Being from Atlanta, I’ve never had Jamba Juice until I moved here and it’s safe to say, I see what the hype is all about now. I’ve tried a few smoothies here, and they’ve all been very refreshing. My favorite is probably the Kale-ribbean Breeze(listed under their whole food nutrition smoothies), which has mangoes, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and passion fruit-mango juice. It’s not too sweet, which is what I usually prefer in a smoothie. It’s also a great pick-me-up to those days where you’ve forgotten to throw in some greens in your meals. Their classic fruit smoothies seem to be the most popular option, and I’ve tried the Caribbean Passion(peaches, strawberries, passion fruit-mango juice + orange sherbert), which is a nice, slightly healthier alternative if you’re really craving ice cream. Pomegranate Paradise is also good, a little on the sour end in my opinion, but perfect for pomegranate lovers. I usually gravitate towards a whole food nutrition or all fruit smoothie to try and avoid some of the excess sugar, but no harm in treating yourself every now and then! Keep in mind that Jamba Juice uses frozen fruits and veggies, so for super health nuts who only drink smoothies made from fresh ingredients, I’d suggest walking a little further to Peeled. But if you’re craving something cold that is somewhat healthy, less overpriced and doesn’t taste like veggie fart, Jamba Juice is here for you!

Been a massive fan of jambs juice for the past 5 years but I despise this jamba juice. Napkins unavailable firsthand, crew is incompetent(twice they came up short and tried to pass It off when I ordered a large) and in general just bad experiences here. I only go for the convenience of the location. And 2 stars cuz I like jamba.

I’ve previously had average-to-great customer service at this location, but today was horrible. Both the employee and the manager on duty on 10÷7÷2014 at 1p were tremendously rude, abrasive, judgmental, and to top it off, offered completely incorrect information. Glad to know that not only do they not understand the products they’re selling, but also that the manager thinks that my visit there was«wasting [my] money».

Jamba Juice you are delicious! MmmmMmmm good. My favorite is the freshly squeezed juices; topical greens, great greens and the garden medley. I also enjoy their steel cut-oatmeal. So delicious and you can pick two toppings. This Jamba Juice better stay in Evanston for a long time!

While I’ve generally had a good experience with Jamba Juice, this location was a huge let down. I was hoping to work with them for a fundraising event and after speaking with the manager a couple of times prior to the event thought everything was set to go. I verified the orders a week before along with flavors. We were super excited to have them at our event. Unfortunately when I called ten minutes after they were supposed to be here, I immediately was yelled at by the manager who was down right rude. She made it seem as though the«emergency» at the store was my fault, and claimed to have called me a number of times that week. I had one voicemail from the night before at 5:45, less than 24 hours before the event. I did not get the voicemail until the event had already started due to the fact that I was very busy setting everything else up and thought that Jamba Juice was something I didn’t need to worry about. I will no longer work with this location and feel that someone needs to speak with the manager about they way she speaks to customers. Very disappointed in her behavior and attitude toward myself and for letting down my team! On a side note, potbellys in evanston was great to work with! We will definitely work when them again next year!

Worst service ever. They don’t know how to ring groupons, don’t apologize to the masses of people waiting in line as a result of their ineptitude, and generally don’t seem to take pride in their jobs. Sorry to sound harsh as it’s a great product, but the customer service SUCKS. No one should have to be in there for 20 minutes to get a blended juice when it’s not even busy.

There always seem to be construction at this intersection, and parking can be quite a pain; however, if you’re hitching a ride with someone, you can always get out and quickly get a smoothie to go while they make a round around the block! :D I am a huge Jamba Juice fan, and I usually get their Razzmatazz smoothie(with strawberries, bananas, mixed berry juice), or from their ‘secret’ menu, the Pina Kowlowda(with the oranges, bananas, pineapple) — both are always blended right and always taste great — the Razzmatazz being nice and tangy, while the Kowlowda being citrus-y and sweet. Since the boosts are free, I usually get the Immunity one(for my oh-so-weak immune system) — this contains echinacea and all that good stuff that makes your system stronger. Staff is very efficient and very friendly! +Razzmatazz +limited metered-street parking

We all know that Jamba Juice makes a fine product. Not so trendy anymore, but delicious nonetheless. Five stars for a delicious smoothie(I got the peach/mango) and the BEST customer service I have ever had at this location(early Saturday morning 12÷14÷13 — in case management reads this). The young woman working here made my smoothie quickly, deliciously and brightened my day in the interim. Isn’t that what it is all about?

Went here recently to grab a quick pick me up. Space is premium in this location – definitely not a place that they want you to linger — they want you to buy and go. Not a big deal because I think that’s the plan anyways. Staff was friendly and the drinks are fab. There is street parking, this is close to metra and CTA — so like others mentioned convenience factor is high. I had the Mango a go go — and it was mango-licious!

Typical Jamba Juice(although a little smaller than some). If you like Jamba, then you will not be disappointed here. All I need is a helpful good staff who can get me my bananaberry and I’m happy! They were more than able to do that.

Went into the store at 4pm, there was only one person working there and she was certainly taking her time. More people were walking out empty handed than with drinks. After realizing it would take her another 30 minutes to work through the 4 person line I decided to leave as well.

Bought 2 drinks here a fresh squeeze orange juice and a smoothie. Both were delicious. The orange juice was very fresh and was squeezed right in front of us, the smoothie was very refreshing, fruity, blended with just the right consistency and very tasty! The staff was excellent. During our visit, I saw one of the worker making a lot of small cups of smoothie and asked what it was for, he gladly told me it was for a catering event and even offered me a sample to try. This store is a success because: 1. Convenient 2. Clean 3. Friendly staff 4. Tasty drinks(I have high standard on smoothies) 5. Great view close to the beach

I’m a huge fan of Jamba Juice and this is my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. I have some food allergies and they’re always able to clarify ingredients for me. I love the all fruit smoothies and the fruit+veggie smoothies. My favorites are Berry Upbeet, Pomegranate Perfection, and Five Fruit Frenzie. I tried the Watermelon Splash fruit refresher, and it was good, but it could have tasted more like watermelon. The Orange Carrot Karma would have been better with more orange than carrot. Overall, really great if you want something refreshing and tasty.

This is my go-to Jamba location in Evanston. The service is pretty solid, and they offer a student discount, huzzah! It can be a little crowded when it’s busy, though. Personal favorites: Carribean Passion, Mega Mango

Some people may realize visiting Starbucks 3 times a day: morning, lunch and early afternoon is NOTCOSTLY… No to mention you are NOTGETTINGVITAMIN C from coffee which is an important nutrient for the immune system. Jamba Juice is the answer. The price of one Juice equals 2 starbucks visit and BETTERNUTRITIONALVALUE. Why should I get addicted to drinking early morning lattes and catch coffee diarrehea into the later afternoon. I rather have one nutritional drink that will benefit my immune system and cleanse my body. The only drawback to this establishment is parking. Yes I live in evanston and parking is a pain for getting to this place because its in the downtown district.

Believe it or not, I am actually reviewing another Jamba Juice! I know I’m an addict when I visit a chain more than twice and review my experiences! The funny thing is I give evil looks to those who frequent Starbucks… but at least JJ is healthy! This Evanston Jamba receives a review not for the prices(because they’re still too expensive for what you get – and have recently increased) but for the quick/friendly service, lack of lines and recommending the Chunky Strawberry«Ideal Meal» Granola Smoothie. I have tried the Berry & also the Mango Peace Topper, but it’s just not this new one. Ahhh so refreshing and truly like a breakfast in each sip, this smoothie features: Strawberries(as the name insinuates), Bananas, Yogurt, Soymilk, Peanut Butter(yes an odd combination but yummy none-the-less), and toppings of Banana & Organic Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola. What’s not to love?!
