China Buffet

Food was ok granted it’s a buffet so not expecting great. My problem was here I am at 2 pm and I go up to buffet and the employees are up there filling styro-​foam trays to I guess take home or on break but when a customer is in line I feel they should step away instead of yappin to eachother and holding up progress. I came here for quick meal which is why I was rushing. The selection was good you could tell the emphasis was on chicken which was fine by me. The rice was cold and soggy like I said it’s a buffet so expected. I would stop back by if hungry in this plaza again but would not go out of my way to go here

bad food, old, stale —- went at 3:28… lunch ended at 3:30 — only food they put out fresh till 5pm was shrimp — i went to get
4 pieces of shrimp and the lady came and took it off my plate and said only for dinner «paying customers» — the place is dirty and a joke! I think she put the shrimp back in the bin too

This location is alright, they selection of food was not the greatest and I think some of food was old and needed a refill. We thought we would try it because it was there, but most likely will not go back, sorry it just wasnt the greatest, the place was nice inside and clean and all just not a good selection of food.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The manager confirmed that it had been sitting for several hours when we complained some shrimp and beef dishes were cold. Her excuse was that the air was on and they were slow so it sat and got cold. Excuse me? The health dept needs to revoke them and shut them down. This is not safe food practice. To top it off she only have us 20% off. I’ll never go back.

It’s not bad, but its not great either, price isn’t bad but overall there are too many other choices to end up here. I really enjoy a good DIY Mongolian BBQ as it usually assures you that you get at least one good thing to eat since all buffets have good days and bad, but they really neglect this portion of their restaurant and have minimal stuff to choose from. Now that a new buffet opened in Manchester I can’t imagine ever ending back at this place.

Took my kid here for a quick dinner and I felt terrible afterwards. Not sick, but creeped out by the wait staff and the food was all gel’ed together under heat lamps. It’s the dining equivalent of eating someone’s pre-​chewed food at a Fenton Rummage sale. Never again.

It is definitely not the freshest, but it was edible… for the most part.
Service was extremely friendly. Is it possible they could have been too friendly? I guess not.
Food was that of your ‘run of the mill’ Americanized Chinese buffet. Nothing extravagant. They do offer sushi and hibachi options, which by looking at it, I wouldn’t recommend trying. I tried a couple of sushi rolls, and that was all I could handle.
As far as the buffet itself, they kept bringing out new food to replace the other finished items. Even though they brought out «fresh», to me, I’d say it looked like it was a few hours old.
In agreement with Sara L.‘s comment — This place is semi-​ghetto and hoosier. I probably was the smallest person in the joint… and trust me, I am not skinny.
No promises on how you’re going to feel after you eat here. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of the friendly service.

Staff was very rude from the beginning. Got my food to go. I ordered one meal which wasn’t even cooked the way they said it would be. I asked if it was fried and it wasn’t. Then I went to eat my soup and found a bug in it. Took the soup back to show them and they were even more rude. I could say more, but I’m just going to stop at that. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I bought a buffet «box» to go. Ugh! Although most things looked ok, they tasted horrible, like it had been sitting there all day or maybe even reheated from the day before. I did not care for a single thing I tasted.

This is exactly what you would think it would be – a semi-​ghetto, hoosier Chinese buffet.
That said, the food was decent and actually everything I had was tasty. But I can’t vouch for the cleanliness or anything. Plus, they have the usual random offerings like ice cream and chicken fingers… WTF?
