Subway

Watching the employee talk on his cell phone and not wash his hands after, then making another persons sandwich was a little off setting. Going over to see that the tuna was crusted around the edges from sitting out so long was sickening. So I did what any customer in their right mind would do.
I left.

Subway is one of my favorite sandwich places. I come a few times a month. I usually visit this location since its close by.
Its located in a busy little plaza. Not a lot of places to park.
The service here is usually quick but at times quit slow.
The customer service has always been good and friendly.
I will suggest that the employees learn the menu items a little more and the address especially when your calling for directions or to place an order. I ran into this problem a few times, and ended up just walking in to place my order.

This is easily the WORST Subway in the valley. The owner is cheap and visits constantly. The employees who are usually happy and good at serving Subway sandwiches, tense up and go out of their way to please the cheap owner. Things that finally upset me enough to write a review about this place. When the owner is around:
1. Employees get extra cautious with sandwich ingredients. Good luck getting a decent commercial looking sub at this place.
2. Coupons are not allowed! Wether it’s a paper coupon, or cell phone/​digital coupon, do not even attempt to use a coupon.
Bottomline, cheap franchise owners equals cheap service. You can usually tell if a franchise has a cheap owner by how stingy a place is with napkins.

Subway is always a great quick stop for a sandwich I usually get the 6inch combo, it’s very good. They listen to your order and get you what you asked for

I’ve been eating subway my entire natural born life. These guys don’t mess around. They knew my avacado on the bread trick after putting bread thru the toaster twice thing. When I say they’re good, i mean when they say, «sir your total is $ 11» and I throw him a $ 20 and say, «keep the change» good.

Marco is the best sub maker in the world. He makes me happy! Such a nice guy!

Very good location !
All employees are nice the vegetables are always fresh and the service is good. Parking is always easy and its usual take me 5 minutes to get my food. They have a lot of employees there so u don’t need to wait like other location that somebody will finish with other costumer.

Places okay service was kind of slow not my favorite subway to go to; the owner was kind of pleasant the store was very clean tho its just an average subway restaurant nothing really stood out

This is one of my go to places for Subway. Perfectly fine sammiches. I just wish they were open 24 hours and had a bathroom. I’m not so hot on their tiny parking lot either.

Okay, not bad. I love that this location has pizza though! Sometimes, the workers get really slow which bugs me, especially during lunch time. But, it’s the closest one so I can’t complain.

Perfect service. I was in & out with my soup & sandwich to go in 5 minutes!
I got a great deal on a 6″ sub, cup of soup & bag of chips. My «sandwich artist» was friendly & very catering to my needs. It was an excellent lunch break experience & I will be walking down that way again for lunch soon. Thanks guys!

This location is great! It is w/​n walking distance from me and shopping :) the sandwiches are delicious, and the ppl are welcoming.

As Subway locations are concerned this is a good location. They offer fresh veggies and bread. The staff is very patient and professional. I read some of the other reviews about the staff and those people sound ignorant. The reviewers claim that communication is a problem because the staff doesnt speak english… thats false. The communication problem is created by these customers/​reviewers that rush into subway quickly dictate their orders as they yell into their cell phone and then become upset when the employee doesn’t catch every single word coming out of their raving mouths. Everytime I go to subway I normally and strongly place my order and I never have a problem regardless of the ethnicity of the person behind the counter. As far as the parking situation it is difficult during peak lunch hours and you cant park in the old carl’s jr parking lot due to the Café 50’s restaurant being opened. This location is open late till about 10−11pm. I highly recommend the Veggie Patty. Try it when you want a change of pace from Subway.

I’ve been a regular here for nearly 3 years now and have no complaints aside from occasionally having a sub made by a new employee coming out crappy, but hey it happens. Get yo’ grub on!

This is easily the worst Subway franchise location I’ve been to.
The service has never been too terribly bad, but the quality of ingredients used is definitely not up to par with all the other Subway’s I have visited.
Let me just list a few of the problems I’ve encountered:
–Bread is not supposed to be crunchy.
–Red tomatoes are not supposed to be green.
–Lettuce is not supposed to be brown
–Cucumbers are not supposed to be white.
This is just a short list of things I’ve found wrong with sandwiches from this location.

This Subway location is about the same as any other I’ve been to. Same menu, same promotions. etc. We pick up sandwiches here about once a month and bring them home — we live in the neighborhood. The bread and other ingredients are always fresh, and the guy who makes your sandwich is always careful to make sure you get exactly the stuff you want on it. We have never had a disappointing experience here. Tip for parking: there are a few places around back behind the building you can use if the meters in front aren’t available.

The service here is so bad, I usually end up leaving after waiting to order for 20 minutes.
