We, love shopping at Trader Joes. The produce items does go bad more quickly than other places, so eat up fast. But overall their food is really good and they have a nice variety. Driving is average to other places.

my favorite supermarket hands down. You can find the most unique and delicious items at TJ’s and it is so inexpensive. Here are some of my favorite products: Fiberfull granola bars rosemary marcona almonds cous-cous lemon chicken salad kale edemame salad chocolate covered almonds chili spiced mangos freeze dried apples and their frozen macaroons!

Despite the congestion due to the small parking area, this is a great place to shop; with friendly folks always ready to help, and a vast variety of fabulous food! There’s even a special express line for 12 items or less. Everything is convenient!

The worst Trader Joe I have ever been to! Parking lot is horrible, store is super tiny inside, people can not get through with their carts, gets crowded easily

I love TJ’s. It’s less expensive than Ralph’s or Vons. I visit at least once a week to pick up the essentials for the week. I’ve spotted Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa shopping shopping there one time during the day. I’m sure there are more celebs that stop by, but I’m too busy shopping to even notice. Parking is horrible at this location, that I sometimes go to the Woodland Hills or West Hills store for easier parking. Best time for me to go is on Sunday mornings or late evenings before they close. It’s so much easier to find parking during their non-peak hours.

The cheerful and helpful employees here make up for the obviously bad parking. Hint, park across the street and walk…

I go to the Woodland Hills(Ventura Blvd) store frequently. The last time I came here was only to pick up a pumpkin pie when Woodland Hills had run out. I do not like the Encino location. It feels like an above-ground basement or cellar — low celings, and the merchandise is very close-packed on the shelves and it’s easy to bump into other customers, although this problem exists at other Trader Joes locations too, to lesser extent. Parking is horrendously bad and unless you have time to sit around and wait for a space, you will be parking on the street, as much as 2 blocks away. Burbank Blvd is very very busy in that area, with tons of traffic. At least with Woodland Hills, the store and parking lot are back off Ventura, perfect location. The staff are nice, but Trader Joes really needs to invest some money into expanding the square footage of this store, like they did the Woodland Hills store a couple years ago. I love Trader Joes — I can’t buy everything I need there, I have to go to Target to complete the shopping list — but this store has got to improve before I personally can do any more shopping there.

They’re getting better about moving cars in and out of the parking lot so that there isn’t a line of cars waiting to turn right on the street. Parking is a hassle mostly only during peak hours when people are getting out of work. I walked in for some flowers and a cheap bottle of wine. Found both for 7.00 including tax. Can’t beat that at all. Maybe the 99 cent store if they sold alcohol but I wouldn’t expect anything close to quality for the price. The cashier who helped me was super quick and professional as well. Everyone is always friendly here.

I like visiting this store to check out their selection of orchids. Additionally, I like their dry mango, macaroons(in the freezer section), plantain chips. They also have very good selection of nutty snacks. I wish the store was a little closer to where we live. Lastly, the parking lot is very small, so go early in the day.

I really love Trader Joe’s but this parking lot is crazy! If I had half a brain I would drive down Ventura Boulevard to Woodland Hills to the gorgeous location with a huge parking lot but now I find myself crammed into this tiny lot waiting for this nice gentleman to point me in the direction of an open space. The employees are super nice here as with all Trader Joe’s they always go out of their way to give great customer service. Love the organic fresh squeezed orange juice here and the pomegranate green tea. And the cheese popcorn is perfect to take to the movies too!

Ok I love trader joes but I feel like their fresh products are getting smaller and smaller while their prices are getting more and more… I don’t know if it is because of the type of people who live in this neighborhood or the construction of this store is bad either way getting in and out is pretty annoying and people inside(not employees) seem like animals… So I think I’ll pass on this location

Trader Joe’s is my favorite grocery store and this location is one of the smallest but friendliest Trader Joe’s in this neighborhood. I like how parking is so convenient and easy to find. It’s been almost a year that I shop from this store at least once a week and I am so lucky that I always find the best parking spot. The staffs are super nice and helpful; also I like their sense of humor and the way that they communicate with customers.

I would say this Trader Joe’s is one of the better ones. They only negative is the parking lot is small. As parking can be hard to find. If you are looking for a place that has outstanding cheeses and great dairy products this is the place for you. I love the fact they have a lot of great organic juices with a lot vegetarian items. The locations is in heart of Encino right of the 101 freeway. When it comes to quality of produce this one of the better Trader Joe’s. If you are just looking for simple to hard to find items they carry it here.

Awful parking! This place needs Disney imagineers to work their parking system. One of the main reasons why I try to avoid coming to this location. Not too many employees assisting on the floor, but whatever.

This is a great trader joes, but the parking is always bad. I don’t know why trader joes always leases stores with the fewest amount of parking spots. I like the fact there is a parking attendant to keep the traffic flow moving. The beer and wine selection is fantastic and the staff are always willing to help.

Definitely love this location. It’s big enough so they carry everything I’ve ever looked for. Some of the smaller locations don’t have it all. The store is always fully stocked. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Their items speak for themselves. The parking looks worse than it is. There’s usually a line that goes out to the street but it never takes more than 3 minutes to find a space. Don’t let it scare you off.

I’ve been told«never judge a grocery store by its customers» which is true for Trader Joe’s. I’ve met rude customers, inconsiderate customers, different types… but I think this Trader Joe’s has an inviting air that draws all walks of life. I like most of the Crew Members. I like to remember Irene very much because she is very helpful, nice, friendly(and beautiful!), and memorable. This place would have had five stars if there was more parking. I sometimes couldn’t find parking here and many people double park or park horribly. Otherwise, this place would get my full five stars.

I love this trader joes and the one in Sherman Oaks, my favorites… why? Well first the flowers are outside and I love buying flowers from TJ because they are always fresh and very affordable. Also the structure of the store I love and no parking issue. I love the staff and customer setv

Love this Trader Joe’s. Location: Right off the freeway, next to a Shell gas station, strategic, convenient, and naturally busy most of the time. But there’s always someone organizing the parking situation so people are in and out quickly. Variety of selections: Wines, liqueurs, fruits/Salads, baked goods, prepacked meals, desserts and chocolates, fresh flowers… All economically categorized and placed into this small store. Convenience, organic, and affordable. For example, organic heirloom tomatoes @ $ 2.99 a pack. This is the price you pay at a regular grocery store for farmed tomatoes. I couldn’t walk away without picking up one. Service: The staff at this store have such friendly attitude that I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and again. On top of that, they pack and get you out fast. The line moves fast and I’m always out of the store in 15 minutes from parking. As much as I dislike processed food, some of the prepacked dinner items are very attractive: Lasagna– $ 4.99 Chicken Piccata– $ 5.99 There is a bag fee of 10 cents if you don’t bring your own. I can live with that.
