Not usually one to turn to a bad review but I have been eating at Pizza Pipeline for a long time, usually the food tastes fine and all goes well but this lat time I went I paid extra for things they didn’t include, I also was told they could bring me change for a larger bill and the driver showed up with no change and had no idea what I was talking about so I had to go to the store and get change, also when I first placed my order I was put on hold for a quite a while just to find out the price of a medium pizza, and then put on hold again to confirm they could bring change and they failed all around. Order was messed but the quality of the food was fair. Seriously need to work on customer service though. Long time customer disappointed.

We ordered a pizza that never came(after 2 hours of waiting and around 3:30am) and when we called to tell them they were incredibly rude. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Quality of food is OK. As mentioned previously by Rick, the corporate side of this business is corrupt and careless when it comes to their employees. Back when Ray was running the shop, there was actually some consideration going into the food. Yes, it’s only pie — but it’s the principal.

It’s better then Little Ceaser’s. I know Little Ceaser’s is so different from what one expects a pizza made with real ingredients to taste like that that’s not saying much. So I guess I’ll recant It’s a whole lot better then Little Ceasers! It really tastes like Pizza. I never got a whole pie but the lunch time slices special with a soda is a good deal if a tad on the small side and of course the requisite grease.

I’m a sucker for all things cheap. Women, booze, and of course, food. So it goes without saying that I’d give this joint a try. Hell, with a lunch special of three slices of pizza for a whopping 4.00 $ you can’t go too wrong. Turns out, that’s not entirely true. Resembling something closer to napalm than Pizza, the food here carpet bombed my taste buds like a rice patty during Vietnam. If the sensation of «normal» ever returns to my mouth — I’ll make sure to count my blessings. The fiery goo that they called cheese was also accompanied by a river of grease, immediately soaking through my plate and into my jeans. Chemical spill off one would think. I managed to remind myself during the agonizing mouth-nuking that this travesty masquerading as food only set me back a few dollars… So there’s that. Unfortunately for me, I would have rather kept the ability to taste for the next week than save a few dollars.

I ordered Taste of Sicily and I’m stuffed after two pieces. It was good — not $ 22 good for the large(14″ pizza pie), but good. I find it strange all these reviews talk about it being so cheap, but paying $ 25 with the $ 3 tip(when I found out they charged a $ 2 delivery fee I brought the tip down a bit) felt a bit like being taken for a ride, especially if they usually just cash in some coupon I didn’t know about and get charge $ 10 less. Next time I’ll be sure I have one of these coveted coupons that makes the pizza half price. Sigh.

The slowest service. I have ordered pizza from here on four separate occasions, and delivery has taken close to two hours every time. I understand a busy night, but this slow service, and a failure to provide customers with an expected arrival time leaves customers wondering if their orders were lost or forgotten. The food is mediocre. A good go to for relatively inexpensive, fairly greasy pizza-if you have two hours to sit around and hope for a delivery in the near future.

I wasn’t sure how to rate this place because I’ve ordered from them twice — one was a terrible experience and one was great. The pizza itself is really good. I liked it a lot. Only bummer is the soda is always flat when it’s delivered. The first time, I ordered at 10:45 pm(a single pizza, not much to make), and they did not end up coming until after 1:00 in the morning. By then, I was half asleep and didn’t want to eat the pizza. I called the restaurant several times to make sure it was even coming. I’m pretty sure the guy who delivered it was stoned. The second time, I ordered at 8:30 and it was delivered by a completely sober person in ~30 minutes. Soda was still flat though. Bottom line: Great quality, and good service IF ordered before 9:30pm. After that, do not expect to get your pizza before the sun is up. I feel kind of bad for the staff though, they are clearly in over their heads.

I’ve been coming to Pipeline since my sophomore year of high school. There’s something to be said for an inexpensive, no-nonsense pepperoni pizza. If you have some friends with you, the carry out special can’t be beat. If you’re on your own, grab the three slice and a drink deal. The only downside is the mall rats kids which hang around downtown.

Waited 45 minutes. Received a phone call that the driver was in a car accident and our pizza would be there in about 15 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes with no communication and no pizza. Received a phone call and the driver was at the wrong location. Waited another ten minutes(even though the wrong location was literally a three minute walk across a parking lot to our apartment). Received a phone call saying the driver was at the leasing office. Told her to drive towards MLK and our apartment was right there. They proceeded to drive the opposite direction. Then received call from the store telling us our driver couldn’t find our apartment and wanted to come home. At this point I asked for a refund to which I was told, «well our driver is right there» meaning what? That we need to go out and wander around trying to find her? I mentioned that by this point our pizza was probably cold to which I was told«it’s probably still warm.» At no point in time was any responsibility taken by either the store or the driver and it’s absolutely absurd no offer of compensation was made for the wait or hassle. We even had to argue just to get them to cancel it and give us a refund. Terrible customer service. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

It took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza! I called them an hour after I placed my ordered online, at first they couldn’t find my name in the system then after I described my order they said their online system is a little bit slow but my pizza should be delivered in half an hour! It took them one more hour! When the deliveryman showed up I told him I ordered the pizza 2 hours ago and he said they have been so busy and he was the only one working that night!!! The pizza was still hot but too salty and greasy! I used to love their pizza but I am not gonna order from them anymore!

Solid za. Love the new guy Alex! He’s such a shooting star. They should put that shooting star in their pocket and never let it fade away!

I had heard good things about this pizzeria, so last night my wife and I decided to give it a try. I’ll start with the positives. The pie… delicious. We got the bbq chicken with a zesty crust. The toppings were delicious, and the chicken was tender, smokey and peppery. Perfecto. The buffalo wings were so so. The taste of the sauce was good, just enough heat to be buffalo, but not so hot as to require a glass of milk to quench the fire. My main complaint about the wings was the size. They were seriously small. Like less meat than a chicken nugget. The skin was also a bit rubbery. The sweetza desert pizza was also so so. I was drawn to the chocolate/peanut butter concoction, but alas the wife is profoundly anti chocolate. The raspberry cream cheese desert pizza was indeed very tasty. The crust was soft and chewy, and the cream cheese and streusel was warm and gooey. The raspberry gelle was a bit tart for my liking, but I can’t knock them for that. Now here is where I have to put my foot down. I went in to pick up our order and was met by an obviously agitated female employee who right in front of me, continued a loud(read screaming/yelling) conversation with another employee about a seemingly not present supervisor(I think). While I waited awkwardly scrolling through facebook to see the cuteness that is my nieces Halloween costumes, I heard no less than 30. Yes THIRTY! F Bombs, with a smattering of other profanities for good measure. Now this is a big, open facility. And there is no way she didn’t know there was a customer in the waiting area. She just didn’t care. I’m no prude, but after a long day of being crammed into a costume, I’m not interested in having my ears assaulted by trashy language. 5 stars for the food! Subtract three for the EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior of one particular staff member. I’ll definitely be back, but if I have to listen to profanity and unprofessionalism next time I won’t be back, no matter how much I loved their food.

When I moved to Eugene, I was excited to find my go-to pizza place for parties, finals week, lazy night, and I-want-pizza-right-now moments. Pipeline was the second place I tried. A large group of us ordered three different kinds of pizzas. The service was very good! We ordered over the phone, immediately left the house, and by the time we got to the pizza place, all three pizzas were done! The manager was very nice. The inside of the Pipeline wasn’t decorated, but I do feel that it fits what they are going for. My only complaint was that the pizza simply wasn’t good. All three pizzas lacked freshness(probably why we were able to get them so quickly), A few of my friends even felt sick afterwards. The bread sticks are VERY good and may be the only reason I’ll return!

Ordering from here was a mistake. I’m willing to believe their more«standard» pizzas are okay. But I was feeling adventurous and picked the«taco pizza». This thing was just awful. I never throw out leftovers, but I’m going to have to cut the remainder of this pizza loose. Aside from the wilted lettuce shreds, it had these tortilla chips on it(a suspect idea at best) and they were horribly stale(maybe even somewhat rancid). I woke up this morning still burping up that stale chip flavor. Maybe a bad topping choice on my part, but it didn’t inspire me to give them another try. I think I’m done with the Pipeline. Also took an hour to deliver on a Monday night.

I am not from the area but I had a craving for pizza. Pipeline was the closest pizza restaurant to where I was staying. After reading Unilocal reviews, I was ordering with very very low expectations. The prices are ridiculously high for a college town… not to mention pizza in general. The only reason I continued with my order is because they offer a 35% off discount for online orders, on the weekend. With the discount, the pizza is properly priced. My pizza was done in record time. The taste was quite good. Its standard pizza fare. Better then commercial but lower then boutique. I ordered a meat pizza and they forgot 1 ingredient. After reading the previous reviews, I knew my order would not be 100% correct. I did not complain because the pie was still covered with toppings. My review would be 5 stars if it wasn’t so expensive and if they didn’t forget an ingredient.

Dear Pizza Pipeline, I would like to impart upon you some ideas for how best to deal with a situation regarding not delivering the breadsticks I had paid for with the order I made. 1) DON’T: question me at the door about my order. I’m sure the box says 1⁄1. I’m sure my bill is double the price one normally pays for said 1⁄1. I have no reason to lie. My face tells you I’m not trying to scam you as does my prepaid order and the reasonable tip. 2) DON’T: have me call you imploring about the breadsticks and tell me they will be there within the hour and then not deliver them within said hour. 3) DON’T: have me call you 20 minutes after said hour telling me they are on their way telling me they’re almost there and then get agitated when I ask for a refund. 4) DON’T: come to the door and deliver breadsticks two hours after I asked for them to be delivered and be surprised/Annoyed I have asked for a refund. Would you sit in a restaurant that long for your food and not expect the same? No? Rhetorical. The answer is you’d do the same thing as I did, only you woudn’t expect people to be rude about it to you. I think you all had a busy night. It happens. You’ve made mistakes in the past and we’ve resolved them correctly. But the person who paid their money for a product which you messed the order up of ISNOTTHEPROBLEM. So don’t funk around with their night and treat them poorly because of it next time, m’kay? Thanks. BTW, your cheesy garlic: awesomeness and I look forward to meeting with it once again in the hopefully not too distant future.

***WARNING: Bitter review incoming!*** I’ll keep this short and sweet. I’ve been searching for a pizza joint that still offers green olives as a topping choice, since it seems most stopped offering them when I was a kid. I can’t properly communicate my love for green olives on pizza here in text! I stumbled upon Pizza Pipelines website, saw green olives, and though the website looks, and navigates, like a disaster, I gave the online ordering a whirl. Now I’m no fool, with the website in such disarray I wasn’t about to cross my fingers and hope the order went through, so I called to be sure. Sure enough, they didn’t get the order, but they were kind enough to inform me that the wait would be 1.5 hours currently. 1.5 hours??? Seriously? In 1.5 hours I could make my own dough, make my own sauce, and bake a pizza at home! So that is exactly what I did. I’m all about supporting the mom and pop shops, and not giving my cash to the corporate chains, however, this locally owned/operated business needs to get it’s sh! t together, or they don’t deserve my support.
