Had to at least give it 1 star. Somehow my previous review was deleted. So I will repost and contact Unilocal to find out how this happened. But I would never return to this restaurant. They charge for condiments. This was not the fault of the waitress, but when I requested whipped cream for my sons pancakes the server came back and said the OWNER said there is a charge for whipped cream in lieu of syrup. At this point I have no choice but to accept the additional fee so we can continue on with our meal. But the small squirt squirt of whipped cream was ridiculous since I was already paying extra for it. So we requested more. So the OWNER charged us a 2^nd time.
NEVER have I been charged for condiments until I visited Leo’s Coney Island in Flat Rock.

I have been here multiple times and the food was excellent. The breakfast was done right and the salads are quite large for a small. The service was almost too good. Right now they are quickly becoming the best coney in the area. Looks like there’s a new sheriff in town olympic.

Thank god Leo’s opened on our side of town now, we always dined at a Leo’s by our old house it was our go to coney joint … Went in to pick up our carry out for first time in this location service was very apologetic for making us wait an extra 5 minutes for our food, but upon getting it home it was well worth the wait we ordered chopped steak with extra mushroom and mashed potatoes, upon opening up carry out container it was loaded with fresh mushrooms and onion (+1) it had a side of veggies which were never mentioned when ordered (+2) the salad that came with it was delicious for a side salad, Mac n cheese ordered for kids was homemade and delicious and a huge portion compared to any other places, my kids loved it … On to dessert we got the rice pudding, it was a touch watery but had the best flavor of any rice pudding I’ve had in a long time. I am back to making Leo’s my go to coney place. Love my little community and sorry Zorbas Leo’s has stolen my heart back
