkward lot shared with other business who have reserved spaces for their patrons only.
There has not been one time in the past 5 years that I have come here and its not been busy. Every single time there is only one cashier open and the line backs up. Couple that with the fact that this location is surrounded by tall office buildings and you have a recipe for a jam packed lunch hour.
Aside from those two things this is a typical Pollo Loco serving up that delicious chicken. I dont know what they do, but man can they pack those birds full of flavor.

However, I went here with some friends late in the night, as they were beginning their closing procedures. So we sat and chatted while we waited… and waited. And waited. Some lights got turned off, the dude started mopping, and yet my friend didn’t receive his order!!!
Also, a man ordering after us pointed out the absurdness of their $ 20 chicken family dinner thing, because if you order all the things by themselves it’s less money!!! Zoinks! My monocle nearly popped out from that shocking news.
