Subway

I just took a bite of my breakfast ham egg and cheese, it tastes OK and it could taste better if the store didn’t cheap me out by only allowing me to add 2 toppings. I have to buy the steak egg and cheese to get 3 toppings. I used to work for a Subway branch and I eat subway everywhere and I always get 5 or 6 different toppings. This guy wants to make up his own rules, I wonder if I should report him to the franchise. This is Chinese owned and give us Chinese a bad name for being cheap. I asked him how come and I explained I eat subway everywhere and he said oh other places have more competition. Yeah you are right and this why your shop is always half empty.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I asked my server for an Turkey Italiano sandwich and he pretty put whatever he desired on my sandwich. When asked if he could start the sandwich over because that’s not what is advertised nor supposed to be on the sandwich, he then replied that it is policy to put whatever he wants on the sandwich and it doesn’t have to look like it’s advertised.
I called a 1800 number to complain about the situation, which then they had the employee who served me actually call me back and he then replied that that’s not how it happened and basically called me a liar.
Clearly never going back to this location ever again.

This place is located near the Flushing Hospital. The food here taste like any other Subway location. The place looks clean & decent to sit & eat. The customer service, well, let say it’s not great but it’s not that bad. It really depends on who works there on that day. From our own personal experience, most of the time the customer service is below average. The staff needs to learn on how smile a little. They look like as if they don’t want to be there. Their speaking tone sometimes can be somewhat rude when you asked them a question.
Overall, this Subway is decent. The food quality is good, the place is clean, just somewhat below average customer service.

This Subway has extremely poor service. The asian lady who usually works behind the counter is incredibly rude. I don’t even write reviews for places, but the service here has actually inspired me to make a Unilocal and write a review for this place because that is how bad it is here.
The lady with the tattoos behind the counter acts as if it pains her to hear your order. She will rush through your order and interrupt you constantly and with great zeal so that she can return to her seat behind the counter so she can watch her TV show on her phone. Yes I know lady, you got a huge phone with a huge screen, but can you try to stop rushing me in the middle of my order. I actually despise this place. I still can’t believe I made a Unilocal just to warn everyone else how bad it is. I actually love eating Subway, but I vow to never eat there again so that this place runs out of business and the workers there lose their jobs. It’s not just the asian lady there.
