Just had THEWORST Ihop experience ever at 2710 Texas 121 Euless, TX76039. The manager SCREAMEDATUS, WENEVERRECEIVEDOURFOOD, ANDTHENHETHREATENEDUSWITHTHEPOLICE. READMOREBELOW. Every time my grandmother is in town we do breakfast on Sundays at Ihop. It’s kind of a thing. We love Ihop. My family is large, so our party was about 10 people as usual. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Sunday which we thought would be in our favor. We were sat at 2:30pm, our order including drinks was taken at 3:00 pm… this was a long wait, but we were of course understanding because our server Catherine was so sweet. Upon taking our order we waited about 15 minutes for drinks… mind you the restaurant is predominantly empty and only the 4 children ordered beverages other than water. At 3:21pm our server Catherine came to tell us that she had JUST put our order in … After waiting an hour plus from the time we actually ordered at approximately 4:15 pm the children were crying, my family was hungrier than ever, my grandmother had to prepare for her flight, and no one had come to give us an explanation as to why it was taking over an hour to prepare eggs and pancakes. Due to the blatant disregard we decided to leave since we had received no food and only four kids beverages. My 71 year old Grandmother wanted to alert management, but to save her the grief I volunteered to speak with the manager to let him know why we were leaving instead of just walking… out of pure courtesy. When the manager came over I asked his named, with a look of disgust he provided the name Sean. I began to politely explain the situation to him gesturing to the empty table, stating we waited over an hour, hadn’t received food, and we had a flight to catch later. The manager asked me where everyone was, he then went over to the order screen and pointed to the time of our order entry stating loudly YOURORDERWASPUTINAT3:21YOUTHINKITTAKESLESSTHANANHOURTOCOOKFOR A PARTYOFTEN!!! Appalled, I then exclaimed that was part of the problem as we ordered at 3pm. He then began to yell as he PUTHISHANDSINMYFACE stating ’ ITSYOURFAULTYOUHADTOGOTOTHEAIRPORTANDDIDN’T HAVEENOUGHTIMETOWAIT, ITTAKESANHOURAND A HALFTOCOOKFOR A PARTYOFTEN” I then stated to him that I was simply advising him of the customer service we received and the reason we were leaving. HECONTINUEDTOYELLANDPLACEBLAMEONUSWHILEPUTTINGHISHANDSINMYFACE. He showed no empathy, told us we were in the wrong, and at the very end even after we received NOFOOD he threatened us with the police saying we were running out on the check. WENEVERHADANYFOOD. I am so turned off from Ihop, I have never been treated as such, I had to ask him to put his hands down from my face causing other customers to look in shock and get up and leave. This was the General Manager I was speaking to… what a shame to have such an ugly individual working for one of the favorites. Shame on you Sean… I’m not worried though, because anyone with such business practices will surely get theirs in some shape form or fashion.

We’ve been here for nearly an hour still haven’t been served food. People before us have already been served this is the worst customer experience ever. why not just get up and leave this is ridiculous.

Terrible… I had the Turkey Berry sandwich. Amazing this is on the menu. Boring and tasteless. Add a 45 minute wait after ordering to be totally disappointed.

My order was wrong, bacon was burnt, had flies all over the place and, was lucky enough to have one of them land on my drink! Was really disappointed, waste of my money. Oh and this particular one has you wait and pay while your seated, soooo be prepared to wait 20 minutes for them to grab your card when you’re ready to pay…

If it is late at night and you are hungry. Then look no further. Ihop has the best meal late at night.

Had not been to an IHOP in about 7 years. I remember being really impressed with the non breakfast menu. Now, the menu was mainly breakfasts(which makes sense). I opted for a mushroom, spinach, Swiss Cheese burger as I wanted a side salad which came with it. This was a mistake. The side salad was a small bowl of spring mix with a few red onion ring slices and 2 very under ripe tomatoes on top. The burger was just okay. I don’t know why, but I thought it was rather flavorless even with the mushrooms, spinach and cheese. My husband had an Italian Chicken pasta dish which was just some chicken, pasta, and sauce. Nothing special. We were here for a late lunch/early dinner(3PM) and we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant. I did notice when we left that the glass on the front door was full of fingerprints which made me wonder why it wasn’t clean since there wasn’t anyone there!

Pretty bad experience. I went here with my sister for a cup of coffee and a meal to split; we got there, were seated immediately, given our drinks then left there for an hour without anyone checking on us or taking our order. Finally I went and hunted someone down to help us. The poor hostess ended up taking our order, we didn’t once see our server after she brought us our drinks. We ate our food, which was pretty mediocre for iHop standards, then waited another hour for our check to be delivered. I then hunted down the hostess again and we paid at the servers station. I said, «Do we pay here or at our table?» The hostess said, «Oh your server usually brings it to you at your table.» I thought, «…what server?» Im usually BIG on leaving tips, as I know how difficult being a server is but seeing as we didn’t actually have one, I decided against tipping. Hopefully they will improve their server situation.

I can remember back in the day when ihop was considered upscale compared to Dennys, but these days I find myself rating them both the same, no matter how many upgrades you do to a location it’s the service, management and location that all boils down to how it will do. This location is good, north euless boarding grapevine, so it’s not in the ghetto. The service is meh, nothing special, mainly Hispanic servers, and busboy s. There s always a language problem when you see that. Food again was meh, bacon wasn’t crispy. Hash browns weren’t brown, pancakes were ok. Eggs were ok, nothing special.

Service was horrendous! There were four tables including mine in our section, and after waiting 10 minutes to place our order, I had to get another waitress’ attention to order! About 5 minutes after we ordered, our first waitress — who the entire time was avoiding eye contact with us for some reason — came over to ask us for our order. Never noticing that the menus were gone from the table. She looked upset that we had already placed the order and gave me a look. When the food came out, my kid’s order came out wrong. Once food arrived it wasn’t hot, just warm. Food tasted ok. Then we had to wait for the check, and wait more for it to be picked up. The table behind us left about 10 minutes before we did, and it still was dirty when we left. All of the waitresses were busy talking and it looks like the manager was right there with them. The waitress never came by to ask how we were, like she did for the table behind us. She did yell over another table to ask«Are you guys ok?» Never had such horrible service at that IHOP. Given that the place was nearly empty, it was very unexpected.

Great breakfast. Came in late Sunday morning and no wait! Our waiter got drink orders quickly. Place was packed and food still came fast and correctly prepared. Highly recommended..

Worst service. My niece broke her arm, she’s 7., I had to help her in the restroom. Come back to find my table being cleared away. The clearers were saying in Spanish«nothing left she was done». My niece wasn’t. Her dominant hand/arm was in a cast… She eats slower. She had pancakes and eggs to eat. Almost her entire meal. I wasn’t finished. Yet they only comped me my nieces $ 5 meal. Will not be back. Not a fan of this location.

Came here yesterday for Free pancakes. Pancakes were good, but the service was not there. We didn’t get our silverware. Then when they gave us our food we requested silverware. The server told a us she would be right back with it and never came back. We had to flag another waiter for our silverware.

Going to give this one ONE star because by default I have to at least give one. Stopped by here on the way back home with my wife and 3yr old son. Food is the same so no need to review it. Service is HORRIBLE. The only decent part is that we didn’t have to wait long to be seated since there only about 3 tables with customers. Waiter pretty much ignored us for about 10 mins. Finally we ordered drinks which took another 10mins to bring 2 glasses of water and a coffee. Ordered food for myself, wife ordered, and we ordered a kids meal for my son. We specified that we’d like one order to go so we could take it home with us. We waited for food… Finally we received our food. My son is now full grown and about 17yrs old, and I’m not sure if I can even pay because my credit cards are expiring at this point. How he managed to grow so much on water, coffee, and sweet and low packets is beyond me. My pancakes arrived. I wanted some hot syrup. I call the waiter over, who acknowledged me but didn’t come. Did it again, he walks off. I stand up and run into the manager and ask for hot syrup. Waiter runs over and says he gots it, so I finally get it. At this point we were so hungry the food was inhaled like drug addicts who’ve been in jail for a month. We’re all finished eating now, so the waiter decides to bring my order to go on a plate… Took me about 10 mins to get his attention for a to-go box! Paying for the meal was about another 15mins. My advice is that if you really want to eat at an IHOP you’d be better off driving to one in another state like California as it would take about the same amount of time to order, finish eating and paying. My son spent his entire childhood at this IHOP waiting for food, If only I could get it back.

Why wouldn’t anybody like IHOP? Tons of options. Great for families.

I have never had a problem with any I-Hop before I came to this one. First of all the waiter made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience to him. He acted like he didn’t want to take our order, never came back to ask us if we needed anything else; maybe said two words to us in the whole interaction. Then all the employess disappeared, turned off the lights then started flashing them continuously. First I thought there was an electrical short, this went on for about 10 minutes. Everybody got up to leave the waiter never even came to our table to tell us they were closing and when we were walking out he was rude like«are yall ready?». I thought all I-hops were 24 hours if they were closing they should of told us so we could pay and leave. What if I was paying with a credit card and not able to leave the $ on the table and he was nowhere to be found flashing the lights? I will never go back to this place again.

It is hit or miss with the service at this place. Every time I swear I won’t go back, I cave because it’s close. Last visit, my server was obviously new, but very sweet and I could tell she was trying. Food was consistent and everything came out quick, hot and right. I order Ala cart because a stupid diet, so my egg and bacon was just a tad more than the coffee. I did sneak a bite of the red velvet pancake, which tasted like a red pancake with some sort of cream cheese like sweet sauce on top. It was good, but if I’m going to carb it up, I love the harvest nut and grain.

So I went to IHOP the other day. I have been eating at many locations all my life. It is a good, reliable breakfast. I like that they offer turkey bacon.
