Sloooooow drive thru. 15 minutes for a burrito. Not stopping here again .
Instead of having cars pull to the side, they make the whole line wait.

Worst run McDonalds I’ve ever been to. One person at the register with a line out the door and drive thru line to the street rediculous.

Every single time I go to this location I have to drive around the drive thru multiple times. My last experience ended it for me. I went through, ordered a simple SIMPLE order. 3 mcdoubles, one with no onions and also 2 mcchickens, one with no lettuce and a buffalo ranch mcchicken with a side of fries. First time around, I got 3 regular mcdoubles, 3 regular mcchickens and some cold, soggy fries. Went around, told the manager who was ringing in the orders that the sandwiches were messed up and that the fries were disgusting and he told me to pull up and I waited 6 minutes for fresh everything. When I got my order, pulled up and checked everything and I got 3 regular mcchickens AGAIN. So I parked, my fiancé walked up to the window while another car was being handed their food and told them it was wrong still. The lady took the sandwich and asked him what he needed and he told her a BUFFALO RANCH MCCHICKEN. He waited for what he thought was going to be the correct sandwhich then walked back to the car. Opens it, and guess what, IT WAS A REGULAR MCCHICKEN AGAIN. How many times does one have to make a sandwich to get it right? And to top it off, I go around to get my money back and the manager took the food then gave me my change. I am a former employee of Wendy’s and ANY time an order was messed up, the customer got theie choice of keeping the food and recieving a refund, or keeping the food and receiving a credit for a later date of the same meal they had ordered. So either way, the customer gets what they want AND what they didn’t want in return of the mixup. I was actually quite surprised because it is the same way any where else I have ever eaten. Even other McDonalds! The manager was extremely rude and did not apologize one time for what had happened. I do NOT recommend any person to eat here. Especially if they decide to go through the drive thru… Unless you want to risk burning a quarter tank of gas just to MAYBE get the right order eventually. I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to eat here.
