Go at an off hour. Lunchtime is almost impossible to either find a space to park in or wait in a huge line for the drive-thru. That being said, there is a reason for it to be so busy. Their fried chicken sandwiches are delicious and their shakes are to die for. Never had a problem here except for the long wait. If you go between traditional meal times, you will get in and out much quicker.

On a recent business trip to the Falls Church area, I stopped by this Chick-fil-A location to pick up a pre-arranged catering order for a lunch meeting. Chick-fil-A does offer delivery, but only for larger orders(this order was only for about 15 attendees). The order was to be ready at 11:15am. We arrived a few minutes late, due to traffic and due to the fact that this location has a very… «challenging» parking lot. They get VERY busy here(a testament to their following) so navigating through their lot can take some time. The drive-through line looked like it was a good 15 cars long. Anyway, we parked, waited in line, and paid the cashier. Then we waited. And waited. By 11:30, I was getting a little impatient. Our meeting was another 15 minutes away and we would still need to get set up. By 11:40, we finally found a manager to talk to. He was very apologetic and got right on our order. We were out the door around 11:45 — over 30 minutes late! We ended up being late for our noon meeting(never a good impression) and couldn’t start until 12:20. Now, I understand that mistakes happen, and I appreciate the fact that the manager was sincere in his apologies and personally saw that things were corrected. However, when you rely on a catering service to provide timely service, you really need them to be reliable. Being late for the meeting wasn’t the end of the world, but it certainly didn’t help matters. On the plus side, the attendees LOVED the food. Someone even commented«You can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A!» Well, maybe you can’t go wrong — but if you are using this location for catering, you may want to give yourself some extra time. I give them 3 stars for their food(which was actually really decent), but negative 1 star for the frustrating service snafu for a net 2 stars. (On a side note, I won’t comment on their political/religious views, but I will say that I don’t think there is a single food chain in the country that does more for their local communities than Chick-Fil-A. They are truly committed to serving their community and their generosity to schools, sport teams, clubs, and church groups should be applauded.)

I love chick fillet is one of favorite fast food restaurant, I took one star down bc they keep forgetting to give my complete order. One time I ordered a kids chicken sandwich and they forgot to give me chicken and I went home my son told me that the chicken was missing. For now on I have to make sure sure that my order is right before I leave.

This is my second to least favorite CFA in the region. The parking is a nightmare — they didn’t build any way for you to get to the open spots near the drive thru without sitting in the mad drive thru line — the customer service is a C+ by CFA standards, and during the lunch rush as I’m standing here right now, there’s only one dude working the counter and he looks completely overwhelmed while 4 girls chat right behind the back door. I’ve also never seen the owner here once in the two dozen times I’ve eaten here, so he must be one of «those» owners who runs the place hands off and sits at home waiting for the checks to arrive. This is my least favorite type of CFA operator when you compare it to the veteran who runs Fair Oaks Mall and shows up every day, in a suit, to clean the tables with his bare hands. Consider giving that a shot, John.

Such a busy location; both inside and drive thru. But I think they are able to keep the line moving fast and takes care of the customers inside. I like how they are fast food place but kind gives you the restaurant kind of feeling by taking your trash away, asking if we want refill for our drinks etc…

First off. You people from northern Virginia need to remind yourselves the world doesn’t revolve around you sorry NOT. Second, this chik fil a has always given me amazing customer service. These people are human. They make mistakes. You aren’t dead. Be quiet. The food always tastes great and only time I waited 5 minutes they gave me a FREE milkshake right there and a coupon for the next time I came in and apologized for taking long ! When 5 minutes was like nothing! The employees are so sweet I love the spicy chicken sandwich with sauces Polynesian and their own chikfila sauce it’s so tasty! Great location. Will be back.

Not a good Chik-Fil-A. Spent a $ 100 catering for our company meeting as well as ordered a combo for dinner. They somehow managed to mess up the drink, the meal(a regular sandwich instead of a club), the side(there was not one) AND the catered meal(wrong sauces).

I’m done with this place. I used to go there sometimes as much as twice per day. Over the last two months, it’s become a total shit show. The last straw was when I placed my order, sat down with my flag on the table, took a call, and 10 minutes later still didn’t have my food. It’s not an exaggeration. They’ve messed up my order so many times that I’ve had countless refunds, none of which I had asked for. I just wanted to get a simple order right. Other examples are things like running out of coffee at the drive thru, between the time I placed my order and pulled up to the window at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The service used to be the best I’ve seen, but now it’s McDonalds.

Even when the drive thru line is long, they keep it moving by stationing employees outside to facilitate the ordering process. The employees out there are polite, friendly, and efficient. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. One negative is the exit onto Lee Highway. You have to remember that the lane you turn into ends.

It’s a franchise… which means everything should be the same as any other chick fil-a…yet for some reason… they advertise grilled nuggets… yet every time we order them… for some reason we always end up with fried nuggets… um what part of GRILLED doesn’t make sense oh and this is at the counter not at the drive thru window. It’s kind of ridiculous how at each visit it somehow gets screwed up. What’s the deal chick fil-a? I mean if it’s too much effort to make some… then don’t advertise for it. I don’t care how busy you are it’s called fast food. Oh and not to mention towards the end of the day basically the whole staff goes on break and is finding Stupid stuff to do instead of helping customers. Service is horrible at this place and spotty at best.

I usually never have any problems with Chick-Fil-A, in fact I love their customer service here. Food is always good and my orders are always correct. However, last night I had gotten off work and was picking up some quick dinner and I saw there was a long line. I debated whether I should go through the drive-thru or just go inside but they both had lines. So I figured drive-thru because even that doesn’t have too bad of a wait. I ended up sitting in my car for twenty minutes from the moment I arrived to the moment I got my food. I’ll admit, I was getting pretty antsy and annoyed but when I pulled up to the cashier, I decided to skip questions and just give her my card and be on my way. She apologized immediately and gave me my drink and food. I kept trying to give her my card and she wouldn’t take it and told me «Oh no, this meal is free. You waited for so long, I’m really sorry about that.» I was actually pretty surprised they gave me a free meal so I told them thank you and good luck on the rest of their night. Great job, Chick-Fil-A, you guys are doing it right!

Chikfila is definitely one of my favorite fastfood chains but I don’t go to this location anymore since my whole family got very sick a couple of times(wasn’t once!) after eating from this location. Another time, I had the inside of the lid of the iced tea bottle that I purchased was covered with molds… even though the lid wasn’t opened. I brought it back to the store right away but wasn’t told any appology but only got my money returned from the manager. Not visiting this location anymore from that time.

I moved to reston and drive all the way here bc i can get here and through the drive through faster than going to the CFA just 2 miles from my house. Also i loved crushed Ice and the ice here is smaller chips, lol

Love this place! As a military family, we truely felt honored during the military appreciation night. Having free food, games, and a chance to meet two cows was amazing! On a separate visit, I drove thru and ordered cookies on top of some of their meals. I drove off without the cookies(kids were upset) so I had to come back. They not only gave me my cookies, the refunded the price of the cookies. I was very happy, kids were happy, and the cookies were outstanding! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Disappointed… Alba, the manager, didn’t seem too apologetic. I like to stop in for my waffle fry craving, but I just don’t think I can anymore. I was raised a Chick-fil-a girl, even received their scholarship for college many moons ago. But, I’m just accustomed to a different culture of service:-/. I understand, things happen. But a hair in my food and lack of empathy=no more of my business. I discretely let her know about it, so as not to alert everyone in line about the nastiness. She snatched the bag, asked for my receipt, said«sorry» then gave me my money back. Why thanks!

Chick-fil-A has kicked it up a notch as a fast food restaurant with their service and and appearance. Food is what you know and expect. Now for the real purpose for this review… If you think you can drop by for lunch and grab something quick via drive-thru, you would be wrong. Park the car and get in. This goes double if you’re coming from the Falls Church direction.

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location as it’s always busy, has the most friendliest service, and the food is always hot and fresh! Chick-fil-A has their classic sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items(chicken with a biscuit), and even desserts. My favorite item to always get is the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Chicken Sandwich as the chicken is nice and breaded, has the American cheese, a leaf of lettuce, pickles, and tomato slices; add some extra mayo in there, it’s pretty tasty! My husband usually goes for their Spicy Chicken or their regular Chicken Sandwich(but the Spicy one is just way too spicy for me — no joke!). I love getting their nuggets, too, as they are bite-sized and little wonders for your mouth — I usually stick with the Polynesia sweet sauce. Who doesn’t like waffle fries? I love them hot and fresh, and they’re great dipped in ketchup, mayo, or both! We always get the ½ and ½, which is the Sweet Tea and their sweet Lemonade — yummy! Very refreshing, and I love how they give out free refills — you just have to go up to the counter for it. I was sad to hear that they got rid of the Southwestern Chicken salad, as that was my favorite(with the thin crispy tortilla strips and the honey mustard dressing). My favorite dessert is their fudge a la mode — the fudge is chewy, moist, and is very chocolate-y, with vanilla ice cream on top — a very nice treat to end your meal or to get one for the road. Yum! :D +waffle fries +½ and ½(free refills)
