This is the best place for sushi in our area. I would venture to say it is better than most in Seattle as well. I am from the east coast and have eaten sushi for over 40 years, the chefs here prepare it with great care, creative combinations and perfect cuts. The menu is unique, varied and plentiful. Whoever you come in with will find something they will love. Brought my mom here over Christmas holidays and she is VERY picky and loved it as well. Haven’t had anything here that was not extremely tasty, fresh and left me wanting more of whatever it was! The spicy cracker is a treat, the seared white tuna(escolar) is perfectly cooked every time, the grilled lemongrass shrimp are fresh and clean with that great lemongrass flavor. The soft shell crab was perfectly cooked and tasted like soft shell crab. They will be happy to give you suggestions and have a lovely staff who are friendly and attentive without being a pain. Prices are reasonable and as delivery it is a rare treat. Cannot recommend enough. Décor is clean and bright, like a soho loft. Ho will not disappoint.

Came back for my daughter’s birthday. Got mostly the same goodies. Volcano roll, salmon skin salad, spicy cracker, all excellent. There was a new delicious appetizer dish, Salmon Kama, which is salmon collar. It’s super moist, with a crunchy skin and a salty sweet sauce. The dish is so big, it can serve as an entre. One of the best thing about this place is the friendly, attentive service. Always with a smile and imminently accommodating. Recommended to everyone.

Best sushi around. Great prices and even better food. On top of that their delivery time is always shorter than estimated over the phone. Can’t go wrong with Ho Sushi!

Very good sushi. The prices are good especially if you go on Wednesday when they offer deals on popular rolls. The reason to go here is the ambiance. This is a lovely place to dine and the staff goes out of their way to make their dishes look like art. Very cosmopolitan without Seattle parking.

Great service, love their sushi. Do order from them a lot, and HOsushi is fantastic.

Across the board — food, price, service — an amazing gem of a place. We changed plans last minute and decided to give this place a shot. So glad we did! We started with the salmon jaw, and while it was a touch over seared, the inside was still perfectly cooked. This was followed by a Chirashi and their Fancy Salmon roll, then a simple salmon and cucumber and their Ho’s Hako rolls. The hako roll was a delightful cloud of pillowy sushi goodness, the fancy salmon roll was delicious, the chirashi was amazingly fresh. The one that stood out to me most was the simple salmon cucumber roll. To have such a common and almost overdone roll stand out for its perfect proportions and fresh flavor is a huge accomplishment. We are so impressed with this restaurant, we’ll definitely be back! A special thanks to Andy and Peggy for an awesome service!

I was up from Portland on business and met up with friends from Oak Harbor. We found this place via Unilocal and I have to say, was overly pleased on the ambiance, service, menu and the food! I’m usually one of those guys that takes photos of everything, but I was so impressed with the plating and amount of food, we just dug right in! Reasonably priced and I felt like I was in dt Seattle without the prices. Wish these people only the best and will definitely be back when I’m in town!

The service was very prompt and polite. The food– soo good! We walked in for NYE dinner and had to be rolled out(like what i did there?) I would definitely reccomend the Seahawk roll on your first visit.

I am rating this solely based on delivery service and taste. I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to leave the house, but wanted sushi. I ordered online for delivery. An appetizer and three rolls, $ 30. Not bad. They said about 45 – 1 hour wait for delivery. I received my food in 20 mins! It was delicious. I have heard many good things about this place. I will definitely reorder their food, but I can’t wait to try the actual restaurant.

We found this place randomly and decided to try it out for a «date night» OUTSTANDING is what I can say. Super fresh sushi, service impeccable, and prices reasonable. Location weird for how great it is. Highly highly recommend.

Felt a little bad for ordering a delivery when they were closing in 22 minutes but it was overall a great experience. I ordered 4 items and it seems like I got extra food like miso soup and salad. Not sure if that’s complimentary but that was nice. The delivery, Andy, was kind and the food was pretty good. Will definitely order from them in the future. Thank you!

Very impressed. It started a little rough because I received the wrong delivery order. To be fair, I got someone else’s order that was very similar. But I called and the woman was very polite and apologized sincerely. She said they would make it again, and it came even faster than the first time. The delivery man apologized and gave me the correct order while also giving me the similar order I had already received. Mistakes happen and they made up for it very well. Also the food was fantastic! I ordered sushi, ramen, and fried rice. We all loved the food and will definitely be back soon! Bravo!

I could not be any happier with the food I got from here tonight. They just appeared as an option on the grubhub app recently and I decided to give it a try! The projected delivery time was an hour and a half but it showed up in 35 minutes! Everything was fresh and perfectly packed, no spilled anywhere. I’m so excited to have them as a delivery option now. The seaweed salad, edemame and crab wontons were all delectable. I also got avocado rolls and tempura asparagus(sadly couldn’t try their actual sushi due to pregnancy!) and they were great. Highly recommend for delivery!

My boyfriend and I went there today, I myself am a big sushi fan he can’t stand it! So we always try and go to places that have a good amount of non-sushi items. I first Unilocaled this place before going to make sure it was good, and I’ll tell you it didn’t disappoint… for the most part. We ordered the fried calamari(which we get everywhere), but we were very disappointed that the batter was like onion rings and the actual calamari was extremely chewy. Also as another happy hour app. we got the gyoza, I have to say my boyfriend is pretty picky when it comes to gyoza and he couldn’t have gotten these down faster, the dipping sauce was delicious as well. He got the chicken & steak hibachi meal, I would say only about ¼ of the plate was meat the rest was fried rice(some what bland) and assorted veggies(delicious) none the less it was all pretty good, but especially the chicken! Probably wouldn’t order the steak again. I got a Seahawks roll which was absolutely delicious, I would like to see it in a roll that isn’t fried though. And I got the marinated pork belly ramen w/miso broth, which on this fall rainy day was phenomenal! All around a really good place for a date night, or get together with friends. It has a dark but welcoming vibe inside that I really liked. Will definitely be returning some time.

I went here for dinner last night with a few friends. As a group, we ordered their hibachi fried rice, chicken teriyaki, and Pork Loin Chashu ramen, which were delicious alternates to their sushi(although the fried rice is a little sweet for my tastes.) In addition, we also ordered their Alaska roll, Da Bomb roll, and several simpler hand rolls(cucumber, tuna, and salmon rolls.) Prior to receiving our dishes, we were also given salted edamame as an appetizer on the house! I visit Ho Sushi Bistro often, and my experiences have never been anything less but amazing and consistently delicious. Their sushi is very colourful and fresh with a variety of choices, and the plating is always done beautifully with ginger and wasabi on the side, while their service is always friendly and extremely attentive throughout the entire meal; the atmosphere is both upscale and inviting, with excellent lighting and many large screens to watch current games; even the location is conveniently located, although I’m probably a little biased since it’s just down the road for me. My personal favorite part of this location, though, is the large amount of other viable options available on the menu, like their ramen and teriyaki; if you’re not feeling sushi, I would suggest their chicken teriyaki. It’s slightly more pricey here than your typical sushi place, but I would say it’s worth the extra cost — definitely coming back here with a few other friends so I can eventually try the rest of their menu!

Decided to come here for dinner with the lady after seeing how much people enjoy the food here. They have a great selection to choose from and some foods that other patrons ordered smelled so delicious. We ordered the shumai dumplings and gyoza as apps and the pink lady roll and sexy girl roll as entrees. The shumai were very flavorful and the gyozas were not bad. The rolls however, were yummy in our yummy. Nice size pieces! Worth the $. For me, I think Oshima may have found a competitor… Service was attentive as she knew it was our first visit and there was a lot to choose from :)…will definitely come back to try their other tasty looking rolls.

Visited today for the first time today and had a great experience. Andy, our server, was great and super helpful. We ordered the volcano, spider and queen rolls. Our favorite was the queen roll. Major plus that it’s so close to our house. We’ll definitely be making this our go to sushi spot in the north end.

Hoes, I got hella hoes Haha jk… Let’s just get a couple things straight: Ho Sushi is owned by Chinese people and it’s located in a random strip mall in Everett. Honestly it’s just mediocre and a little overpriced. Trying a little too hard… Anyway, they have some nice lunch specials so I see the appeal of going during that time, but otherwise stick to all day happy hour at Japonessa. The homie and I were craving sushi and we were in the northend. Saw that Ho got some good reviews and decided to roll the dice. First of all, do not get the seared salmon salad. I have no idea what we were presented. 1.) Salmon not seared. 2.) Drenched in god knows what — soupy mixture of mayo, vinegar, ketchup? It was gross. Service was a little slow, took awhile to get seated even though it was practically empty. And then maybe another 15 minutes for the orders. Ordered the Seahawks Roll, Sexy Girl, and Volcano. The Sexy Girl roll was the best, it was actually really fresh — salmon on top with shrimp tempura and avocado. The other two were unimpressive. Ho Sushi reminds me of Trappers(traphouse) sushi, same quality but more expensive.

There are not many good sushi spots in the north end, and none that are exceptionally good. Welcome Ho Sushi Bistro, finally a sushi spot in the north end that I want to go to and recommend to people! Ambience is good; modern, and clean. They accommodate large parties of people and you don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of other people. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Fish is fresh and the portions are generous. Presentation is excellent. I think because they work on making every detail wonderful that it adds to the wait time of your food, but TRUSTME it is worth the wait. It tastes good AND it looks good! They have unique dishes to try such as the sushi sandwich :) And they offer so many rolls that you will end up over ordering because everything sounds so good. Only down site is the location is not the best, but I am willing to look past it for the delicious sushi.

Quite honestly I am perplexed by all the hype. I came here expecting the sushi to blow my mind, especially after seeing all the good reviews and I ended up being pretty disappointed. It was just okay, not terrible but just okay. Let’s start with the good shall we? I was really impressed by how nice the ambiance was and how spacious the seating was. Service was nice as well. The Calamari was awesome. Super crunchy, light and flavorful. The Sashimi I ordered was very fresh and delicious. The Unagi and soft shell crab were okay but nothing special. Now for the not so good… I don’t know maybe we ordered the wrong sushi rolls but all of our rolls were just mushy, bland and had the strangest texture. The rice was mushy and the fish was mushy. Everything tasted the same. Also they put a ridiculous amount of Sriracha and Sriracha mayo on everything! We had the Sweetheart Roll, Godzilla Roll and Black Dragon Roll. Out of 3 rolls all 3 were bad. The Hamachi Kama here killed me. A good Kama is supposed to be crispy, juicy, fatty, unctuous and flavorful… broiled to perfection. The Kama here was was mushy, lacked flavor and texture. It wasn’t crispy at all it tasted like boiled/steamed fish. On top of that you have to wait about 15 – 20 mins for them to prep this. I love Kama… It’s pretty much my favorite thing to eat on earth… So I was pretty sad at this point. I don’t know maybe were there on an off day or maybe they are still very new, either way I’m not sure I will ever come back. The appetizers and sashimi were good but the sushi rolls and Kama just killed it for me. It was also pretty pricey for what it was so not sure I can afford to pay a high price for just okay sushi.
