Kim is by far the hardest person to get in touch with. They agreed to waive a late fee for HOA because I didn”t get original bill. When she sends a new one she still had the late fees on the bill. Even though we agreed I wouldn’t have to pay the fee. Sad that Miramonte picked this group to manage Presidio in the Pines.

Mike at Sterling Real Estate Management is an honest person you can trust. I am living away from Flagstaff and was looking for a property manager for my place in Flag. Mike went out of his way to communicate with me and answer all of my questions. He offers a good service for a fair price. In the end, I ended up not needing his services right away and Mike was the one who recommended a better option for my circumstances even though it meant not getting my business right away. That says a lot to me about what kind of business Mike is running. I can assure you that when the time comes, Sterling Real Estate Management will be my choice. Thanks again Mike, I really appreciate the honesty and the service.
