My Little Children

I love this store! I have been shopping here for the last four years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I alway find cute things for my girls at prices that are nearly half of what regular retail would be. I love how they have expanded their new items while keeping a great selection of high quality pre-​owned items. I often shop for other family members here because they don’t have anything like it where they live and are amazed at what I find here.
I have found the sales girls to be friendly and helpful. Most recently Brittany help me find a hard to find item I had been searching for. I was so excited to finally find it. I love her bubbly, positive personality. I highly recommend this fantastic children’s shop.

My experience with My Little Children has been a dismal one. I consigned items with the owner, Alice, who agreed to pay me 60% of the sale price of those items. Over the course of the year, I went into the shop to replenish her inventory with my products, and to pick up any money from sales made in the last quarter. ONE time, I received a $ 58 payment. Every other time I went in the shop, 3 times over the course of 6 or 7 months, none of her employees were able or knew how to pay me the money I was owed for sales. In the meantime, I noticed sales were good and my products were disappearing off the shelves… but when I asked to look at the books where they kept track of sales, no one had been writing down the products that were selling. I finally got tired of not receiving money for my products, and emailed Alice to let her know I would be pulling my items from her store. She was conveniently not in attendance when I came in to pick up my items, which means that I was not paid what was owed to me. By her ill-​kept record keeping, it was about $ 60 that she owed me. Based on the items I picked up, she had sold 40 of my products in the last year and owed me over $ 250. She has refused to answer my phone calls or the email I sent her regarding what she owes me. I asked her kindly to send me a check… no response. Aside from being a horrid business owner who rips off her clients, she is outright rude with her customers. I can’t even imagine why people visit this store.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. HORRIBLE place run by greedy people. I was charged double the marked price of an item then denied a return. I will never go back.

The prices seemed high for used clothing. Nice store location.
