Manhattan Bagel

Best one around. I actually have a closer one near my place but I travel to this one because the service is exceptional here. They go out of their way to make you happy. They are so busy that they run out inventory by the end of the day.

Best bagels in the area. Great sandwiches of all sorts, especially the hot pastrami. Good coffee and friendly staff.

I stopped here on the way down to the beach today for a quick brunch. I wanted something to eat that was good for the ride. I haven’t been here in a while and I regret that. I love this Manhattan Bagel. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and everything is pretty quick. one of the things I like is you can modify anything you get. Like I got the Chelsea Sandwhich today on asiago bread. I asked if I could get it without peppers. they allow to you to basically take out anything you don’t want or change something to something you do want. There is always specials. I love how it comes with a drink, chips, and a choice of side like macaroni salad etc. I want to come back here more.
The Chelsea that I ordered was so good. it was warm to my liking, delicious asiago bread, melted cheese that was just perfect and small chunks of chicken. must be my new fav!!!
The owners are especially great as well!!!

Another very good manhattan bagel location! A larger store with nice seating. Staff is always so nice and friendly. Food is made efficiently and correctly and the location is very clean. One of the best manhattan bagels in the area.

Food is great but I just pulled up at 2:53 and they close at 3, the guy saw me pull in and locked the door. That really annoyed me, like seriously who does that? So rediculous.

Started a tradition that we get bagels every Thursday. Started with me going with my boss and now I am on my own. I warmed up to this place. Everyone is friendly and you are in and out quickly. It is fast to get even two dozen bagels and they provide quick service.
The egg and cheese on a croissant is super good. Oh my gosh the amount of cheese is mouth watering. It looks like a gooey melted mountain. Boy it was super super good! After 4 attempts of calls in 2 days to order, I finally got someone who didn’t tell me to «call back we’re busy» — the girl, with quite an attitude on her, said she can take my order but can’t guarantee delivery because hey, they don’t deliver! Yet they’ve delivered here before??? I have a corporate business to feed over 100 employees & was turned down because we can’t do a pick up. Will definitely not deal with you anymore!

I am a big fan of Manhattan Bagel’s. I found them by accident. First time I went in was just for a quick iced coffee. Most places just use what I feel is the burnt left over coffee that didn’t sell, but this coffee was very fresh. It didn’t have that burnt taste. It is self serve and everything is right there for you. A huge plus for me is that they use light cream. I dislike half & half cause it makes the coffee taste gross and the cheaper way out to lighten coffee. Next few times were for different things and I was never disappointed. There cream cheese and veggies cream cheese are delicious. The bagels are always fresh and never old and rubbery tasting. The certainly don’t lack in using quality ingredients. I am also a huge fan of there chillers!!! They are 10x’s better then a coolatta from dunkin. They have many choices of flavors to chose from, but I am a big fan of the mocha and white chocolate.
Also, no matter what time of day you do visit them they are always clean! That says a lot about the owners standards cause even when it is busy someone is on top of keeping it clean.
Last but not least I commend you on your staff! They are very helpful and very friendly all the time! Definitely a place I will continue to support!

I go about twice a week for my coffee… Besides the coffee always being so fresh it is great to be greeted at 630 am with a smile… Makes the start of your day even better

A co-​worker used to frequently run out here for an afternoon snack so when I was driving by the other day I decided to stop in for lunch. Although I found the Manhattan-​prefixes a little corny, I really enjoyed my sandwich. The store was bright and clean and someone immediately offered to take my order. I liked that they gave me option of sides. My sandwich (roast beef with cheddar bagel) was very good. I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato as well. At first sip, it was a little too sugary, but it was super tasty.

Great place for a quick breakfast! Got an egg and cheese bagel sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, an apple turnover and an extra large coffee for $ 10. The bagel selection is great, with lots of healthy choices including my favorite, multigrain. The only improvement I would suggest would be to toast the bagels. All in all, a solid choice!

This Manhattan Bagel is amazing! The bagels and sandwiches are delicious and after only one or two times of going here almost the whole staff remembered my name. I’m huge on Customer Service and this place KNOWS how to do it. Please Please Please go visit them for lunch or breakfast. Delicious with excellent service!

Breakfast was good but the real review is on the staff. They couldn’t be any nicer from the girl who took the order to the gentleman who brought me the order to the table. Customer service is what brings me back. A good attitude goes a long way.

this is my go to breakfast and lunch place. it is such a friendly environment every employee is so welcoming and attentive to customers. extremely clean establishment. espresso and late bar was the best addition they added. whenever I go in I always have to get some kind of sandwich there all amazing. best potato salad also always get it for my side. it really is somewhere you need to
go if you haven’t already.

2 ½ Stars. Here I go reviewing yet another bagel shop. Perhaps a life statement. I have been to Manhattan bagels Fairfield location several times as it is conveniently located a couple of blocks from my office. This location is clean and attractive. Upscale compared to the average bagel shop. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bagels are quite beautiful in appearance, displayed behind glass, glistening in the halogen light. If only they tasted as good as they look. I find the bagels to fall somewhere between a Lenders frozen bagel and a roll. They are slightly chewy, which is a good thing. However the chewiness comes from the exterior skin. The interior of the bagel has the consistency and flavor of plain bread. Additionally, I find that there is a bizarre, almost artificial aftertaste. I think it comes from whatever they brush on the bagels to make them glisten. Oil, butter, I’m not quite sure. They offer a nice variety of coffee. Unfortunately, it’s a serve yourself configuration utilizing insulated carafes which apparently are not refreshed often enough as the coffee is typically tepid. If this place was called Manhattan Sandwich, the bagels would be almost acceptable. Branded Manhattan Bagel, I expect better.

It’s a new location so everything is modern & kept nice. The different sandwiches I’ve had so far have been good. I need strong iced coffee & when they first opened it was brewed to perfection. Now I find it to be a bit watered down.

We stopped by here while looking for our friend’s jobsite and we were a little lost. I am a big bagel fan and went inside while the SO tried to get a fix on where we were with the GPS and our friends.
I ordered something simple — plain bagel with a lox smear. The bagel was a little smaller than what I get at my usual bagel place Princeton, but good. The lox cream cheese was good as well. The people who were behind the counter were friendly and attentive.
Since this was my 1^st Manhattan Bagel, the bar has been set pretty high.

Great for breakfast plates and sandwiches … Also features extensive lunch lineup pastrami, cheesesteak, grilled chicken, chicken salad, fresh green salads etc… And Italian espresso, lattes and cappuccinos.

1^st time here I foolishly ordered egg white w cheddar and turkey bacon on a multigrain flatbread. It was ok, really has nothing to do w the business it was a poor choice on my end, I wasn’t feeling my selection
2^nd time in I ordered bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel w a medium coffee. Dark roast coffee is really good, sandwich was a bit small but tasty.
This place is totally brand new so it’s really nice inside, seems clean and well kept so far.
All in all I’ve had better and I’ve had worse, if I could change one thing it would be to either lower the prices ($ 6.60 for egg sand & coffee) or make larger sandwiches. that warrant the prices.
I will return because i like their coffee, i have a hard time finding coffee i like.
