They are pretty pricey, but not to pricey. I took my wife here to choose some chocolate and the female behind the counter was very happy and nice. I could tell her and the gentleman employee loved what they do and where they work. Because he was singing quietly to the song that was playing in the shop while making More sweets and she had a big smile on her face while helping us and was very knowledgable. The shop was very clean and styled up with the set up very nicely. I would have gave it give stars for the staff but not for the chocolate, it just wasn’t that tasty to us. We enjoyed dealing with the staff more then the food.

We had a great ice cream –like drink. The ice cream machine was broken but we got something very delicious. The gentleman helped us on Tuesday evening. It was our first time at this store. Good experience.

Service sucks. 4 people behind the counter, one was fussing around with their chocolate dipped fruits on display not minding, and the only one behind the register taking orders is looking all confused. I was waiting awhile and she took the order of the person who came in after me first. Needles to say, I was irritated af.

Yippeeee! They’re back! They were back before Christmas, and I stopped in then to refill my sweet tooth, and take advantage of my birthday discount, and nab a free truffle for the month. I walked out poorer(monetarily), richer(those chocolates are very rich), sweeter(there’s no pacification quite like chocolate for a woman), and relieved they may again be relied upon for last minute birthday gifts. While the new store’s layout is not quite as spacious, as to accommodate as many shoppers as before, I think it will make for a better shopping experience. The new set up allows the employees to take better care of each customer. In the old store, some service items were kept on carts behind the register, and were perpetually in the way, making employees trip over each other to try to accomplish even the most simple transactions. The new set up has more space behind the counter, the truffle display is higher so it’s easier for shoppers to see the goods, and there’s a new depression in the back wall, making the space even larger and providing room for coffee, Ice Creams, and other tasty confectioneries.

Who doesn’t love a little chocolate every now and then??? This boutique sells all kinds of different assortment boxes, ice cream, chocolate santa s and bunnies at holiday time, cocoa, coffees, chocolate dipped treats and loose candy that they have in a pretty display case. Godiva is true to my heart… when I was little I remember my father buying boxes of chocolate from Godiva for my Mom and I at Christmas time every year. Back then I didn’t appreciate good chocolate(I only liked milk chocolate and only plain or with nuts or caramels) and can remember taking a bite of certain pieces and putting it back in the box if I didn’t like it. These days I would take any piece… none end up back in the box as my tastes have changed and they are all SO good. White chocolate confuses my brain a little… but it is still pretty good. I especially love the truffles at Godiva. Make sure to sign up for their rewards. Totally worth a little indulgence every once in a while.

Immensely clean and well organized. Although there were a lot of people there, upon stepping into the store i was greeted warmly with a smile and chocolate sample. After a few minutes, a sales representative was able to help me look for what i needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Cheers!

I didn’t buy any chocolate only got a free truffle. Join Godiva loyalty club and get one piece truffle free a month, use phone number or email to redeem! I had the cookie dough truffle and it was pretty banging, my friend had a candy cane truffle. I’m not sure I would recommend that one to people unless you really really like candy canes. Next month I will definitely be getting the grand mariner truffle. That’s probably an awesome combination a bit of liquor mixed with chocolate! There was a guy in front of me who bought a chocolate strawberry and it cost $ 7, after he paid for it he immediately had buyers remorse and returned it. It took almost 10 minutes to get his return all cleared up before I got my free chocolate. Definitely pricey only come if your in splurge mode.

**4.5 stars** Great service, decent value, and great monthly free chocolate club! My favorite is the rum ball(even though I don’t drink alcohol, it’s very complementary in this chocolate piece) and the chocolate milk is so frickin’ good w/the chocolate shavings(?) throughout that give you surprising texture for a delicious experience!(I prefer this location over Tyson’s; for some reason the layout seems more appealing here…)

Nice selection, only really busy if you attempt to shop near Valentine’s Day or Christmas(and really, isn’t that what the internet is for?) and the chocolate covered fruit is great. It is expensive, and it is not the highest quality chocolate in the world, but it definitely does it for me. And all hail the club, where you can get a free piece of chocolate once a month!

A little pricey, but so worth it. I love Godiva Chocolate, especially the white chocolate. A box of Godiva makes a great gift too.

Located on the upper level on a corner between Macy’s I and JCPenney, so the Sears/Macy’s entrance was reasonably close. Man those strawberries are of mutant proportions. Hulk squish? Lots of bars and prepackaged gift-sized bundles. The staff were friendly and helpful, and answered phone calls(unlike the DTC boutique!) promptly. I ended up using my rewards club freebie on a strawberry cheesecake chocolate, whose filling spilt happily across my tongue. The girl helping me had a napkin outstretched to me immediately. Bought an assortment of eight truffles which broke the $ 10 margin, thereby enabling my next visit to have a little gift as well as monthly sample. The holiday half-dozen of tiramisu, cheesecake, strawberry tarte, red velvet, carrot cake, and chocolate lava were more irresistible than not, and I filled out the remaining hollows with key lime and eggnog. My god, if I worked here I’d be an Asian Mrs. Claus too… I’m already fantasizing about the strawberry, Grand Marnier, champagne, and crème brûlée truffles… Tasting notes follow. key lime — sweet, tangy liquid center, hint of zest. chocolate lava cake — dark fondant center, heavy but not too bitter red velvet — sweet cocoa finish, well-balanced with white chocolate carrot cake — pecan overwhelms taste buds, then a nice carrot cake flavor cleanses the palate cheesecake — crunchy graham distributes evenly, cheesecake notes are light strawberry tarte — sugary jam notes pop in mouth more than vanilla or rhubarb tiramisu — white chocolate dominates, but the mascarpone and espresso flavors do manage to come through

Picked up some Christmas gifts here — got a nice discount off one $ 70 box of Truffles — almost $ 20.00 off the retail price — was not expecting that! I also wanted some Chocolate covered Strawberries — at 1:00 pm or so on a Saturday — they had not yet dipped any for the day. If they had the Strawberries available — I would have given them 5 stars.
