The food is ALWAYS old, and soggy, with way too much oil. When it is fresh(From the Auburn Store) the food is GREAT! The staff at this location keep putting this woman at the drive thru that can not speak enough English to work a drive through in this area. Our conversation a few days ago: ME: Can I get a two entrée plate with Steamed white rice, Teryaki Chicken and Bejing Beef? HER: Ho many egg row? ME: No egg rolls, just the two entrée plate. HER: So you wan spring row? ME: No I do not need any spring rolls. HER: So you wan soy saw? ME: Never-mind, I will go elsewhere thank you.(Sound of screeching tires) Ya, this place has jokes or really poor management. Soggy brown old green beans or mushy bejing beef sound good? No? Go elsewhere!

Fresh hot crispy tasty chicken! Panda Express is always a hit or miss but this place is way better than all that I’ve been! I must of came at the perfect hour! Will be coming back!

Panda express isn’t so fast as the name suggests. However, when i have the jones for«Asian» food i stop in. The Inernational district way to far to drive for my Asian food. This is really a hit or miss situation. I walk around trying to determine the most recently cooked food. If you make the mistake of getting older food you will be sorry. This is my tip to you, Panda junkies who swear by this food.

Horrible service. If you want any food on your plate do NOT choose Karen to serve you. You will have barely any food. And worst of all the food was LUKEWARM. It appears they’re not following standard code rules for food Temps and switching food at appropriate times. Management must be telling the employees to be very CHEAP with portions. Need to file complaint, because that’s misleading about not being a normal chain restaurant.

I usually use the drive thru at night after I get off work. Haven’t ever had an issue here. The workers are prompt and courteous. I’m not sure what people really expect out of Chinese American fast food to give 1 star reviews. I get my food and the order is correct so I’m happy.

The messed up my order, I called the store to let them know, the manager decided to argue with me about my order and continued to say«no no no» and refusing to let me explain what my order was supposed to be. She was extremely rude! The food was poorly packed! Not worth my money for a place with terrible customer service.

When you are looking for cheap and fast Chinese, the Panda is there at your service. The fried rice may be old and/or thawed out, but it fills your gizzard. You can’t expect a fast food restaurant to be making quality fried rice. I haven’t been to a Panda Express in 20 years but stopped by tonight as I’m new in the neighborhood and have been craving Chinese for over a month.(It doesn’t exist in the greater Seattle area. You have to go to Richmond, BC, Canada for the closest Chinese restaurant that has great food and isn’t a dive. Unless you want dim sum, then go to Din Tai Fung in Bellevue or the UW district.) I ordered fried rice, Mongolian Beef and Cashew Shrimp. The shrimp was super sweet and not a nut in sight, but it did its job. The beef and broccoli was good. I was also super thirsty on thus 80° F day and ordered a large drink. Holy cow that was a big cup! Total was $ 11 even. A bit much for cheap fast food but cheaper and faster than driving to BC or buying all the ingredients to cook this at home. I admit, I was lazy in the heat. The employee that helped me was loud but friendly. Food: 3 Service: 3 Parking: 4 Ambiance: NA — Didn’t venture indoors

Food was overcooked and dry like it had been sitting out for a while. I think they got one of the orders wrong. The drive to the 320th location is worth it instead.

I have visited this restaurant with a cavernous and growling stomach only to have it filled by the food of another restaurant multiple times. By that I mean, they are out of foods. I long feared the day when I would have to leave a review with negative content. But the day has come.

The girl was sooo skimpy on the portions. Acted like it was coming out of her check lol. She literally gave me two pieces of beef and the rest just broccoli for the Broccoli beef I didn’t say anything because I decided I’ll just email them instead lol. And she got distracted asoon as a group of guys came in kept staring back at them. Like really girl… but yeah it was disappointing.

Worked at a fastfood place before and i can say that staff are amazing… and the previous manager was excellent. The changed up when i went to visit this panda express was visible… the staff is still great but not that cheerful anymore… you can tell that everyone was trying their best to help the customer i can see that the manager there his name is ZAID is just standing there not willing to help or even the common sense to help his associates.

Walked in at 4:50 to pick up a couple items for dinner and the 2 things I wanted were almost completely out. So I left without Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef. Two stars are for the friendly gal behind the counter and cleanliness.

My partner loves Panda Express. I stopped in while waiting for a friend and had some orange chicken, our favorite. The poor server was dealing with an older woman who simply had to try a sample of EVERYTHING in the display case and then comment on how spicy or not it was. The worker was quite flustered and sent apologetic looks my way as I was waiting for around 5 minutes before another worker came from out of the back to help. I can’t really blame Panda Express for this woman’s behavior, how many people ask for a sample of everything and critique each one? The orange chicken was just how we like it. They were in the middle of making new batches of everything so there wasn’t my other favorite item on display. They did have broccoli beef… which was pretty much just broccoli. Had they had the other worker paying attention, or a bell, or something along with more beef in broccoli beef, I would’ve rated them 5 stars.

This is a nightmare of all fast food chains. Total waste of money for crap food that has a 50⁄50 chance of making you sick. Figure it out for yourself, it sits out there for who knows how long before you eat it. And cashiers are mean, probably because they hate working there.

First of all, it’s Panda Express… for those of us who know our Asian cuisine, food from this chain will not satiate our palates. However, it’s convenient — fast, on the go Chinese food. That being said, I already knew what I was going to get as far as flavors/taste. The one star is for the service. Prices aren’t too shabby, sure… but the portions they give you is skimpy. Wait, that’s an understatement. And my, oh my… the Asian gal who was helping us was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I understand you may not like your job… but no need to take it out on me. You are better off going to Costco across the street and buying Chinese food from their frozen section. I think they have some pretty good microwavable yakisoba noodles at Costco.

We have eaten here twice, the first time they were skimpy in serving size. The second time, both my daughter and I got food poisoning. I won’t eat at this location again.

Worst Panda Express I have ever been to. Orange Chicken tasted stale like it was from yesterday. We came early when they opened assuming it would be fresh. No such luck. Terrible.

Being an Asian American, I hate to say this, but Panda Express is the best Chinese food in Federal Way. One may argue that it’s not even real Chinese food, but I would debate for them to try ALL Chinese restaurants in Federal Way! They’ll soon agree with me that if they want a Chinese food fix, it’s going to be Panda Express. Pretty much everything is good, so you can’t go wrong. Personally, I love the Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli. There’s a a survey on the back of the receipt for an extra entrée, so make sure to take advantage of that.
