of the FOUR employees behind the counter not one said a word to me or my fiancé. We looked around for 5 minutes and not a peep to either of us. Though I did enjoy hearing all about their lives. What a joy. I’d fire the lot of them and replace them with people who actually care. I’ll never go back.

The machine broke and no one called me after I told them I was coming to pick up my glasses and took time off work to do so. Then when they were ready they got them wrong. They were cheaper than I was charged and at first would not refund my money. Finally after speaking to a manager she said I would get the refund.. not sure when but eventually. I like the glasses but all in all, a real pain!

The people here are nice.
I had an eye exam here and they were extremely nice and helpful.
I think the exam was only like $ 69 bucks? I don’t have eye insurance so that’s the cash price.
So if you need to get your eyes checked go here.
They have tons of glasses to choose from if you need those.
