The best(bar none) chimichanga, Mojado burrito, salsa bar, Carne Asada tostado, well… absolutely the best Mexican food around! I eat here at least twice a month… usually more often. If you want authentic Mexican food… not TexMex… eat here. The Mojado burrito is large enough for two(at least elderly) & so darned good. Try it, you’ll love it!

what a disappointment… the regular chicken burritos came out tasteless & bland. after having great burritos from La Luna(in Rutherford /Napa Valley) for years, the stuff I got here did not have the flavor profiles usually associated with authentic burritos, the size is good but the rice was meh, the chicken unremarkable & hardly any frijoles, the salsas were good though & the service friendly & quick, as expected, I still have to find a really good place in Fairfield for burritos & tacos

Came here 5÷27÷16 to eat around 1030am, the food wasn’t the best, had better. But what got me was the food poisoning I got from eating on the 5/27, it hit me so hard on Sunday with chills, fever, throwing up and diarrhea and horrible stomach cramps for 7 straight days without any let up or ease at all. After 3 days of this I finally went to Kaiser to have test ran, few days later it came back as campylobacter infection a food borne infection. Got antibiotics on Friday, June 3rd, it stopped the cramps but not the diarrhea until Sunday the 5th. Missed entire week of work, worst sickness that I ever had and worst of all it could’ve been prevented. Zero stars really, but can’t, won’t be back that’s for sure. Hope you guys get it together and hopefully try to reach out to the people who got sick and at least offer a refund.

I’ve only had tacos here, but they were hella good and way cheap. And anywhere with a salsa bar is a 5 star place for me . The only thing was that they put tooooo much meat(I got them to-go) that I couldn’t even pick up the taco, actually, I couldn’t even find a tortilla. They hella piled it up with meat. But depending on who you are, that might not be a bad thing. Haha. It isn’t for me either, I just ate the meat with my chips! Birria is my ultimate fav and I heard they have it on weekends. So I’ll definitely be back.

Ate here this past weekend and I hate to say this but will never be back. Yes the prices are very cheap but you also get what you pay for. Pre made frozen poco de gallo salsa(can clearly tell it’s been frozen and thawed by the color, texture, and taste — bland). Also ordered the taquitos and the same thing. They were also very busy but don’t seem to have a good process to mange their eat in customers along with their takeout customers. So overall looks like they need some help in managing most aspects of their business.

Alejandro’s is by far top 3 best Authentic Mexican restaurants in this area. I do recommend: great service, food, and price! FOOD: Original, authentic, could be your favorite if you give them a try. I’m usually always getting a regular burrito, mojado burrito or the steak fries! Never had any complaints on any of the things I’ve ordered! You can get this for a late night meal or mid day. SERVICE: Perfect in both languages, English and Spanish! I try practicing my Spanish sometimes when I come here to order and they are so very helpful and comforting when I try. They say«as long as you try, we are thankful.» Such awesome people, need any help with anything they won’t give you an attitude just answers. RESTAURANT: Everything about this restaurant says Mexico! And it’s awesome to see they are proud of where they come from and it’s a teaching in my eye! Not the most space, but it is definite spacious enough with a lot of seats for a few big families to enjoy a meal. As mentioned earlier, I do recommend this Alejandro’s

I was raised on Mexican food and so I’m very picky about my comida. This place is legit. It has an extensive menu, way more than just tacos. We opted for trying some cabeza and lengua tacos, and the camarones al mojo de ajo platillo with rice, beans and ensalada. The portions are generous. The food was delicious. Conclusion? It’s the goto place for Mexican food when you find yourself in Fairfield.

I discovered this place back in 2002. I ordered the burrito mojado and have been hooked ever since. I just got one last Friday and that’s what makes me like them even more. Their food is consistently good, excellent flavor, that stays the same never changes. Great job!

This is my go to Mexican restaurant. Love their mojado burrito with the chili verde sauce. Everything is fresh. While their Pozole is good, I wish they would make the beef stew during the winter months too.

Been coming here for years. My regular order is carne asada super nachos with no pico de gallo. So good! I have also had good experiences with the chimichanga here and the wet burrito. YUUUMM. This place is pretty casual, which is the reason I don’t go here as often, I prefer a nicer atmosphere. It’s okay, the tables are cool. Usually though, I get their food to-go. You can pretty much see them cook your food if you are worried about it, but I never bother to watch. The customer service is chill, depending on the day it can be great or average. This is one of those places that doesn’t look that great on the inside or the outside and the customer service can be spotty, so if you took someone here for the first time they would probably be skeptical, HOWEVER, the food is so good, that it doesn’t even matter that much. And this stuff usually matters a lot to me. One of the best authentic Mexican places around. Give it a try with an open mind.

Great prices, generous portions, but lacking in flavor. I heard about this place from Unilocal, and me being on the hunt for some good Mexican food decided to try it out. I was getting take-out so I cannot comment on the efficency of their wait staff, but I did see a couple waitresses taking orders or bringing food to tables, etc. I came here at around 5:30pm and there was no wait for ordering and after taking my order the cashier said it would be about 10 – 15 minutes for my order. Their cooks must be working their butts off because I had my food in around 5 minutes. Upon getting home with my order, it was still hot and fresh. I was a bit disappointed to see that my enchiladas were drowning in sauce. Like, I was worried there weren’t any enchiladas in there because you couldn’t see them under all the sauce. Overall the enchiladas were just okay. The chicken was rather flavorless and the sauce had a very mild flavor to it. The rice was great though! They give you TONS of it too. Alejando’s sort of lived up to it’s hype. I will say this: If you’re ever craving authentic Mexican food and want a cheap yet filling meal, definitely check this place out.

Delicious eats, great prices! My sister treated the family out with her first paycheck(a family tradition) and bought tacos, burritos, and flautas for five people, and I think it all came out to less than $ 30. The flautas only come in chicken — you get four large flautas with very generous amounts of toppings(guacamole, sour cream, etc.). The wet burrito was also a favorite from the family!
