Bianca is AWESOME! Very friendly, helpful and positive. I asked about swapping out a Total Lean drink flavor (which I had already used some and didn’t care for the taste) with one that I did like. She went out of her way to be sure I was well taken care of. Allow me to say that ALL of the staff at the Ewa Beach store are terrific. I’ve shopped at many GNC locations, and never have I been impressed enough to take time to write a review. Thank you GNC Ewa Beach. U guyz ROCK

We walked in and a buff guy named Adam greeted us. Not sure what his position is with the store because he seemed like the manager but had a USPlabs shirt on? Either way, he was SUPER nice and helpful. Very knowledgable about the products and how to use them to get the best, fastest results. He even gave us both some free garb and samples. What really won me over was when a military woman came in– he stopped in the middle of our convo to greet her AND shook her hand, thanking her for her services to our country. Great guy, awesome customer service. We’ll definitely drive the extra distance to come to this GNC from now on. Keep up the great work guys!

I love this GNC! By far the best GNC I ever went to. The manager biyanka was the best. She knows so much about the products and helped me decide which product to get that will help me. She wasn’t trying to push me in buying the products like other sales people. She was awesome and a very friendly person to talk to. I’m definitely coming back to this store because of her help and friendliness.

I need to give a «BIG» thank you to the Manager of this outlet. Three and a half months ago I wanted to try a product I heard about call Garcinia.
At this time I felt sluggish and tired all the time. She directed me to try CLA with it. With her help I lost 32 lbs and 5 inches off my waste. So thank you so much for your help.
You have gained a very satisfied customer and a good friend.

If I possibly could give this place a zero I would!
I love GNC! I do not love this one in particular! Due to one person, I think her name was Bianca or biyanca. Whatever her name is.
Can you say rude much? She spoke to her employees so disrespectfully. On top of that when making my purchase another employee was helping me but she rang me up? I asked the man that helped me if they were working for commission, when he said yes I was sad to tell him that the lady had rang me up.
On top of that I felt like that biyanca chick was talking too much. She even told me that she doesn’t take protein? Wtf. She kept pushing me to buy things I didn’t want to buy. I’m a one stop shopper if I know what I want I will get what I want. But she kept pushing me to buy more and more. I don’t like that.
Will I ever come back to this GNC? NO.

Great place to go for getting the right vitamins and supplements. Biyanka is very friendly and helpful. I like the location and the prices are good with a gold card. They are very knowledgeable in many areas in fitness and health. My new favorite GNC store.

Uuiughh hate walking in and the lady doesn’t even acknowledge me, a simple «hi» would have made me stay in and wait to be helped so I took a couple free samples and walked out!

It’s amusing seeing the General Nutrition Center in Laulani Village, because the new branch is right across the street from Generally Not-​nutritious Teddy’s Bigger Burgers. I would opine Teddy’s has the better shakes, though that would be showing some extreme bias from my fat cells.
Nonetheless, GNC is one of a handful of stores to recently open for business in the Village. It’s tough to find something in here not discounted 40 to 50 percent — as you would expect from a fresh store. As GNCs go, there isn’t anything particularly remarkable about it beyond the fact it’s in Ewa Beach.
Should be a good spot for a location, because this area is one of the more active on the West side. If the sheer volume of runners and beach athletes are any indication, good times are coming for the GNC brand.
