I really enjoy this play. Probably the best Greek restaurant that I’ve been to so far. We got the euro sandwich and the chicken platter. The gyro sandwich is always good. Their tzatziki sauce is so flavorful. I’ve tried tzatziki at several other places but this one takes home the gold. Compliments the sandwich very well. The meat is quite derish as well. You can definitely taste lots of spices and herbs and it always comes out warm to hot. The pitabread(?) Is great too. Kinda thick but I haven’t been to a Greek restaurant where it wasn’t thick. The chicken platter is awesome. Great mix of everything. We got the it with the taboullie salad. Very good salad. I can eat it all day. Perfect amount dressing, great aroma from the greens/herbs. The rice… oh the rice… just get it… and get a lot of it. It’s good. The chicken was good for me. I wish it had a little more marinade. The hummus… I love their hummus! Perfect saltiness. The kicker for me… the beer. Sure… Lucille ipa is common but they serve it very cold and in the coldest glass. Great great great.

I’ve never eaten in the actual restaurant, I typically order take out, but the food is so amazing! The staff is very friendly every time I have gone in there and always make conversation with me while I’m paying and waiting for my food. I usually just order the gyro but it’s the best one I have ever had hands down.

I cannot wait to come back and eat here. Our meal was fantastic. The cook came out and offered suggestions and then came back out once we got our food to make sure we liked what we ordered. So sweet and attentive. He was wonderful! Wait staff was friendly and very attentive as well. We had amazing service. Food was tasty! I also bought a huge cinnamon roll thing(to go). It was yummy as well. A cross between a sticky bun and cinnamon roll. Come eat here, you won’t be disappointed. I had the chicken wings and chicken Shwarma(spelling) and it was sooooo flavorful. The hummus is on point and their dressing for the salad is sooo good. And the rice was tasty oh and the chicken was awesome.

Their gyros are good, but I prefer the gyro from the Greek place in the mall. This place does tend to have friendlier staff though.

I have tried the gyro meat philly cheesesteak(my favorite), the gyro sandwich(my other favorite) and the falafel sandwich(moms favorite). Everything is made fresh and tastes fresh. Friendly atmosphere and friendly owners. I highly recommend it. Very glad I don’t have to go far for some Mediterranean food. Thank you MGG!

Service is iffy, food is fantastic! I would recommend getting take out, unless you enjoy watching people order to go and get their food before you while you’re sitting at your table for 20 minutes without your food.

The food was great. We had the falafel plate and the salmon entrée. For apps we had the Greek salad and the Mediterranean pita bread. The salads were fresh and perfectly dressed. The mint lemonade was tasty and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had a place like this in Vegas and have been on the search since I moved to Washington. Well the search is over. Got some baklava to take home.

First off, this place is expensive. There’s a bunch of tvs and a wine cellar and stuff but you definitely pay for it. A chicken souvlaki plate is basically $ 15. Something that should be $ 9.99 at most. Food has always been really really good so I didn’t mind the price. However I went last night and the food was horrible. Yesterday I ordered a chicken souvlaki with tabouli and baba ghanouj. The rice was decent. The baba ghanouj tasted like hummus, way too much tahini and not enough garlic. The chicken was dry. And the tabouli needed more dressing. The food here is usually good but it tasted horrible last night, I’m not sure what happened. Also, it is really cold in there. I don’t know if they don’t turn on the heat but I was freezing and we actually moved tables because we were so cold. I was still cold after we moved tables. Bottom line is the food used to be really good there and yesterday it wasn’t and if I’m gonna spend $ 15 on just one meal for myself(while drinking only water) it better be freaking amazing every time. This place does use quality ingredients but i still think everything should be priced about 25% lower. Too expensive and inconsistent. Won’t be coming back again.

Delicious! I have been here 3 times and love it. Each time I have gotten the Philly cheese steak. It’s heaven! Be sure to ask for fries because not all the dishes come with sides. Jay(the owner) is so kind and welcoming! He comes out and talks with you and makes sure everything tastes good. Not bad wait time at all. Mmm mmm mmm!

I have been here three times now and every time I walk away telling myself, «I can’t wait to come back.» I do have to agree with a previous comment, that it seems the service suffers when the owner is not there. For those who are impatient, be warned the food does not come out quick. But that doesn’t bother me because I know when I get my food it will be excellent. I think this place has a slight identity problem. When you arrive you almost get the feeling that you are in a fast food lunch joint. If you have ever been to Chicago and have been to Niko’s, The Hub, or Nick’s Drive-in you’ll know what I’m taking about. But, you are not getting a gyro in a bag with fries. The challenge is that you get high-quality-well-presented Greek food in a small strip mall location. Bottom line — this place is first class when it comes to Greek food!

Oh yes what a lucky discovery! We had a couple beers with a FANTASTIC gyro plate lunch. The gyro was just wonderful, they put hummus, salad, rice and the most delicious pita ever! Now let me give you a heads up on this hummus(I make it myself at home) it is the best I have ever had. The HUMMUS is a must order. I can’t not wait to go back and explore more menu items!

This place is amazing for what it is. It’s a casual place where many do take out including myself. I love grabbing some food here to go after work on my way home. My usual is the gyro platter which has lamb, rice, salad, hummus & pita bread. I love their lamb with the white sauce, their rice is delicious! Like pilaf almost. Their salad is on point. I’ve tried their gyro and rice plate and loveeeed it. So glad this place is so close to my house!

Came here with my husband to try this place, usually I like going to a different gyro place. I’m glad we tried this place out. We ordered the Mansuf and gyro to share. The Mansuf had a lamb shank that just fell apart in a good way. The meat was tender and juicy. As for the gyro, it was as pleasurable as the Mansuf, a nice balance of the sauce and meat. The chef or owner was very nice and came by our table to check up on us. He told us the recipe for the lamb shank is over 300 years back in Syria. We also tried the Rose water which is an ingredient for another dessert. Maybe next time because we will be back. I’m glad we tried this place out!

My husband and I are big travelers for both work & fun. This place is as authentic as you can get in the area. The gyro meat and kabobs are simply the best. The food is very flavorful & the portion sizes are huge. We’ve eaten here about 4 times and the food is consistently great. We always get the combo platter & then try something new on the menu. The dining room is small and they only have one high chair, so on one occasion we had to wrangle a little 14 month old to stay in the booster seat which was not easy. The only other issue we had was that the service is not fast, so be sure to order some appetizers if you’ve got little ones or are really hungry. The food is certainly worth the wait, but toddlers don’t understand that concept! We do wish they’d toss in a couple of fries in their gyros & did not have lettuce w/the Greek salad… that’d make it 100% authentic, but in talking with owner understand they tried that customers(who hadn’t traveled to Greece) found it it’s a strange concept so they switched it up. Regardless, this is another hidden gem in Federal Way!

I really wanted to like this restaurant. We went on a Sunday night(March ’15) as a group of six who dined in. The food was good, but the service was inconsistent. We waited a long time for our food and were told this was due to the small kitchen. When it did start arriving it came out a couple plates at a time, followed by a 10 minute delay before the next delivery to the table. Some dishes ordered had to be asked for several times. At least one dish never arrived, but did show up on our check. When asked about removing the missing item, the staff on site were unable to correct it; they needed to wait for the owner to return to do it. In the end, the check still wasn’t correct and we were told it couldn’t be fixed. I may try it again. I hope next time for a positive experience.

I came across this Greek restaurant by luck only. Thank goodness! A great little establishment, I’ll be returning. A very casual restaurant, the food is worth a try. I was greeted quickly by the one server working who told me to sit wherever I wanted. She had one table and they were already eating. I would offer to the owners to train their staff with better etiquette. Other than that and waiting 5 minutes for her to materialize menu, she was friendly and checked on me often. She didn’t introduce herself, ask if I had been there before, etc. I ordered stuffed grape leaves and moussaka. I ended up stuffed on ¾ of the moussaka plate and took the grape leaves home, which I learned the hard way don’t remain fresh to the next day. The food was full of flavor. It was cooked almost to perfection, just too much oil. I didn’t order a beverage beyond water but noticed they have a refrigerated case of bottled teas and sodas. With only 6 – 7 tables, you may be waiting for a table on a busy night. I wouldn’t bring a group here for that reason. Also, with only one other table of 2 besides me waiting for food and it took 15 minutes to get to me, come by when you have time to spare. For the $ 22 check before tax, I would expect better ambiance. The large flatscreen televisions can go away to make it a better dining experience. Small private parking lot. Food: 4 Ambiance: 2 Service: 3 Parking: 3

Let me start my review by asking, Why in the world is every Greek restaurant I go to so slow? This one was no exception either. I could have cooked the food faster and for the time that they make you wait for it, your expectations are not met by the time the food finally arrives at your table.(Update as of 12.27.15) We just visited again and our order was delivered to our table very quickly. We were 100% impressed with the speed of which our food came out over our last experience. This is a little hole in the wall Greek joint located in an out of the way strip mall but I was in the mood for a gyro so we stopped in for a quick lunch. If you are in a crunch for time, this is not a quick place to go. The ambience of the restaurant is nice and welcoming. They have a great selection of wines to pair with your entrees as well as the local Seattle brewery Georgetown on tap as well as a nice assortment of bottled beers to choose from. The menu is large with many items to choose from. You can even get a Philly cheese steak sandwich if you like. I ordered the gyro sandwich and upgraded my fries to Greek fries which means they pour tzatziki sauce over them and shred a little feta cheese on top. They would have been splendid except that they were luke warm by the time I received them and the tzatziki sauce was ice cold. They could definitely take some measures to remedy that. My sandwich was good sized and well balanced with meat, lettuce, onions and sauce. The pita was delicious. My wife ordered the gyro place at the top of the spicy chart but there was no spice to be had. Black ground pepper is hotter than her food was. The taste of her food was good. The house salad dressing is amazing and she raved about the Greek rice. Her hummus was cold but tasted good. I’ve been to places that serve their hummus warm and we prefer that but I know most Greek places serve it cold. This place is probably the closest Greek restaurant to the new apartment that we are moving to so I suppose we will go back. We will definitely make sure that we have enough time to wait for our food next time and try something new from the menu. If I do, I’ll come back and update my review. Thanks for reading.
