Hi KUNGFUTEA ! I have been to this location a few times before. I usually get the same thing, it’s very refreshing . The cold coconut milk Green Tea. sometimes with or without the round bubble things. Sometimes the line is very long at this small booth and you have to wait, but the staff prepares your tea really quick and then Shaker machines & vacuum melt the COVER on the top of your Tea container, so it doesn’t spill… GREATIDEA. (The Bubble things are cool .they never get stuck in the big straw). THECOOL coconut flavor of the TEA …PAIRSPERFECTLY with THE. HOTMALATANG(at the booth across the way). Downstairs HIDDEN New World FOODCOURT . THEFACT that THISTEAPLACE is located Downstairs and Hidden makes it even more cool! JIM D.

I asked for less ice and they added so much tea not enough sweets it tasted so bad. I asked them to add more milk or sugar in my drink. The girl that made my drink gave me an attitude. I don’t go to this location anymore. I go to the one on Kissena blvd or Queens Crossing now.

This location is alright, I feel like they don’t really listen… or understand what your ordering. A lot of times they ask you to repeat yourself and still get it wrong. It maybe a language barrier or lack of effort but it sure is frustrating to have to repeat and correct the order more then twice. Also they will have quite a few people behind the counter and still manage to take over 7min to make one drink

Their attitude is like they are the only bubble tea store in the world and you have to beg them to sell you one cup of bubble tea. Never return to this place

Great place for Mango Slush, I always come to this place for it. The Mango Slush are made with right concentration of mango condiments and ice. Worth ordering it!

Oh the tried and true Kung Fu Tea. This particular one is situated in the basement food court of the New World Mall. Offering the same milk tea, yogurt, slush options as its counterparts on Kissena Blvd and in Queens Crossing. With decent prices ranging from $ 3.25-$ 5.00, Kung Fu Tea offers more options then its neighbor Gong Cha. As with everywhere else in Flushing, cash only.

Really loved a hot oolong milk tea. Superior froth made for a rich tasty beverage that didn’t need sugar.

I went to the one in new world mall because the one in kissena was a bit farther, and i rarely go to Kung Fu here. I ordered but with people talking and everything, you have to raise your voice and i have a soft voice and he kept on saying«HUH?». I ordered the black tea with pearls. When I got my drink, I asked for a bag and another co worker did it for me but he placed it on the table in such a rude manner and went back to talk. When I got on the bus, it was the wrong order, it was just regular milk tea. Maybe it was a bad time for me to go there, I dont know.

1 star for my love of passion fruit green tea but that’s it! The customer service at KFT in new world mall is horrible. They leave your drink to sit in the machine for a while before handing them over to you. By the way there’s a rude girl who said«Next!» And when I said what I wanted to order she clearly didn’t pay attention because she was busy taking to her coworker. Don’t say next when you’re not ready and not going to pay attention! When I told her what I wanted slowly so she understood she gives me attitude and her make coworker was backing her up by giving me attitude. Thanks douche bags!!!

Probably my favorite chain place to get bubble tea. The bubble tea has good amount of froth and the pearls have perfect texture and slightly sweet. I only get the normal flavor here, so I cannot say about the flavored drinks or other drinks here.

One of my favorite bubble tea places. Honestly I got really addicted to this place but thank god Im over it haha. This place showed pop out of nowhere in Flushing one day and when I tried it, boom… I kept coming back. Now, I see it everywhere. They expanded all over Queens and Manhattan. First off, my favorites are the ice green milk tea and black milk tea with bubbles. The white gourd with jelly, the frozen selections(green tea, coffee frap, ect). What I love about this place is that you can adjust the sugar content. They give you options from no sugar to 25% sugar to the higest content. I like that idea. They also have a lot of hot speciality drink options. The green milk tea hot selection is amazing on a cold winter. I actually crave this in cold weather AND they have a large selection of add ons to choose from. Sometimes the lines are usually long but for me its worth it because its one of the best bubble teas around.

I like all the sugar options– less or more… In the food mall one of two bubble tea places, quick service, fairly priced and lots of options!

Food ====== $ 3.25 Golden Oolong Milk Tea Yes, the deliciousness of that black/green earthy tea flavor, lurvely. My deprivation of cheap and good milk tea in Virginia may be affecting my snobbish judgment. Décor ======= Food court, everyone shares the décor Service ====== Guy was totally counting down his register, but let me buy a drink anyways. Thank you, sir! Extra! ====== — Minimum. $ 10 charge for something for credit

This was my first time at any Kung Fu Tea and had no idea what I wanted to try. I ordered the Passionfruit Green Tea w/Grass Jelly and fell in love. The tea was sweet just like I love my regular hot or iced tea. I also enjoyed the grass jelly that it came with at a reasonable price. The lines were long but the wait was short. Now that I am fan, of course it seems like I see them all over now. :-)

A franchise is a franchise, so taste wise it’s good like any other. However the service is plain horrible. This is the second time they made a mistake. I ordered 3 large grapefruit green tea with lychee jelly, paid, got the reciept and rushed to the bathroom because I needed to. When I came back, I realized I got 3 passionfruit green tea. I told them I ordered grapefruit but the reciept showed passionfruit. It was my fault for not looking at the reciept but if they really cared, they would of offered to make me the correct order. Passionfruit green tea is commonly ordered by customers anyway so KFT isn’t losing any money. Of course they didn’t agree to and that chubby dude looked at me like«now move on. What else do you want?». When KFT at bay parkway, brooklyn made a mistake, they offered to make me my new drink and apologized without me even asking. Now that’s great customer service. Oh and when I got home, I realized one of them didn’t even have jelly in it. Seriously? These workers here are always talking while working as well as if their saliva won’t go into our drinks. Why can’t they hire ppl who are bilingual because apparently passionfruit and grapefruit sounds the same to them. There are so many ABCs, Koreans, and even non asians coming here all the time. Will I be back? Probably not. Will it affect their business? No. Do I hope these workers get fired? Hell yeah.

I normally judge places like this based on their milk tea, as it’s the only constant I have across, well, milk tea shops. My friend, however, is not a fan of milk teas, being lactose intolerant, so we ended up getting a passion fruit green tea. Not bad, and not suffering from the usual overly sweet problem that most passion fruit teas have, but a bit lacking in the actual tea flavor, and served with all too much ice by default(if you took the ice out, I’d say only 1⁄3 of the cup actually contained any tea). ***Accessibility Info*** Venue — On the basement food court level of the New World Mall, which is quite spacious, with plenty of accessible seating. Bathroom — The mall has a ton of bathrooms, all(most?) of which had handicap stalls.

This is located in a corner of the New World Mall food court. I tried the passionfruit slushy, which was sweet, cold, and very yellow. I hope they don’t put artificial food coloring in it. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t made with real passionfruit, but the drink still tasted good. I would like to try the herbal jelly one day. But not the milk tea(it looks like it has far more creamer than tea in it).

The cheapest boba drink that tastes still good too! Located in a mall on the basement floor, it is only $ 2.25 for a regular sized milk tea with boba! It comes out in a jiffy and their boba is made aye okay here! I got grass jelly with the boba as well! Make it iced and it’ll surely be refreshing for the hot humid day!

Sorry to be a grumpy hater, but I don’t understand the hype. I ordered a standard Kung Fu bubble milk tea with tapioca, half sweet. After a five minute wait and after a hoarde of teeneagers left, I received my tea — and it just tasted like sugar. The tea flavor was just overpowered, even though I ordered the tea half sweetened. I deduced that it was the tapioca balls that must have been soaked in syrup — they ended up outdoing the half-sweet and just stealing the flavor show. If I must have bubble tea, perhaps I’ll try here again — if there is no line that is.
