I don’t normally come to this location because it doesn’t have a drive thru but I don’t have any complaints. This place is pretty quick in service and the baristas are cheerful. Whenever there is a new drink on the menu they are honest and detailed with their own personal review of the item. I like that, great job Starbucks!

This Starbuck used to be the best and I used to make appointment with my friends here all the time. I came in today order my drink. It is a little off for service. I mean I gave tips. Nobody said thanks. And I got my drink and I said have a good day nobody response. Don’t even smile. This is used to be Best Starbucks for entire Fairfield. Now I have to rate more to other Starbucks. It means I would have to spend time less in this Starbucks and drive to another Starbuck. I spend money in Starbucks everyday. Hope your guys would improve service minds. Keep smile!

I am not sure why this Starbucks has so little stars. I had a 5 star experience and it’s only 630am! Lol! The employees are super friendly, quick, efficient and just terrific this morning! I even let the barista pick out my breakfast sandwich and oh yes, yummm! She chose the spicy chorizo one and yummm! I rarely come to Starbucks and I am pleased. I am traveling, so I usually go to a Starbucks during my travels since I have had so many good experiences, but I like to keep it local and put my money back into my community by shopping local, rather than a chain. Today, totally worth it! I also bought an apple fritter, that she suggested she warm up for me and yaaassssss! It is soooo delicious! I must be hungry! Lol! 5 stars and thank you! My matcha is delicious too, perfect amounts!!!

Not surprised at the other low ratings. Unlike most other ‘Bucks, this crew could care less that they have customers UNLESS you happen to be the barista’s friend. Got a mumbled greeting from the guy at the register. There were three customers including me and one of them just got a drip coffee so barista only had two drinks to make. Then her friend showed up. Barista actually stopped making drinks to chat with her friend. Waiting for 10 minutes when a man and his son came in and had their drinks made and ready while I was still standing there. The guy looked at me very confused after the barista put his drink up and and could barely bother to call out the drink as an afterthought. The guy asked if that was mine. Told him no but thanked him and started to ask where my drink was but the friend said«Whose drink is that?» pointing to a venti cup sitting as far back on the counter out of anyone’s sight as possible. «I don’t know» was the barista’s annoyed response. Friend: «Did you call it out?» Barista: «Psh, I don’t know.» Then she picks it up calls out my drink. No idea how long it had been sitting there but then again how would I know it was even there? Me grabbing my drink: «Sorry to interrupt your conversation.» Barista in an aggressive tone: «What did he say?!» Friend repeated it. As I walked out, I heard«Psshh.» Yeah that sums up my feelings too. 1st and last time I’ll use this Starbucks.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to… And I’m quite the Starbucks fiend. We stood in line for 10 without moving a bit, and there were 3 baristas«working»(more like standing around staring blankly).

The Barista don’t listen to what your order is and mix the drinks incorrectly — in my experience. I love Starbucks, but this location is the ONLY one I have consistent issues with. When you explain why the drink the Barista gave you isn’t what you ordered, they have the audacity to get an attitude. Case and point, my daughter ordered a caramel frappuccino extra caramel, bur they added extra whip cream, the normal amount of carmel and acted like I messed up when I pointed it out. This location has an issue with customer service and drink preparation. This is the third time I’ve dealt with this and the last time I will come here.

Omg. I have never been more annoyed at ones drink making speed before in my life until tonight. There was a man(Dom) making drinks and his sense of urgency in making drinks was as slow as a tortoise. There was probably about 4 – 5 drinks ahead of me. The store was slow and his walking speed to rinse out the blender from each Frap was appalling. Than he has the audacity to hand us hot lattes with no sleeves and give us attitude when we asked for them. Never coming to location again

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks on the face of the planet. It would have been faster for me to drive way across town to Dutch Brothers, get coffee, and drive back by this location to get to where I needed to be. I will never make the mistake to come here again unless I have an hour of my day that I don’t care about and can waste waiting for coffee.

Possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Stood there for 15 minutes while customers who came in after us got their drinks and left. The nonchalant I don’t care attitude of the barista left a bitter taste in my mouth. I shouldn’t have to remind you about the second drink in my order when the cup is sitting right in front of you. They were also out of a lot of things to make my drink which I discovered all throughout the ordering then drink making process. Not even a sorry, or thanks for waiting. I wish I could give zero stars. Save yourself the wait and drive to a Dutch Bros where the coffee is superior, service is excellent and the prices are cheaper.

This place is small, but they make up for it in quick service and we’ll organized space. The parking is a little walk but it’s worth it. Iced coffee and a Double bacon breakfast sandwich. They called my name with in 3 mins. That’s pretty good.

This is a good large Starbucks location with a lot of items for sale such as cups etc. We stopped in to use the rest room and pick up some coffee. It was good the had a men’s and women’s restroom. The facilities were clean.

Ugh. Greeted with a frown and followed up with a very curt snippy attitude asking things like«what size?» when we had already said which size and cutting us off when asking about the wrap“we don’t have any feta”. I had to have the whip cream removed after I specifically asked for no whip cream on my drink. Not to mention having to fight through the gauntlet on the way to the restroom past the overcrowded and missed placed order pick up station. ***whip cream should be a request not a default.

Hmmm, where do I start with this review? The first thing that comes to mind is Unilocal should have a zero star rating. I’m going to start with the management because that’s the most glaring problem with this location. I have several years of retail management experience that is centered around the customer experience, so I find myself naturally observing the way different businesses are ran. This location had a manager, Jason, that did an awesome job. He had a great staff that you could tell enjoyed working for him. That is gone. I have avoided writing this review, just like I avoid going to this location, but I went into it again after a long hiatus just to see if any things changed in the last few months. I’ll just outline the visit: I walk in, I’m the only one in there in line. There’s 4 people behind the counter with 1 barista and of course the manager. I stand at the register for about 2 minutes before anyone says anything. I did get the awkward side stare from everyone including the manager, but nobody said anything to me. 2 minutes may not sound like a long time but it seems like a lifetime when you’re the only one in the store. I finally start ordering, just one drink, but that was made a lot more difficult than it needed to be because the manager was engaging the associates in conversation distracting the girl taking my order. The manager also had another girl spraying down the entire front bar with cleaner right in the middle of business hours and of course didn’t stop with customers ordering and drinks being made. At this time there were 3 customers behind me. She was spraying cleaner with a misting tip and it just didn’t make the experience very nice with cleaner mist in the air and drinks being made. My drinks up by now and of course not enough ice and the taste seems off, but hey we’re only paying $ 4.95 right? Long story short there has been no change here. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had multiple times, and I’ve been to over 100 locations. I’m sure it sells a ton of coffee and looks good on paper, but the customer experience here is abysmal. It begins and ends with the management. Put a new leader in this building, or at least get a customer survey system going so you can find out how poor this store is ran. Embarrassing Starbucks, completely embarrassing.

I have never been to a starbucks that’s this bad, I live down the street so I always come here thinking maybe I just caught them on a bad day. The line is always very long, which okay it’s Starbucks it’s going to be busy, but the problem is, half the time they only have one register open, and the person working the register takes extremely long doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing, and only one person ever making drinks, but about 10 people walking around in the back doing who knows what! Not sure why they can’t hop on a register when they line is going out the door, or help make drinks, the sense of urgency is just not there. The drinks take forever, this last time I ordered a cold brew(which is made ahead of time) all they have to do is pour it in a cup with ice and some water, it took them about 20 minutes just to get that to me, I also ordered a breakfast sandwich which also took longer than the drink, and when I got the sandwich I started eating it on my drive and part of it was still frozen. I don’t know what is going on at this starbucks, if they just need more staff or if they need new staff, it sucks. I’ve tried so many times hoping it would be better, but it’s just always bad! So bad another customer once stopped me outside to tell me how the staff here sucks and they are lazy and take forever just get a drink out, I should’ve known then. I’m better off driving across town to the next Starbucks with better customer service or Dutch Bros. This Starbucks feels like a knock off brand except it’s not any cheaper, I do believe they need new management STAT! They are making the company look bad.

Didn’t think to turn on the coffee pot timer last night, so I ended up stopping here this morning on my semi regular Monday commute from the Bay Area to Sacramento. I didn’t want to screw around with my phone while driving so I just stopped once I saw a Starbucks sign on the freeway. This location was only about a half mile from the exit which was convenient, but that’s basically where the positive part of this review ends. One woman was ordering when I came in while the manager or team lead(unsure which but she seemed to be the only one to know what she was doing) was taking inventory and one other girl was making drinks. The order in front of me was quick enough but when it was time to place my order the girl at the register seemed confused about what I wanted(vanilla latte with soy– nothing crazy) and then got completely thrown off when I asked to reload my card before paying. At every other store the order is suspended for this but for some reason the girl at the register was totally thrown off seemed annoyed, and deleted my drink order before reloading my card. Kind of a strange and time consuming way to go about that, but whatever. The line behind me was growing pretty rapidly(5 people by the time my order was finally finished) but the manager /team lead seemed to know most of the people waiting. Cool, I’m a regular at my normal Starbucks too. Except that while the girl at the register was still fumbling with my drink cup the manager instructed the girl making drinks to begin the orders for the people behind me. What the hell?! So after a total of over 10 minutes in the store, and after several of the people BEHIND me were served their drinks(not just plain coffees or something simple, mind you), my latte finally came up. No «thanks for waiting» no «have a nice day», she just set the latte on the counter and that was that. The real kicker is when I got in the car and finally took a drink I realized she must have forgotten the vanilla. What a bummer. I’m friendly and a morning person so I don’t really understand what happened in there today, but this was my first ever bad experience at a Starbucks and I’m pretty bummed about it. Definitely won’t forget to set my coffee machine on a commute morning again!

Been waiting about 15 mins to order a drink… there were maybe 4 people ahead of us. Time from order to drink: 20 seconds for her. Lulz! My drink came out in 1:37 and for my sandwich: 3:58. Basically the long line was lame but food and drinks came out in under than 5 mins. Seemed like the 2nd shift just arrived so that is a good sign. Still several folks waiting for their stuff, they ordered well before us.

I feel like most Starbucks locations are pretty consistent. This one had poor service and an inefficient manager/shift leader. Four people were working and only one person was making drinks. I may have stopped in right after a rush, but let’s get the line down first, before dusting. Also… A black iced coffee isn’t too hard to make right? Pour coffee in cup, add ice, hand to customer. For some reason she poured mine and let it sit for about 5 minutes while she made other drinks. Weird experience to say the least… Go somewhere else if you are wanting coffee!

I love the new furniture, gives the place a more modern yet comfy atmosphere. The staff is awesome, always very friendly. I had to bump this location up to five stars. There’s just something about the baristas that puts a smile on your face when you leave… Glad this place is literally 2 minutes away.
