Should be called «FED UP»! That’s how this woman Felicia acted. Wouldn’t ship my box nor would she rebox it for payment, I have a business Fedex account, I didn’t care how much she charged and she told me to «take my boxes to the car»!!! Are you kidding me?!! I thought I was the customer. I she’s there then it would be best to go elsewhere

Went in here with my girlfriend today to send a return shipment of clothes. Fed ex offers a new service where they will print the label in store. We went in thinking this would be quick. No. We went in and and it took forever so we eventually just left. And Mila was very rude. They had two people working, but only had one working computer to help customers. Very inefficient. Definitely always using UPS in the future.

Avoid this establishment.
The employee behind the counter was defeatist and unwilling to offer solutions that were clearly needed due to their system inefficiencies. Being told to «rent» a computer to print a label because their 3D scanner would not scan the QRC that was provided to them is unacceptable. Why would I be asked to pay more because their systems would not work? I even offered to email the label to them, but that was met with excuses and a general inability to think on behalf of the customer.
Though this will not stop me from using FedEx in general, I will no longer give this location my time or my business. I suggest you do the same.

I have used this place a few times in the past. They offer shipping of packages, packaging material, office supplies and materials. I came in the other day to get some fresh resume paper. You cant beat .09 for 1 sheet of flawless colored paper stock. Clearly, I bought more than 1 piece, point being, it doesn’t hurt your pocket and you have a nice professional piece of paper to put down whatever it is you need to.
I did Email them my resume once. They said they would print it out at their office on the nice paper for very cheap. Well, when I got there the guy who was working gave me my «resume». The format was off between to two programs and it didn’t print as I sent it. He basically told me tough stuff. Now I actually have a printer (which I didn’t before) and cant take care of it on my own.
So based on a 2 star experience and a 4 star experience, we land at 3 stars for Fedex office.
