Ledo Pizza

I have been here a few times before. This was the WORSE. Waitress had to change Pepsi tank after taking my order. Then she puts the order in. 10 — mins later. The manager walked around picking his nose. I should of got up and left then. Meal arrives and I taste something burnt. Open my Cozone and the meat (I guess it was sausage but looked like hamburger) was completely burnt black. It tasted burnt too. I told the waitress. Her response was I will let the cook know. She comes back gives me my check (full price) no discount or anything and says again the cook is sorry. Then when I paid she asked me if I wanted my change.
I think I am finished eating there.

I like how their pizzas are rectangular, easy for serving big groups of people. But the taste of their pizza is something I’m not a fan of. Maybe it’s just me. The crust is so thin with, the past few times the cheese has had a weird taste to it, very greasy, and not much sauce. I’m sure their other food is good but I don’t like their pizza.

Staff was very friendly. We had a new server, whom she was very nice and took her time in a good way to ensure she doesn’t mess up our orders.
Service was fast. And they couldn’t mess up cheese pizza.
They have nice lunch menu options with pizza, sandwich, salad, or pasta. So I thought it was good variety.

Pizza was pre-​cooked and then reheated with the toppings we ordered. The pizza was so greasy that the crust was like fried plastic. We thought it was strange that a large and medium pizza and 18 wings would be ready in 15min on a Friday night… we wouldn’t even feed this to the homeless. I’ve had Ledos before at a different location and liked it. TRY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The food is great but the service is super bad! They post that closed at 10pm but when you walking in at 9pm they won’t seat you!!! I don’t understand just said we close at 9pm

The website says you’re open until 9. We called at 8:37 to place an order for pick up. A girl answered the phone and asked how she could help us. My boyfriend asked to place an order for pick up and she said «the kitchen is closed.» If you’re going to post that you’re open until 9, don’t close your kitchen 25 minutes earlier than that.

Well what to say Lido’s keeps getting better and better with sending out emails to me reminding me of their delicious pizzas which are always delicious
We tried something different which was Ledos on a Friday night
We sat down to a very on organized restaurant
We tried the baked potato soup as the waitress who was very young I said was good
Do you not get soup at Lido’s pizza very watery absolutely gross
We ordered two pizzas one which was a deluxe which we asked for no onions.
Most of the time we were there the waitress was very busy she brought our pizzas which were very delicious.
Here comes a surprise out of nowhere another pizza comes she says the kitchen made a mistake the first pizza had onions on it so we made you a new one.
Now knowing that we just finished a pizza with onions that they knew about but still served us blew her mind
Though my wife stomach was very upset from the onions the pizza was very good
Though we will still come back to Lido’s I think it was the most craziest thing in the world to have them service of pizza that my wife could’ve been allergic to be more careful please

Thought I’d try this place after dropping off the dog at the groomers next door and before going to the Starbucks also in the same shopping center. Ordered an 8″ pepperoni, got a cheese pizza (he put in the order incorrectly, so at least I didn’t pay for it). Pizza was wafer thin (I like NY style, but this was ridiculous) and poorly cut, making a mess trying to tear it apart. When I did bite into it, everything slid right off.
With so many other options close by (Tony’s in Fair Lakes and Pomodoro in the Fairfax Shopping Center) there’s zero reason to come here.

We had eight pizzas for a big party today. They were all very good. Of course, the pizza I don’t like is a rare beast. The thin crust was light and crispy. The toppings were generously applied.
My only gripe was that the sauce is somewhat bland for my tastes. That said, it went well with the stronger toppings like meat lovers.
I’d order from them again.

Went here for lunch. Service was quick & attentive, however food delivery was Sloooooww. My wife & I ordered the all you can eat soup/​salad/​breadsticks and were told 10 minutes later that this is not offered. I pointed it out on the menu and the waitress admitted her mistake. Waited another 20 minutes, finally requested our salads, which came out right afterwards. Next the soup… Only offered Black Bean soup, which was incredibly sour and had to be sent back. The other soups were out of stock. Waitress was sympathetic and credited $ 6 to our check. I have been to this location 3 times and am batting ⁰⁄₃. Will never return. I love Ledo’s but not this location.

Pathetic/​Horrible — take your pick. Wife wanted to stop for Italian, and it’s Ledo’s Pizza and Pasta. She ordered a pizza I ordered spaghetti — two bites oif the spaghetti and I told the waiter to take it back it was horrible. I think I’d win a bet if I said Denny’s had better spaghetti. It wasn’t drained, it was swimming in water. the meatballs tasted burnt and as if they just came out of a pot of water, and it had like leftover pizza sauce as gravy — it was disgusting. Just to be clear — it doesn’t have cooks, it has prep staff. Fire them and close the place. Open a Carvel or DQ, anything that doesn’t require more than taking something out of the freezer and serving as is because if what I had is this place’s idea of an acceptable product it should not be in the business. My mistake for going there, your mistake for serving me shlock.

Closing hours are 10pm on the website and even on the door… I got there at 9pm and they were closed! Guy was still there cleaning up. If you aren’t busy, change your hours so customers don’t drive all the way there for nothing!!!

Came here with a couple of friends, and service was just terrible. It took about 10 min for the manager (not sure why the server on duty couldnt take us) to come up and greet us and get our drink order.
Order our appetizers and he had asked us if we were ready to order our meals, we said yes and he simply turned and walked away. (I would assume it was miscommunication although you should always be vocal about approaching and leaving a table you are serving.)
After getting our appetizers, my friends had noted that the margarita flatitizer they had ordered seemed a bit soft and chewy, it wasnt cooked al the way.
We had ordered our food, and in between waiting we noticed some other employees walk in to clock in, they bring us our food and as they were still at our table, i had accidentally spilled my water all over my fries. I got a snarky «i love soggy fries» from the guy. No offer to refill my water or replace my fries, didnt even help clean up the mess.
As we were eating i notice the servers leave and come back with starbucks a few minutes later. The manager proceeds to yell at them not only infront of us but also another customer who had approached the counter. Completely inappropriate. The server begins to yell back and leave again.
The place was dirty, no one seemed to care about their jobs (or atleast acted like they cared) and it took us forever to get a box for our food.
This place needs some better employees and management needs a bit of a kick!

I got a med veggie pizza. It was totally unremarkable. If you are at this little strip mall in fairfax and you are hungry, go to Panda or to wegmans across the street. The fact that they have square pizzas is redeeming…

I carry out from here often. My favorite is the chicken sausage pizza. It is so delish!
Their crust is thin and all the flavors meld well together.
They offer other things on their menu. Pasta’s, sandwiches, salads etc.
Better than all the other chains out there. I highly recommend trying it out.

1^st off, when I checked out, my card tells me how much I have left… the employee said «whoa you have alot of money»
Thats none of your business, how much I have on my card and certainly dont comment on it!
2^nd, my food was finally done and there wasnt any one in site to give me my food.
3^rd, my steak and cheese… had ROTTEN LETTUCE on it.
I dont think ill be going back anymore for lunch. Ill go a bit further down to the deli.

We dined at Ledo’s last Friday evening around 5 PM. The place was basically empty, with only one other table eating. It started to fill up a little but as we were leaving. We had a good experience with tasty food. We ordered mozzarella sticks, spaghetti with meat sauce, chicken parm, and kids grilled cheese. The spaghetti and chicken parm both came with garlic bread and we enjoyed it all. The kids grilled cheese wasn’t great, but my son ate some of it. It came with a side of our choice and a drink. Our server was attentive and friendly and best of all didn’t seem bothered by the mess made by our son. We’ll be back!
Oh, and they only provide delivery service for orders $ 50 or more. Darn.

At best, this place is just ok; I think three stars may be too generous. I’ve eaten at plenty of Ledo locations around DC/​Baltimore, and this one is a low point. The pizza is fine, standard Ledo’s fare. I ordered a steak and cheese last time I visited, and was disappointed by the meat-​to-​bread ratio, and the almost non-​existent amount of cheese, along with the small handful of fries it came with. Still, I can’t complain too much with the price.
What put me off was that several tables were covered in dirty dishes, and no one bothered to clean them while we were there. That’s not the most appetizing thing to stare at while you eat a pizza.

Below average pizza.
I read in the Washington City Paper’s ‘Best of’ that this was the place to go for slices. I can’t image the individual slices are any better than the full 8″ square pizza (can’t really call it a ‘pie’ when it’s square, right?) that I ordered.
The pizza tasted like the weak-​ass pizzas my group made in Home Economics class in Junior High School.
This was a one-​and-​done/​hit it and quit it pizza experience for me. I don’t understand the local love.

This doesn’t seem like «real» pizza to me. That certainly does not mean that it isn’t delicious, but it just doesn’t fit the pizza billet to me. Unfortunately, that now leaves a Ledo’s slot in my box o crave-​worthy food stuffs. It will sit right next to the pizza slot, but only pizza can fill the pizza slot and only Ledo’s can fill the Ledo slot. The two are simply not one in the same. That said…
This rectangle of flaky sweet and savory goodness stands all on its own as a delightful local flavor! I feel a bit sheepish for having waited so long to sample the goodness that has been consistently recommended to me for the last several years. What can I say? Once bitten, twice shy (yeah, Five Guys). This, however, was, as promised a great meal. I’ll definitely be back!
