My favorite restaurant for shrimp or fish tacos. The chips and homemade salsa are excellent. The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. The owner and wait staff are very accommodating. Their margaritas and Mexican beer are pretty good too! This is favorite lunch place near our home.

We only went here because Los Dos Amigos was packed. Never again. This is the second time we ate here and the first was long enough ago that I forgot that I didn’t think much of it the first time. Only this visit was worse. No one greeted us when we walked in. The cashier was with someone, but at least smile and nod. Dirty tables, far too long for our drinks and far longer for our food, which I had to finally ask about, with very few tables occupied. We saw food going next door at a pretty fast pace, but if you are going to serve orders in and out then staff for it. The lengua tacos were full and tasted ok, the Carne Mexicana was chopped beef, under flavored and unappealing. The rice was almost sweet, the beans were below average. Before we ordered I suggested to my GF that we go somewhere else, but she was hungry and didn’t want to take the time to drive to another Mexican place. That sounded reasonable. Too bad we didn’t. Another sign that maybe this wasn’t the right place to eat is that someone had thrown up in the men’s room. The next day we went to Los Dos with my visiting daughters and the food and service were SOMUCH better than El Kora. It was good to get the bad taste of that experience out of our mouths.

Definitely the best Mexican food in the area. However, the service is awful. Waitress rarely comes by your table to check in. You have to ask to get a refill for your soda or chips. Took forever to get the bill while the waitress was doing something in the back. Overcharged once and there was an occasion where there was a fly in the food. Update: I’ve visited this restaurant recently and had more positive experiences with the service.

Absolute worst service I have ever had! Painfully slow service. Only 1 other table was full when we arrived and we were there for an hour and a half. Couldn’t get food, couldn’t get drinks and couldn’t get our bill to leave. Food is NOT worth the wait either. You’re better off at Taco Bell. Waste of my money.

So not happy with the service there was 4 of us and we had to keep getting up to order drinks. Slow service on food to I’m sorry but I always tell you what I think.

This is definitely my favorite Mexican place in town. It fills a need that I haven’t been able to fill otherwise since leaving Atlanta. Mexican shrimp cocktails and mixed seafood cocktails are a craving that I just can’t get away from, so I usually come here about once a month, though I think it’s better to come in the Summer so I can get a Margarita or a Michelada. Service is very friendly, even when they are a little busy, and the chips are fresh and warm. The salsa is just spicy enough to kick you in the mouth, but it’s not offensive. The cocktail sauce is standard and authentic, which means it’s a little sweeter than cocktail sauce in the American style, but with a little lime juice it’s just perfect. I also like the prices, since it’s much cheaper to get seafood this way than to go to a place like McGrath’s(ick). So far I’ve had shrimp and fish tacos, camarones a la crema and a number of the various cocktails and ceviches. Everything is good and I even like their beans and rice. Definitely try this place if you like seafood and you’re looking for something a little different.

Usual texmex bean/rice/cheese slop that is served as a muted smear on your hot plate. People seem to be into that. Salsa was good and they do have specials. Do not recommend the shrimp. Its not deveined so its all gritty and definitely tastes frozen. Pretty bland. Well besides the inherit poop flavor. It is decorated kinda cutesy with the tiki hut and er’thing but the food needs help. Did get extra limes and that made me happy. Service was kinda inattentive even though there was only one other table occupied. I ordered a Jamaica water but never got it.

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s always great. The place is usually quiet for lunch so it makes for easy seating and a good place to meet over business. The service is really great, generally the owner waits tables and you don’t have very long wait to get your food. Certainly great food and I will continue to go back. Try the special. It really is special, good taste and price.

Soooo very GOOD!!! To start the restaurant is clean but the décor is left over from the last restaurant that was here(it was a large chain fast food burrito place). If you can over look the bad décor, the staff is friendly, and the food was amazing.

The food was adequate but the service was good. The portion size was slightly less then I expected. The basic flavor of everything was good but there could have been a little more spicy heat.

I’ve hear about this place for a long time now. Finally my brother wanted cheviche. This place is the only place I know that their special dish is seafood. First off, the waitress I belive the owner is really nice. It was empty when we got here but she made it so we didn’t feel awkward. I got a beer. Witch was nice! Negra modelo. We got chips and salsa when we sat down. I got cheviche and my brother got a coctel. Everything was really good. I added more special green salsa and my mouth was on fire! everything was good. Our food was good portions. We’re full and have left overs still. I will be back!!!

Not too bad. Decent prices. Waiter is extremely nice but semi-useless. The food portions are small but you get what you pay for. $ 13 for lunch with my girlfriend that includes tip and chips/salsa is awesome.

The waitress didn’t speak very good English but was incredibly sweet! The food was decent but they don’t have a very good description on the menu of what is the dish so it’s kind of like a surprise when you get it and you weren’t expecting potatoes in your shredded beef enchilada. Took 20 mins to get the check even though it was quite obvious everyone was done eating. It is definitely over priced compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because of the sweet waitress other wise it would be closer to one and a half stars. Save a few bucks and go to los dos up the road.

They served our food to another table, that person took a bite of rice, then our server tried to give me that plate and offered to add more rice!!! Not cool! I refused and they were remaking it. I was extremely put off that they would even TRY to give me food served to another table, so a few minutes later we told them we were leaving and left $ 5 for the chips and salsa we ate. The server was very defensive and guilt-tripped us, saying he was trying to make it right. #TooLate #CustomerServiceFail

Very unappealing food and service. The standard beans and rice mexican food in a bland and boring place. With so many better choices I will not be back.

This place is underrated. The name means«the coast,» so stick with the seafood and you won’t be disappointed. DLW loves their shrimp cocktail, loaded with avocado and good sized shrimp, and the sauce is not too sweet. I usually get fish or shrimp tacos, with double layers of soft corn tortillas and nice, fresh veggies. Rice and beans are nothing special. Chips and salsa are also fresh, not oversalted, and have enough kick to get your attention, but not enough to put most people off. They even make a pretty good margarita. The space is nothing fancy, tucked in a corner of a strip mall, but it’s clean and bright. Service is usually good, but occasionally slow. The location at the end of Delta Highway means you have to make a special trip, and fight the traffic surrounding Wal-Mart. It’s worth it.

The food wasn’t all that great– but we might have missed their to die for entrée while we were there. We had a seafood burrito and seafood tacos– both of which involved something fried. It was fine, but not the best I have ever had.

I ordered the fish soup. There were 4 tiny bites of fish+ 2 pieces of broccoli+ 2 pieces of cauliflower in the big bowl for $ 13.99. Not worth the money. Also, the soup was bland and flavorless until I doctored it with some hot sauce. Service was good. The waiter was polite and attentive but did not know much english

The gentlemen working was so accommodating and competent, he handled 4 large tables without missing a step. The food was casual and fun. Nice place to bring kids.

Cute place w Mariachi music playing. Ordered the Queso fundido w chorizo; took 20 minutes to arrive however, it was excellent. Also the shrimp fajitas. Perfectly cooked, very tasty. Prices were medium. Dislikes: wait for food and no beer on draft. Will definitely go there again
