Lorenzo was a no nonsense helpful associate! Would have been 5 but for the person who sent me out Sunday with bad information. Required me to come back again for a simple activation. But Lorenzo re– gained my trust here!

I was in the store a few days ago and Chris helped me upgrade two of my phones to iPhone 6’s. Chris also apparently signed me up for Asurion Insurance without my knowledge! I learned this after getting an email welcoming me to Asurion. There was absolutely NO discussion about insurance while I was at the store. Chris obviously took it upon himself to sign my up for this insurance plan. Of course I’ve cancelled it. But I wonder how many people don’t even notice they’ve been swindled and pay the $ 8/month for a service they didn’t opt for. Someone from the store please reply to this to let me know how/why this happened.

The store was pretty busy, but I find that the service here is kind of slow for the amount of people they have working in the store. There was about 12 employees or so, but you still had to wait about 40 minutes before someone talks to you or even greets you. Even though this is the only AT&T store that I go to, I have one close by my house but this one is usually the best one around. They do have a slow service. The people here are great though, young and fun and helpful. Great vibe here!

Kevin, one of the employees, helped me play SIM card switcharoo today with all the phones our account today. He was super helpful and patient. Super knowledgable when I asked him a few questions. I still have unlimited data grandfathered in. So 5 stars to Kevin and and 4.5 stars to ATT itself. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 15 years.(Wish the plans were cheaper!)

Worst store!!! Do not go here and do not deal with Denny. I went in there being completely honest about what happened to my phone. Instead of telling me I broke the warranty, he told me to wait in line to talk to a sales guy… said 30 minute wait. There were 10 ppl ahead of me. I stood there for 1.5 hours and watched as Denny told everyone after me it would be a 30 min wait too! That is their canned line. They are sleezy sales guys. It was finally my turn and I was told that my phone was no longer under warranty because I replaced the cracked screen. I waited that long to be told something he could have told me in 2 min and I would be on my way. They said my only way out was to pay the remainder of my contract 192.00 and re-up for 24 mos. Once this contract is up they have sealed the deal for me to go with a competitor. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everything is about upselling instead of looking out for the customer.

This Store was horrible… This goes out tot he Big guy that works there with the Big White shirt that was untucked and hanging below your knees, you are rude and have no business being in retail. I stood in the door way for about 10 mins without being greeted, all I wanted to do was sign up for new service and get a Galaxy phone NOT and Iphone. The unprofessional guy in white looking like you rolled out of bed, you saw me, you didn’t have to roll your eyes at me. I reported to the store manager but it really seem like he didn’t care and want my business. He apologized twice but by his body language and eye contact he didn’t like any confrontation. I was ready to give you my business but I will stay with Verizon Wireless.

I went there, because my mobile did not work for two weeks in Europe. I wanted to how this could happen. All they said is I should call the customer support, also after I asked why they cant tell me this or ask at the customer support. There was not one customer in the shop, 5 guys staying around with nothing to do, but no help. Never ever AT&T again!!!

The worst employees in the worst store possible made sure I had the worst visit possible. Sure my opening statement sounds like I must have been misunderstood but if you were there you would know that after an hour wait and then an hour with the rep trying to upsell me on everything he tells me I have to come an other day because he messed up the account and customer service is going to fix it with in 2 days but he can’t hold the new phone I wanted so it might be sold out. When I ask to speak to a manager i am told the store is closing so I have to come back another day to talk to him.

Beware… I recently purchased a new iPhone at this store. The salesman did a fantastic job of trying to upsell me on every insurance plan, increased minutes, etc., but failed to mention a $ 36 «upgrade fee» that would be added to my bill. I didn’t upgrade anything — just bought and paid for a new phone and kept the same plan. I contacted AT&T, and they say this: The upgrade fee is to allow us to assist customers with recommending new equipment, offering special offers and discounts, providing assistance with the upgrade process if needed, and supporting the returns process within 14 days. These specialized processes help us to ensure you are satisfied with your new equipment, and are ready to use it the day you receive it. The upgrade fee allows us to defray some of these additional service costs. Ummm, great. But none of that really applied to me. I walked in, told the guy the exact phone I wanted, paid, and walked out of the store. AT&T did refund me part of the fee(not all, mind you) and said that the salesperson should have«set a better expectation.» If you shop at this store, keep your eyes out for extra $$ on your next bill.
