Staff is rude. Don’t bother trying to approach a sales associate for help because 1. They’ll ignore you and act like they didn’t see you OR 2. Their bad attitude will ruin your day! Literally they are so snobby! Never coming here again.

Horrible Tillys. My boyfriend and I went to this location to exchange some clothes, and were helped by a nice lady at first. We went and shopped around and came back to the register where a women named«Katren» assisted us, but gave us dirty looks as we walked up and was very rude. She had a very bad attitude and sighed repeatedly as she was doing the exchange. She made us feel very unwelcomed. We will not be returning to this store.

Came here yesterday to cloths shop. They had a lot of really nice things for me that i wanted to buy, so i did. Walking in I met Aubree a young adult female with reddish brown hair and wears circle round glasses and is white. She later claims that she was the manager there that day. But I saw some other lady giving these children directions and whom probably didn’t understand a lick of English. This other lady was flamboyantly dressed and just as uppity and condescendingly rude seeming as her other employees are. But here is a pro-tip! Here just like at anywhere that has employees fold and bag your just purchased cloths. Hopefully you tried them on first, even the shirts. Here you need to watch what the hired help is doing while handling your cloths. I am very upset and pissed off about the don’t care attitudes of the things that work here. This Hispanic child who took over for the girl whom I met when I walked in. Was very friendly and considerate. Well that’s what I thought at least. Until I realized as I am watching her fold my cloths. That she is placing her thumbs inside the collars and purposely wrenching the collars of my shirts wide open. After I’d just had to try them on to check for a lose collar and all. As she’s asking me very personal questions. Like where do you live, what car do you drive and who’s my favorite news caster. All of those questions were just attempts at distraction while she harms her place of employment. I now know how the collars of my shirts have become so trashed and this has been going on now for sometime for me. Buyers beware when you shop here. Needless to say. After paying and just attempting to point out to her that she shouldn’t fold the shirts the way I saw her doing incorrectly. After she was caught by me doing those things. She tried to lie to me and say she was not and trained to do it right without harming the cloths. Even though as I said to her I watched you do it to all of the collared shirts. I had to go back and pick out all the same shirts and re retry them on. And let me tell you that it wasn’t the next shirt I tried on that fit perfectly like the ones I went to buy. But I had to try on several others because they all had been damaged and rehung. Again buyer beware.

Absolutely horrible. Either Dora the Manager has no understanding on how to help a customer resolve an issue or she has no authority to do so. Either one is pretty pathetic by someone who is deemed a manager. After being told by Assist. Manager Christina on how to resolve the situation, I did what she asked twice and then it wasn’t honored by Dora the Manager. Not once did Dora say she was sorry for incorrect information supplied by Christina which made us come to the store twice. All of this for a 20.00 item. If at any time Manager Christina had worked with me on obtaining a record of my purchase, this would have been resolved. And this wasn’t an attempt to get cash back, the only attempt was to get an exact replacement of an item for a 13 year old girl that had saved up and bought the item from Tilly’s, only to have it broken the first time she used it. Tomorrow I will call Dave the Area Manager and see how adept he is at solving a situation where Tilly’s sold a defective item. Time will tell. UPDATE: No surprise, «Dave» was not at the number Dora provided nor would«Bre» who answered the phone give any info as to when«Dave» would be in as that is a security issue. Customer service was called and to make a decision on a defective item, they need photos sent to them so their«investigators» could decide if the item is defective. Pictures sent so hopefully Tilly’s has hired some crack investigators who can unravel this case but I am assuming their«investigator» is some 19 year old kid sitting at the computer making decisions while he texts his GF about the meanings of life. My kids still don’t start school for another month and yes they will be disappointed, but the money they get for back to school will absolutely not go to Tilly’s. I know it is one family but over the year we usually spend about 1K at Tilly’s on clothes, shoes, back packs, accessories etc. I hope this 20.00 purse was worth it to them. UPDATE: Tilly’s investigators got back to us and they said they would«ALLOW» us to return the defective item. I feel honored they would allow me to send something back that twas defective. This company absolutely does not get customer service. In the end it took numerous visits to the store, numerous phone calls and e mails for us to get a return on a 20.00 item that broke on the very first use. I would love to see a Tilly’s rep respond to this but I doubt they will.

HORRIBLE customer service! Employees pass around the buck and act like they called another local Tilly’s for you to see if they have the size you’re looking for, then tell you they don’t. Three teen aged employees were involved with this scheme. I physically went to the store they supposedly called after leaving this location and come to find out they did have the size I was looking for.

I come here all the time this is my store other then zumies but tillys well this store always carries my top brands and they mix it up every season believe it or not, not all store do. sign up for there mailng list they send you really good discount cards all the time which I always use. the store is huge and it carries alot of mens clothing its not over taken by womens apparel like so many other stores so I like that. watches belts shoe glasses etc… great urban and beach, ski wear options.
