Tried the Philly a couple of times and I wasn’t displeased. A little expensive, but I don’t mind paying more for great food. Service has always been friendly and the establishment always clean. I’ll be back again.

We already know we like Jersey Mikes subs… but what impressed me here was the staff! We showed up 15 mins before close on a Sunday night(1÷11÷16) and they were sooo friendly and nice. They also listened well to our specificities(aka LOTS of lettuce, LIGHT onion… etc). Thank you so much! We really appreciated you guys!

Pretty good cold subs. Had chicken parm tonight and it was pretty bland. Very little sauce and flavor. Sauce that sh$’ up!

Ordered a Reuban and Chicken Parm. Both good but both needed a bit more dressing and red sauce. We will try again later but expect good things from this place.

I made two mistakes on my first visit to jersey mikes– 1) not asking what the sizes meant and 2) assuming regular was«small» and giant was«regular», because I only saw two sizes on the cheesesteak menu. I ordered the giant, thinking it would be like a foot long. I ordered the chipotle cheesesteak based on reviews I saw. My fiancé got the California chicken cheesesteak. They don’t mess around with the label giant. It was HUGE. Much bigger than a foot long. The bread was soft, meat was tasty, lots of chipotle mayo, flavor of the peppers and onions was good too. Overall, we both really liked the taste of our subs. They were making a turkey/provolone when we were there and it looked really good, I think I’ll be trying that next time(size regular if I’m really hungry or mini if I’m not!). I’m also looking forward to trying the big kahuna cheesesteak in the future too. Mushrooms and jalapeños on the cheesesteak would be yummy!

Love me some Jersey Mikes! I used to go all the time when I lived in Nashville and I was glad to see one open here. The only knock is that the crew is brand new so I’ve hand some waits and the occasional mistake. HOWEVER! The sandwiches are totally delicious and they have made things right every time there has been a mistake and that is a big deal to me.

Just what I loved and remembered about Jersey Mike’s! Quick and friendly service! AMAZINGLY well made subs! The guys here were mid way on a probably 100sub order and did not slack on making ours quickly and neat too! Definitely did not skimp on anything :)

Pretty good! The sandwiches were quite tasty. It seemed like pretty standard quality meats and veggies for the price point, and I really enjoyed my sandwich. The service was barely adequate. The staff wasn’t openly rude, but definitely not friendly and welcoming. I would have given it four stars had the service been better.

Went here this evening for the first time. I know there’s Jersey Mike’s all over the place but Eugene never had one and I had never tried it before! I’ve been longing for another sub shop as our other options are nothing special. My boyfriend and I came here about 6pm and we were the only customers. I ordered their meatball sub and my boyfriend got the chipotle cheesesteak. The first thing I thought on my first bite was how great the bread was! Probably my new favorite out of any chain sub shop. It was delicious! The meatballs and marinara were also great. The highlight had to have been the cheesesteak. I ended up wanting to eat my boyfriends whole sandwich! The chipotle mayo and cheese they used were seriously to die for. We will definitely be back!

OK just to clarify a few things about Jersey Mike’s. #1) Before taking in a single dollar for profit, the owner donated over $ 10,000 to a couple local high schools but has no children attending school in this area. 2) having worked at both Togos and Jimmy John’s I can say with surety that there is more and better quality meat in these sandwiches.(and yes they cost more but you get what you pay for!!!) 3) Everything that is served on the sandwiches is prepped every single day in the morning.(no bagged lettuce)!!! 4) just to address the complaints made about mistakes made in the first week of business. Anybody that knows anything about opening a new business knows that it usually takes a couple weeks to work out all of the kinks BUT if you do make a mistake it’s OK as long as you make it good with the customer and from the sounds of it they did everything they could to make up for their minor mistakes. Lastly let me just say thank you very much Jersey Mike’s for your generous contributions to our Schools and for bringing a little bit of the East Coast here, it was very much needed!

I had a chicken Caesar wrap yesterday and it was really good, and today got the chicken bacon ranch, sandwich was good but messed up my husbands order, which was supposed to be a philly cheese steak. Both times I received such awful service and I can’t believe they were rude to my children as well. I thought the first occurrence was an off day but the 2nd visit was even worse. I was excited for my husband to try it since it was so good yesterday, but he agreed the service was terrible.

Very impressed with the philly cheese steak I just ate. I consider myself a bit of a food snob and I ate every bite. Purchased an extra to bring home to my wife. This is my new go to sandwich shop

I’ve been dying to find a place that serves a big ol’ Philly Steak Sandy, loaded with meat, cheese, and guilt. And when you’ve found a place that serves said sandwich, I’m quite the happy guy. My wife and I thought we would try out Jersey Mike’s as it’s new to the area. It’s located off Delta behind Jamba Juice and next to Starbucks. They have a large selection of sandwiches. Classic grinders and subs seem to make up the majority of the menu. My first trip, I ordered a regular Philly Cheesesteak. My only complaint with this sandwich was that it was too small! Not saying that they rip you off, but I would’ve and could’ve ate another! The bread is soft, meat is plenty, and the cheese is loaded on there. When I order a Philly Cheesesteak I want it to be loaded with meat and dripping with cheese. It should scream, «Call a cardiologist!» when you take your first bite. This one did… My 2nd visit, I decided to get the Big Kahuna. A philly steak sandy with Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and EXTRA cheese. Since I felt the last one was a little small, I got the«giant», a 24″ beast of a sandy. Yeah, I’m pretty sure I’m still full from that thing that I ate two weeks ago. Considering I eat very clean these days, I only eat here as a cheat meal. So I wont be visiting as much as I would like to, however when I’m in the mood for a meaty, cheesey, mess of a sandy, I’ll grab me a philly and indulge!

My family is from the East Coast and I have had lots of subs, grinders, etc. First off, if you are looking for lots of veggies on your subs this isn’t your place and you should move on, this is an east coast rooted place. This place has some great meats and cheeses that is sliced for you as you order. The brand they use is Boarshead which can be found at Safeway. I am in love with vinegar on sandwiches and theirs tastes like a delicious apple cider vinegar. They could cut down on the oil a bit, however their seasoning for the subs is on point. I have been here twice and both times they made the sub as ordered. I went their the first time and they were out of bread and they were cooking a fresh batch. I didn’t mind because one… Fresh bread? Ummm yes please, and second, steel pale is right around the corner. The bacon is a little to crispy for my taste and not the best quality in comparison to the other meats and cheeses they use. The place is not very big and cannot occupy very many people is another down side. Overall not to shabby. I’ll be going back.

Being from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I loved Jersey Mike’s! It was great to have a taste of home on our way back from a trip to British Columbia. This location has just opened two weeks prior and the staff was so friendly and attentive! I had the turkey and provolone hoagie and I had it Mike’s way less the oil. It was perfect! My guy had the chicken cheesesteak with peppers only and he loved it! We also got baked Lays chips and a pack of butterscotch krimpets to remind us of life back in Philadelphia where tastykakes are on every corner. Loved everything and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. We live in Northern California in the San Francisco Bay area and are hoping a franchise or two open soon here!

Thought I would try this place out. It is nice enough on the inside, and I am pleased that they finally put in another place to eat in this space. It was much needed. I am not sure I will be a frequent customer. The service was fine, and they had more than enough people working. I was just not all that impressed with what I had. My guy had the lg #43 I believe. I think it had philly steak, and cheese. He liked it, but the size was pretty small. On the menu board it says you can get a wrap… I was bummed it was not the unwhich kind of wrap. They only have nasty bagged shredded lettuce like you get at Subway! So they offer for you to get it made in a salad, yeah okay! Well… That comes with that nasty shredded bagged lettuce! I got the turkey salad. The meat and cheese was fine, I have had better honey mustard. This will be low on my list of places to eat. Sorry. Wanted to like it. The owner has wrote to me to say he personally cut the lettuce that day, so I guess it is not the«bagged» kind. It still does not change opinion in the flavors, and when I want to eat salad I don’t want the shredded up kind of lettuce. Sorry just my two cents. I would rather have the standard size pieces, or be able to have an unwhich with a regular piece of lettuce offered as a sandwich just like most of their competitors do like when I go to Jimmy Johns they wrap my meat and cheese in lettuce and call that a wrap, and or an unwhich! So if you guys really cut your lettuce here it would be nice to have that option for people who don’t want gluten, or who have gluten allergies!

Service — Fast! But they need to work on being thorough. They forgot our bacon on a sub(which has bacon by default) and we had to ask that it be added. They did not tell us where to get the cookie for our meal and was not given a cup until I asked. I was not asked if I was a rewards member or offered to sign up, and I was so overwhelmed with all the chaos that I did not ask to supply my #. Unsure if this is the standard, but toasted our bread without being asked(remember to decline if you dislike toasted bread!) I was asked to pay before I was asked about toppings, so that got confusing. Subs — Delicious! I really enjoyed mine(Original Italian), I need to remember to ask for light on the oil/vinegar as it was quite messy! The meats and cheeses, even breads are delicious. Hot out of the oven bread at 7pm can’t be beat! Be sure you ask for Mayo/mustard as this is not part of «Mike’s way» and they do not offer.

True«East Coast, Jersey Style» Subs. I was in there on a Saturday night right before the Duck game.(Around 6:30) A really cool guy came out as I was deciding what to get and greeted me. He is one of the franchisees and I asked for his name so I could give him some direct credit on Unilocal and I forgot and I feel bad. I wish I could remember the name of the sandwich I ordered. I wanna say it was the«Supreme» or Mike’s «special» but don’t quote me, I was in a hurry. I do know it is the sub that has 3 types of ham. Regular Ham, Cappicola,(hot ham) and another I can’t remember. The franchisee told me «great choice» and«it’s the best ham sandwich I’ll ever have». HEWASONPOINT! AWESOME! Get your sub«Mike’s Way». It includes lettuce, juicy tomato, onion, a high grade splas of red wine vinegar and pure olive oil and herb blend. For no extra charge I added AWESOME crispy dill pickle chips, pepperoncinis, and their own signature tomato pepper relish! Slightly spicy and tangy. The bread is a thick and dense French style roll that holds up well to the«sauce»(oil and vinegar) I will be back ALOT! BTW. I got the«mini» wich is a 5 inch sub. It was just over 5 bucks. This place kicks ass over horrible Subway, and the next best options like Jimmy John’s, YoGis, etc. Say bye bye to all of those! Say hello to the best subs in Eugene. Jersey Mike’s!!!
