What happened to all the nice kids that worked here when they first opened? Everything used to be hot and crispy. They always got my order right. Now, items are missing and if you go in, all you get is attitude, no apology. Nothing but ratchet ass people working here now and the manager is acting like one the high schoolers! I’m going elsewhere.

We go to McDonald’s for a quick service, but most of the time we end up frustrated because our order is MOSTLY missing something when we get home. If it’s not a meal, it’s a condiment: BBQ sauce for my child’s 6pcs. nugget happy meal. We will usually just brush it off and say it was an honest mistake. However, bungling our order is what they do best. It has happened numerous times now and it is adding up. I hope the nice owners can remedy this.

This McD’s most be the worst in Solano county! Now I understand that a new restaurant has bugs to work out but come on people it’s fast food! I’ve been there four times since they opened… twenty minute wait if you walk-in or drive thru… and the order is always wrong! I will not be going back!

cool new spot at the top of the hill. clean bathrooms and friendly-enough employees… no complaints other than no mcgriddles on the all-day breakfast menu but that is not thier fault. just poor execution at the corporate level of going half-$$& on the latest promotion… I’ll definitely make this a frequent stop when passing thru here…

Well prepared food and quick service. Picked up some food for breakfast via the drive thru as we were passing by. We were quite pleased with our experience here. The service was really quick… we were in and out of the drive thru in about 5 minutes. The food was also freshly prepared, hot and yummy. We’ll definitely stop by this location again if we’re passing through.

This place needs to train their employees. On multiple occasions I’ve been left unhappy. When I ask for no lettuce or tomato they forgot to take it out, I pay for a drink upcharge to orange juice and the cup isn’t even full, I ask for a sweet tea and I get raspberry iced tea. All incidents happened through the drive thru and couldn’t get them fixed. Never coming back here again, might as well drive 2 minutes down the road to another location.

I got to say showing up to this mc Donalds at 4:30pm labor day 2015 and I glanced up at the menu to see breakfast served all day amazing!!! I’ve heard about this slowly making its way in and to actually see it and order a sausage mc muffin after 10:30am awesome!!! And as I’m about to finish the I think owner came out to ask how it was and mentioned that this is one of the newest stores and the 1st in the area to serve breakfast all day. And I got to also add that the breakfast is all made to order so you don’t have worry about the egg, sausage or even muffin sitting there for hours cuz it’s all fresh.

The service here is really slow I only go to this McDonald’s because its closest to me and every time I’ve went I’ve waited in line for 20 – 30 mins and my food was never fresh it tasted old. I just went and got breakfast there today and they made me wait in front because my food was not ready at the window, when I got my food my sandwich was burnt. They need to hire people who actually know what they are doing. Every time ive gone there they’ve messed up my order or the food was not fresh.

I had purchased a diet coke a few miles back at a McDonalds and it tasted awful. I pulled in here to see if I could switch it out and pay for the refill. I LOVE diet coke and had a 2 hour drive home so this pick me up was needed. Jennifer let me pull right through the drive thru and switched out my diet coke no problem. Great service and friendly staff — thank you Jennifer!!!

Came to this location twice, once at 1a and the second around 7p. The service is AGONIZINGLY slow, but they are still brand new. I will return no sooner than two months from now. Maybe by then they’ll deserve a few more stars.

Well they need lots of work to meet McDonald’s standards. The drive thru display screen was off. They have 2 drive thrus so I went in one and there was no answer. Waited and waited and waited. I was starting to back out thought maybe I had the wrong one out of the two, and then the guy starts talking. Cool right window. I ordered, guy was a little rusty probably new new employee… Food was what u should expect from Mcdonalds. But then everything is brand new, the oil better be clean, the soda better have the perfect combination of carbonation and so forth. The Mc flurry was awesome. Service needs some work but nothing that can’t be fixed.

It’s your typical McDonald’s, but everything is new so the floors and tables are clean. Sadly, the restroom was already dirty. Since it’s a new restaurant, a lot of things aren’t working quite yet like the hand dryers in the restrooms and the soft serve dessert machine. Hopefully they have everything worked out when they have a grand opening event supposedly next month.
