underwhelmed. the staff is rude rude rude.

Had laser vein removal around nose and now have permanent scarring from the procedure.

I’ve been contemplating moving forward with chemical peels, and laser treatments. I came to Radiance MedSpa and got a free consultation about my options. The esthetician was very friendly and thoroughly explained all my options. Then I returned to get a treatment, and the esthetician made me feel very comfortable through the entire service. When it was time to check out I ending up buying a series for chemical peels, and laser treatments. My skin has never looked better!

I went here with a Living Social voucher for a microderm treatment.
When I walked in, the doctor who owns the place was sitting at the desk and looked at me like I was an alien. Someone (who I later realized was my esthetician) got there and gave me the usual forms to fill out. While I was in the waiting area filling them out, I heard the doctor on the phone arguing with someone about a bill. Isn’t there a more private place to conduct business? The place is in a strip mall with very high ceilings so it kind of feels like it was set up in a Costco. Décor was ok, nothing special.
The actual treatment was fine. The esthetician (she never did actually introduce herself), was nice, but again, nothing special. The microderm machine was louder than any I have ever heard, but was effective.
She started talking about products but only after I did some prodding. I like the Ilike line and she gave me several samples. I also inquired about some Jane Iredale products. I was ready to buy a few but things were out of stock. She said she would let me know when they were in but it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything so I’ll get the Jane Iredale items elsewhere.
Overall, this wasn’t a bad experience, just nothing remarkable about the entire thing. Also, the regular prices seem crazy high, especially for the setting and level of service. Won’t be back.

Be careful if you purchased a Living Social coupon for their facial/​peel service. Went there with mine but did not get what I purchased. Happily, I was refunded the total amount by Living Social.
