Just brought home dinner the 16 piece original recipe and the chick has its breading barely hanging on almost doesn’t look like it was cooked enough or sat it a pan of grease Really disappointed in the chicken

We use to come to KFC all the time when our kids were growing up but we found over the years the quality of the food and definitely the service was not what it was in the past. Occasionally we try them and tonight we ventured into this location. I will say the gentlemen who took our order was friendly and helpful — unfortunately we were missing a cookie, and did not get any butter for my corn nor butter or jam for the biscuit. The food at best was mediocre — Famous bowl was not fresh and was dry. My extra crispy chicken was not that crispy and not completely covered plus it was very greasy. The biscuits had a raw dough taste and did not appear to be fresh. Finally the front door kept slamming with a loud noise — very annoying. Overall — even though they apparently dug the Colonel up to be in the ads — the product was nowhere the original KFC

There customer service sucks. This isn’t the only time this has happened to me to top it off they never can get a basic order right. I see by other reviews I’m not the only one to complain .The owner really needs to wake the fu** up.

Food is fine, regular KFC quality. Me and my boyfriend come here often because we live so close by and it’s a quick option on nights we don’t feel like cooking. Every time we come here, EVERYTIME, they screw up our order somehow. I’m telling you, not once in all the times we’ve been have they gotten our order 100% correct. They’ll give us all the wrong sides, or they’ll give us the wrong drinks, or they’ll skip out on the biscuits, or all of the above at the same time, etc etc etc. It’s your job, not mine to double check the bag of food. How hard could it possibly be? Anyways, we still come here, but now we double check our order before leaving, and if we mention something is missing the employees look at us like we are assholes.

What has happen to KFC? The chicken was so good. Especially back when i was young. I would go in get a box of fries and they even sold cheeseburgers at the walk up spots. This small, wet, and fall apart excuse for chicken or whatever its suppose to be has lost the KFC flavor. Its falling way behind Popeyes and Churches. Step up your game. Maybe lower them prices so the last loyal customers will not feel screwed by this soggy bird.

I came here because I was not in the mood to cook after being whacked in an auto accident. I went through the drive thru, and I asked how many sides. When I got to the window, I asked again how many sides because they didn’t respond when I placed the order. It was four, so I told them what I wanted. The employee told me the default was 2 coleslaw and 2 mashed potatoes, and I repeated what I wanted which was different. She gave me attitude and told someone to change the order. The chicken was fine. The biscuits were old. The coleslaw and corn on the cob was OK. I wouldn’t eat the mac & cheese again. Food: 3 Service: 1

Fast service, helpful staff, clean place. The $ 5 chicken strip meal deal was suggested to us, we ordered it. The food was good and fresh. The only thing that was a turn off was that the chicken strips were so thin, they were more like chicken fillets. Overall it was a good experience.

I can’t believe that people review a place like this so low when they know exactly what they’re getting going in. The whole point of fast food is that it’s cheap and fast — you’re not going to get five-star cuisine or Ritz Carlton service. It’s cheap, greasy, fast food and I like it that way.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars! We live near this place and have used the drive thru a few times, and I am really not sure why it’s been a few. We have experienced, at KFC, a shortage of chicken! I can understand running out of milk, macaroni and cheese even coleslaw… But when chicken is the staple of your existence it boggles my mind how you would run out!!! That’s like Microsoft running out of Windows! For some reason, I can’t remember to check my order. When I get home I realize I got screwed some how… Not occasionally, EVERYTIME! But in the case of tonight, I can understand the confusion between«four piece» and«pot pie». Especially taking the time to ask what sides I wanted you weren’t going to bag. Finally, back to running out of things… My wife doesn’t like the green onions in the loaded bowl. We requested no green onions at which point we were told«we are out of green onions». No problem, didn’t want them. But couldn’t help notice the Safeway less than 100 yards away. You do the math. Not sure if it’s laziness or a mental midget that runs this joint! Some people have to touch the burner on the stove more than once to realize it’s hot. Now I know that b#%?h it HOT! And won’t be touching it again…

As I sit in this KFC and wait for my order, I am wondering why I didn’t read the reviews first! I’ll be kicking myself for this later I’m sure! So let’s just start off by saying that I’m pretty sure if you are touching money, the register, your hair, etc. that you absolutely should be washing your hands and then applying gloves before handling food!!! Nope, I’ve watched the one person who is actually working do all of the above, minus the hand washing and applying of the gloves! Um, health code violation, I’m pretty sure! The others are socializing, and do only God knows what, but its definitely not working! Had I not already paid, I would’ve left by now! Do yourself a favor and skip this place, its a joke!

We walked in to the KFC and up to the front counter. We ended up standing at the counter for five minutes without being greeted. All of the employees seemed to be busy in the back fulfilling orders for the drive-thru. One employee even walked up to the front counter to check on a screen and completely ignored us. Before giving up and just walking out, I asked if we could get some help and the guy who had ignored us said in an impatient voice that they would help us as soon as they were finished. A different employee came up to help us and was very nice. Once we placed our order the food was ready for us very quickly. Overall, I am not sure I will ever be coming back to this location. Being busy is no excuse for completely ignoring customers. A quick«hello, we will be with you in a minute» would have made for a much better customer experience.

The service: i know its fast food but i thought the lady kathy who took my order was absolutely rude. She just sat there and looked at me like i was an idiot for some reason and all i did was order food. Also went to the bathroom and she was in there and walked right out without washing her hands. Kind of gross. The cleanliness: lets start with there was food everywhere and it looked nasty. I then went to go get a drink and there was a TRAINOFANTSWALKINGAROUNDTHATAREA, ITWASDISGUSTING!!! i dont know if i will be able to ever eat at KFC again…

I’ve gone to this place 3 times now and it’s the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. All 3 times I paid full price for a meal and when I got home the pieces of chicken were tiny. I mean tiny. Not even exaggerating — chicken wing size. I’ve never felt so ripped off. Also they have been very rude the first 2 times I went(i simply wanted extra honey sauce and was told rudely that they can’t give it to me because it’s expensive). The 3rd time was that I forgot about the tiny portions for full price… And was reminded. I go to Popeyes chicken now!

So we went today and ordered a 10 piece meal with grilled chicken. We were told they only had 5 pieces and the other 5 would take 20 minutes. We decided to take it anyway and walk around the area then come back. We got back ten minutes later and found we had to wait another 15 minutes. Fine. Whatever. 15 minutes into that, the manager came out and said«Are you going to order something or just sit.» At that point we explained to him that they had us wait 20 minutes. And guess what that asshole did next. .QUIZUSONWHATWEGOT! I’VEBEENINCUSTOMERSERVICEBEFOREANDIFMYMANAGERHADBEENTHATMUCHOF A DOUCHEWEWOULDNTHAVEMADEANYMONEY. Never going to this store again.

IT is KFC, what more do you need to say. Good for a fast meal but not the best for you. The quality is the same as any other I have gone to. Good prices and good service, but still fast food.

I love chicken. I already knew that chickens were killed by being hung upside down and beat but the fact I don’t think is humane is how major corporations put hormones in the chickens so they grow so large not being able to walk.

I love the BBQ wings. I grew up LOVING them haha. But I had just figured out that KFC beats the chickens. Yes, hangs them upside down and beats them. Which is cruel. I know that the chicken is going to die regardless, but why can’t you just kill it? instead of torturing it. After I had heard this, I could never return.
