Chili’s

What can I say was here again and had to come here to eat .last time is here we ate here it was excellent food it was excellent. again this time I had their i Alada burrito New York cheesecake guacamole and chip.
I hate so much my stomach hurt how do you walk over to target and get my grandson a pair shoes and walk some of the food off yeah it was that good. All of us liked what we ordered it was good.

Pulled into Flagstaff late after a long drive and just wanted to get a quick meal. I sat in the bar to watch the basketball game. The service was exceptional as they have quite a decent selection of beer on tap. I ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa while I perused the menu and it arrived quickly. When I decided what I wanted, I would be making a few changes to an item on the menu and the wait staff took the order without hesitation. My dinner arrived without mistake and I left within the hour. No complaints from this gal.

–looking for a predictable experience after a not so great local restaurant dinner. Got it.

Some interesting tech on the table, allowing joining their loyalty club, paying the bill, and some other functions.

Never can go wrong with the 2 for $ 20! The steak, bacon burger, quesadillas are all my favorite. Oh and their skillet mashed potatoes !

A great place for a good meal. The service is average and the food quality is good. The only negative is how full and busy they get. Definitely call ahead or check in online.

Never had a bad experience. Wish the potato skins will still on the menu though. You can never go wrong with the 2 for $ 20 when you’re dining with another person. Last time we went, our waiter Conor was a riot. Had us laughing the whole time.

Worst Chilis food I’ve ever had! Usually I love chilis and their burgers. This time on 2÷7÷16 my burger and fries were dry and cold. The appetizer bone-​in bbq wings were disgusting with fat everywhere on them. And smelt funny. yuck.

Worst dining experience of my life. Aye here on 1÷23÷16 around 10:30 pm, was greeted with cold unappetizing food that legitimately was awful. Server was nice enough but check took a while to come out. Would not recommend– go downtown and have a good mea at a brewery type place for the same price.

My last review was good, but not tonight. Kaitlyn never bothered to come back and check on us after our food was delivered, so after waiting and waiting we decided to eat the over cooked chicken and just get the heck out of there.
I brought this to the attention of the manager on my way out and all she could say was «well hopefully you have a better experience on your next visit.» Seriously? That’s your response? Headshake.

The lunch BLT was served on a pretzel roll w/​fries and also came with a bowl of hearty chili topped with cheese and two cracker packages ($ 6). Service was attentive. You can sign up for their rewards program, order drink refills, browse the menu, and play games ($ 0.99) on the table-​top Ziosk unit.

Why can’t you get my order right? It’s not busy tonight. My order is 3 things so why do you forget 1 of the items. It’s not hard but you do it every time. Not impressed. Not the first time I go away wanting more.

Very busy, graduation day at NAU. Adequate parking. Prompt seating for 10 people. Good waitstaff. Prompt drink refills and same for salsa and chips. The chicken in the sandwich would pass for a level II ballistic vest, but the tomato was surprisingly good. The French fries were the standard variety… best when eaten hot .The salsa had flavor and mobility. It ran off the chips leaving a thin transient coating with much of the flavor remaining. The spinach queso was nicely done and tasty. The watermelon and strawberry lemonades were a pleasing drink.
Overall there was mostly good in both service and food.
The cats will love the chicken.

My boyfriend and I eat at Chili’s all the time. With a college schedule and minimum wage jobs, Chili’s provides the perfect date night meal with their 2-​for-​20 meal deals. We usually get the same thing, both ordering either burgers or the Cajun pasta with the chips and salsa or Texas cheese fries. We always, ALWAYS, have amazing service and amazing food. The atmosphere is pleasant and we can always catch an interesting game on the TV’s.
Recently, we ordered our usual chips and salsa and a little splurge with getting their delicious skillet queso and the Cajun chicken pasta. However, when our pasta came, both him and I noticed the texture of the noodles to be rubbery and dry. We’ve never had a problem before so we reported it to our waiter who took it away right away with apologies and a smile, saying he would quickly bring it back better.
The next thing we know, the manager comes out apologizing to us and asking what exactly the problem was, as to not repeat it or to give it to any other customers. After she left, the waiter returned with our bill and told us that our queso had been removed from the bill and that they tested the noodles and the batch did seem somewhat under-​cooked and apologized repeatedly. We both thanked him repeatedly and left a hefty tip and a note thanking the staff once again.
This restaurant has never dissapointed me. Ive been to Chilis with awful service but this one has never let us down. Ive worked for 4 restaurants and have been a manager. I know that sometimes, especially in a lunch rush, things can slip through the cracks. I appreciate the effort by this staff so incredibly much because dining is an experience, its more than the food. its the atmosphere. 5 stars for fixing your mistake and not punishing us for it! Love this chilis and the staff. Will always recommend!!!

Chili’s is dependable in its simplicity… Arguably, nothing exciting has come out of this franchise chain since their catchy «I want my baby back baby back baby back…» jingle, immortalized as a part of pop culture by the likes of Austin Powers movies, etc.
And yet, this Chili’s sort of stood out to me. On our recent trip to northern Arizona, my young family and I were looking for a place that would be kid friendly, but not annoying like Chuck E. Cheese, or poisonous like McDonald’s. Like Trusty’s proverbial grandpappy, Old Reliable from Lady and the Tramp, Chili’s glowed bright against the horizon, a beacon of hope on our journey for food before the roads froze.
What made this particular location stand out was the service. It’s not always easy to go into a restaurant with three children under six years old. My kids are pretty well behaved, but still, other guests sometimes rush to judgment at the mere seating of us within three tables of them. Likewise, I’ve seen servers arguing over who will get stuck at our table. The jokes on them, because I always tip big when we bring our kids out to dinner, and bigger when people go above and beyond.
Our server gave us the little extras like refills on soup at no charge because the kids slurped ours down, extra napkins and kids drink refills without being asked, and «accidentally» making a small dessert, bringing it to the table… And then leaving it, «because they’ll just throw it away in the back anyway… You might as well enjoy it with your kids.»
This is the kind of above and beyond service that, sadly, often leads to servers moving on from restaurants like this, and going to places where sides are ordered separately to the tune of $ 25 apiece. But sufficient for a day is its own evil, and we were very happy with our experience.

Been here with large groups and had a good time. It was very safe for vegetarians, which is always great.
The service was fantastic and we had a great night. I recommend for a quick meal on Milton.

We spent a Thursday football night here, and really enjoyed ourselves. We claimed two seats at the bar, the bartender was a nice kid, yes, we are a little older (50s), but he was right on top of our needs. I had a small sirloin, really tender for Medium, and the wife a chicken salad, we were both pleased with our choices.
They do a nice job here, and even allowed a few older ahem folks in.

Sat in the bar and enjoyed happy hour beer and margarita. Draft beer selection was limited. House margarita was very good. We had the Margarita Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl and the Classic Sirloin. Both were excellent!

Went in not expecting much. I’ve been to «Chili’s» before in Hawaii, quite a few times. We were VERY lucky to have Loren as a server! She is one the most honestly heart warming people you will meet! She made what I expected to be just a meal near the hotel on vacation, to a high point of the trip to Arizona. I will also add, the country fried steak was spectacular!

Not their best night.
I am visiting friends in town and we decided to go to Chili’s.
In a nut shell the service was not to their usual high standards and our waitress was over committed or very forgetful. It took 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive and refills did not occur without flagging a different staff person down. The meals were not correct.
In their defense, it was the night before Thanks giving and so I am sure the management must have had issues staffing tonight and it was evident. I really would have given them a no star but I think I should give them grace on the day before Thanksgiving.

I never expected to be writing a review for any Chile’s in any state in our great union. This is the kind of chain I never go to. Oh, years ago, when I first discovered it in Florida, I thought it was the cat’s meow. But then I grew up, my taste buds got more refined, and a looked in disdain at the name and the people who would patronize it. If anyone had told me I’d be giving this place five stars, I would have thought they’d had a psychological breakdown.
But here we were in Flagstaff, on our way to Sedona. It was raining and cold. It was late-​ish. The first place we tried to go to had just closed. We wanted to take a break, eat some dinner, and be on our way. So we decided to «slum» and stop at Chili’s. What a revelation!
We decided to go with the 2 for $ 20 special, and started with the Guacamole and Chips. Stupendous! The chips were light, crisp, and not overly salted. The guacamole was a huge portion, bigger than what you’d pay $ 10 or more at a high-​end restaurant. And it was better! It tasted freshly made, with big chunks of avocado, tomato, and onion, and well-​spiced.
I had Margarita Chicken, and it was very, very good. There were two pieces of chicken, and after all that guacamole, I couldn’t finish it. Hubby ordered Cajun Pasta with chicken, but he didn’t want the Alfredo sauce it came with. No problem — the waiter cheerfully said he could get it with marinara sauce.
Despite the fact that we weren’t drinking anything except water, and our bill was going to be relatively small, our server, Chris S., was attentive, helpful, and just downright nice. We were on our way to stay at a timeshare resort, so we knew we’d have a fridge. Chris brought the box for our chicken, and offered to pack up the chips and salsa (which was also very good) too. We should have gotten an order of guacamole to go, but thought of it too late!
I’m hoping that the Flagstaff Chili’s isn’t an aberration, and I’ll be trying it out in a couple of different states soon to see if they know something in Flagstaff that the rest of Chili’s doesn’t know. I hope not!
