I love the way the store looks and the clothes are really beautiful but I have to rate 1 star. I walked into the store last Sunday and had horrible experience with one staff (a black young lady). The moment she saw me, I could feel like she was thinking «you’re Asian, what are you doing here». She didn’t say anything to me and my friend, she walked away. Now, I was there to return a legging and a jacket that were a little too tight for me (worth ~$ 130 out of my $ 330 receipt). She heard my friend said I wanted to return something, she glanced at me, looked at the receipt for a brief moment, looked at the legging then said the tag was not supposed to be there (???). My bad was that the tag on the jacket fell off so I had to reattach it at home (swear I only tried it at home once and it was tight). She said nothing to me (meaning I couldn’t return them?), left me hanging and moved on to the next customer, who also was there to return s. t, talking, smiling. but the most important point, she was white.
I gathered my clothes, left that horrible place with disappointment and fury. Swear I’m not going back there again.

I walked into Fair oaks mall Saturday looking for Bebe and it was gone! I freaked out and quickly checked the directory to find out that they actually relocated, so all Bebe lovers come check out the store’s new layout! I feel like the main area is smaller then the old Bebe but the fitting room is huge and beautiful! It’s has the best fitting room out of all the bebe’s in this area. It’s really spacious and glam!

Amazing new set up in the store! Store manager Jessica is very friendly and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Great selection, store is clean and has a gorgeous fitting room area.
