Let me start by saying, I love frozen yogurt. Anytime I get a sweet tooth, I think, I can really go for some froyo. I’ve been to so many different parlors, including hoopla in Poughkeepsie and 16 handles in Wappingers. For anyone thinking of trying this parlor, THINKOTHERWISE. Think about trying something more creative than the 5 flavors they carry here. You’d get better variety from the freezer of the diabetic grandma everyone has, that just can’t seem to stay away from the treats. There is literally no need to try this establishment. I mean, if you like spending a yogurt fortune and sitting in one of the 6 chairs they have, while the old man at the cashier grumpily watches you eat, then this your heaven. Oh and I forgot to mention the brownies at toppings section. What a gold mine. Burnt pieces of what I can only guess is TV dinner brownies?! Don’t mind if I don’t. Save yourself the money, the terrible selection and your time and think about going to any other parlor, EVER. Or just go to Walmart and pick up your run of the mill value brand ice cream. Even that’s better.

Delicious yogurt! Not sure why there aren’t more recent reviews but this place is amazing! The yogurt is fresh and a great assortment of flavors. So glad to have a frozen yogurt option right here in Fishkill.

Love this place. Have tried many of these frozen yogurt places but this is our favorite. The owner is usually there which I’m sure makes a difference. The place is always clean and everything fresh(like the nuts and other toppings). Just tasty. Give it a try!

Very pricey. One of the flavors was not frozen enough. Owner was very obnoxious and flirting wirh my friend the point of sexual harrasment. Total turn off. Will not go back there again.

I was really surprised how small this place is and how few the flavor selections were. Overall the taste is good and price is fine but more options would make it 5 star.

Pros: Really clean, fruit is always fresh, items always clean, 8 varieties of frozen yogurt/ice cream, orderly and stocked and attendants are always nice. Cons: A bit pricey(though these places tend to be), varieties of yogurt/ice cream do not change.

More and more frequently over the past 12 months, my wife and I have gotten frozen yogurt for dessert. I have always loved soft ice cream, mainly frozen custard, but frozen custard is hard to find and soft serve ice cream isn’t the same as it was when I was younger. I’m not 21 anymore(that number was last seen quite a while ago) and need to be a little better with dessert choices. Having witnessed Fishkill evolve over the years, I was happy to finally see a replacement for the old ice cream stand at that location(King Kone, if I recall). We live half way between the Cold Spring & Fishkill locations, so we can easily drive to both. But, the Fishkill store is the one we get to most. When you first walk in, you notice that the store is well kept and clean. I read some other reviews and I disagree, they layout is just fine. Music is played, not too loud, in the background and the seating is comfortable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I think the number of flavors offered is just okay, as I’d rather not spend my time choosing or sampling. Toppings offered are comparable to other vendors I’ve been to. And as with all those other places, I just wish customers were offered a complementary, measured amount of toppings, free of course:-) My servings can get pretty pricey. All in all, I really like Frozenberry of Fishkill a great deal! We will continue to help support their business!

I took my kids there because it looked like a cozy spot to grab some ice cream. It looks nice on the outside and that’s the only good thing I can say about it. The inside is set up very strange, and uninviting. You self serve your ice cream. Only chocolate or vanilla, & there are 2 choices of frozen yogurt. Then you may add toppings as you please. When you go to pay they weigh your ice cream and charge you $ 8 for 2 scoops of ice cream with a few sprinkles. No thank you. Would never return to this strange place again.

After wiping out my wallet at Red Mango in White Plains all year at school, I was excited to see that a frozen yogurt establishment was coming to a city near my hometown. However, this self-serve spot was quite unsatisfactory. The set-up is awkward and the flavors are either bland or bitter. I did find the blueberry yogurt to be manageable, and filled it with toppings– which are very limited as well. You pay by the ounce, and it was a pretty reasonable price — about $ 4 for a good sized cup. I will probably go back one more time to see if they have made any advances or adjustments to the flavors. If not, then I’ll wait until August to experience good frozen yogurt again.

Unbelievably expensive, prices are by weight with only one size cup that doesn’t give you any indication of how much you’ve filled up. Frozen yogurt wasn’t that great. We won’t be going back

Pretty lame and overpriced. The old King Kone was great, this place is nothing like the original. As others have said, they only have soft self-serve, and not a great variety, either. The toppings are ok, but again, not a very wide range for an ice cream shop. They charge you for the weight so it can get a little costly if you’re not watching yourself. The actual ice cream was not impressive either, especially at the price. While it is spacious and includes a few tables outside for warm weather ice cream munching, it seems a little lifeless. The real thing that killed me was the tip jar on the counter– FORWHAT??? It’s self serve, I did all the work!
