Your feet are your temple. Treat them well and you’ll be rewarded. You get what you pay for. That’s what it comes down to. I’ve always found ‘good enough’ shoes here(meaning at Payless), but I don’t expect to buy quality shoes that will last more than one season. I never buy cross-trainers or running shoes here. This is a shoe store, not a running store. I know, it’s tempting… but don’t. Sure, the employees are nice… but you won’t get what you need here. I’m sure I’ll be back in the summer for summer shoes… but never for boots or athletic shoes.

Cheap and pretty shoes, you have them at Payless. It is a hit and miss sometimes, but the new summer collection looks really good. Check all the navy-royal blue shoes, it is a very unique color and will match with anything you will wear this summer, from jeans to minis, to maxi-dresses. I love the affordability of Payless and the myriad of flip-flops to choose from. There is a heavy smell of cheap plastic(well, so many flip-flops do not come precisely from nature), and that can put someone with sensitive olfactory off. They have constant sales and I always take advantage of the 50% off(I normally don’t buy full price anything). I think it is not precisely in the most attractive corner of this mall, but if you make it there, you will find something for sure as bargain.
