This is a great panera with typical great panera staples. Not sure why it has bad reviews. We have always had a pleasant experience.

My wife and I went into this Panera for breakfast and they took forever. I waited almost 20 minutes for our to go hot chocolate before walking out the door without it. Don’t go here if you are on any type of schedule. This place isn’t very good for customer service but my breakfast sandwich was pretty good, that’s why I gave it 2 stars.

The manager here was very unprofessional. I have never returned. I love Panera but I wish they invested in training their staff more and timeliness.

Just had a turkey Avocado blt. Their avocado was in huge chunks so every time I bit into my sandwich they fell out. Shouldn’t it be sliced instead of diced for a sandwich? Idk. I’ll have to request that next time if that’s how they do it.

The service at this particular Panera is not on par with other locations I’ve been too. I still keep coming here and every time I say I’m not going back but this time I was so grossed out by the condition and service I really won’t be back. First of all, they are so slow even if I’m the only person in line it still takes forever. I don’t get it. Secondly, the person taking my order kept grabbing her pants and pulling them up with her gloves on and then with the same gloves reaching out and grabbing my pastries and putting them into the bag. So gross. I almost said something but I was so mad I was afraid I would be to harsh. Instead I threw my food in the trash as soon as I walked out. Lastly the tables are always covered in crumbs. For goodness sakes, clean the tables and brush up on your food handling! Hope they can turn it around but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The staffs are nice, but this place is super dirty. The tables are uncleaned. The floor is filthy. I just wanted to hurry up and eat so I can get out of there.

I have been to this location several times and I would actually give it a higher 4 star if parking here wasn’t such a pain in the butt. If you want to just swing in and just grab lunch it’s almost impossible to park by any restaurant. I know that’s not there fault but… anyway I like Panera’s variety and seasonal selections. I went after their kale and ancient grains salad it was just ok but the dressing was super sweet. Overall nice light choice for lunch and reasonable.

The first time I had Panera Bread, the sandwich was soggy. The second time, no problems. The third took half of my thirty minute lunch break to get my meal only to find the bread is drier than it should be. The sandwich fillings are great and the customer service is nice, but I probably won’t be going back when there are better places nearby.

My favorite panera bread!!! This location has the best staff out of all the other panera breads! I love next to a panera off of Zinfandel and I still drive to Folsom to eat at this one because I love the staff! The manager is super welcoming and I have gotten to know almost all the staff and they Greta me by name. I love going in here and eating it’s always clean and super efficient! Plus I like the seating options, inside, outside you name it they got it! Booths, heck yes! Tables, why not? And they have wifi so you can chill and watch Netflix like I do!

This is my favorite place to buy bread. It’s the best! Lately I’ve been searching for a good place to get deli sandwiches when I’m on the run and need a quick dinner option. I love La Bou, but they close in the afternoon. And I’ve tried all the typical places in Folsom and still haven’t found what I’m looking for. Panera is open late, so I decide to try their sandwiches. I tried the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich on Tomato Basil bread and a bag of potato chips. Overall, it was very good. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh & crisp. The turkey & swiss were delicious. The bread was good too, but I will probably choose rye bread(my favorite) next time. Only one complaint… for some reason the bacon didn’t look anything like the picture of the sandwich on their website. I expected the bacon to be crispy and at the top of the sandwich. It was actually at the bottom of the sandwich and soggy. I plan to go back this week to try another sandwich with bacon to see if I can get crispy bacon. I really like Panera’s Panini & Sandwich menu. I’m looking forward to trying more of their options.

I’m a student and this is my go-to for lunch and studying. My study partner and I usually end up eating breakfast and lunch here 2 – 3 times a week. My study partner and I would discuss how poor the customer service was on a daily basis. There used to be a rude blonde girl at the register in the mornings. She always sighed and acted like we were inconveniencing her when ordering. Over studying there for 2 years we never once saw her smile. There also used to be a large, rude woman that I believe was the manager. She was awful to her staff, and extremely loud. It was almost as if she wanted all the customers hear her scold an employee. We always knew which employee was late, who dropped something, and who called in. She was ridiculously loud! I was there previously during the end of the spring semester in May. Fast forward to my visit yesterday and today: There seems to be new management. There are quite a few new faces, and some no longer there. We are greeted with a smile, a «thank you», and a «have a nice day.» It is a HUGE difference! They are quick to replace toilet paper, fix the bathroom door, and get orders out. My study buddy ordered noodles for lunch and they were out. The manager came out, apologized, and paid for her meal! It is quite a turn around, and we really enjoy studying here now. They did forget my pastry in a pick up meal last week. They offered to give me a free pastry, but I didn’t realize until later it was simply the one they forgot to add to my order. So much for a «free» pastry right? Either way, a much better place to eat now.

2015 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 099⁄100 Stopped by for a quick bite to eat with friends and this was our average Panera Bread visit. Customer service was lame. Cashier refused to speak up, no one was particularly friendly, and you pick up your own food when it’s ready. Prices just don’t match the experience. I got a cup of chicken noodle soup for nearly $ 5.00, friend’s salad was overpriced too. Not my favorite place to go for lunch, but they have nice salads and soups.

It’s 2:45pm on Saturday June 13, 2015 and what inappropriate conversation by the cook! A conversation with profanity and children present to hear. We are sitting here ourselves eating and we are forced to eat and listen to their non-sense!!! Employees here are rude and stoned and manager is present and is ignoring the obvious. NEVEREATHERE

Horrible service. Asked a busser for silverware and he seemed annoyed about it as he sent me on a wild goose chase to find it in places it didn’t exist. Finally a manager stepped in and asked a cook behind the counter for silverware. To my disbelief he also was rude as he rationed out silverware to the manager for me. The reason I asked for silverware is because my knife had dirty fingerprints on it. I didn’t mentioned it at the time because I didn’t want to embarrass anyone. Pic attached. Later we could here that same cook swearing behind the the counter and talking about«Brothers can’t get ahead because they’re too busy worrying about what the next brother has». I never eat here again. As a corporate chef it takes a lot for me to say this. I’ll never eat here again.

This is my favorite panera bread location. Great food and service. I get the same thing almost every time. I enjoy the seasonal cookies and I’m not ashamed to buy them even if they are shaped like pink tulips. Their hazelnut coffee is outstanding.

If I could have a Panera Bread closer to where I lived, I would eat there every single day, without question. Their Asiago bagels with vegetable cream, or chive and onion, cheese are absolutely divine. They are the perfect size and blend of flavors. As far as the lunch menu — It is PHENOMENAL. If you think you have had a good sandwich, you haven’t really until you’ve tried their Mediterranean veggie sandwich! They have a variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads and there is nothing on the menu you could go wrong with. The only thing I wish they would improve on is their coffee. They are very much lacking in the caffeine department. This location in particular has a really friendly staff and I have never had a bad experience. PS. TRYTHEIRTOFFEENUTCOOKIES

I love PANERA bread, but I’m only going to give this location 3 stars. I has nothing to do with the food. It is always delicious and exactly what I want. The staff is also very kind. I guess, for me, it’s always to crowded and I dislike how every time I dine in they are vacuuming. I understand that there is a need to keep the floors clean and tidy but maybe get a quieter vacuum? Or maybe I’m just a bitch? Lol I’m not really sure. For now, I’ll suck it up and keep drowning myself in the best Mac n cheese EVER, on this planet.

I’ll keep this short. I am a huge Panera Bread fan. My recent trip to this Panera Bread was unpleasant because of the actions of one of the staff. The Pros: My husband and I got two breakfast sandwiches, both of which were hot and tasty. The wait was short, and the booth we sat at was clean. The Cons: One big issue here — the way the«higher-up staff»(not sure of the person’s title) was talking to another staff person. The«higher-up» person who was being disrespectful was a middle aged woman with brown hair and glasses. I don’t know her name. One of the staff people, a young man, went to the soda machine by us to fill up a cup. We heard someone loudly exclaim from somewhere behind the prep counter, «What time is it?!» He said, «10:27». She said, «And what time do you start?!» He said, «10:30». She said, «Do you think you have time for that?!» She was loud enough that we stopped talking and looked at each other nervously. He quickly filled his cup(it looked like he got water) and hurried behind the counter. I could hear her continue to talk to him in a belittling way for a while after that. As we were leaving, I could hear her talking about the exchange to other staff. It was very uncomfortable. I hope the owner reads this. There was no reason for that woman to raise her voice or belittle anyone, period.

This is my favorite Panera that I have been to(and probably the only one I would give 5 stars). Always pretty clean, I like the layout, and it has some really nice outdoor seating. It’s newer, so everything inside is nice(and obviously newer looking). There is a parking garage RIGHT next to the entrance, so it’s really easy to park to eat here. If you feel like doing some shopping, or going to a movie, it’s in a great location for that. Food-wise, I really like this Panera. I have been to other Panera’s, where I order the exact same thing, and they don’t make it as well. This location has been the most consistent food-wise for me. Their broccoli-cheddar soup is delish, and I love their macaroni and cheese! One thing I like about Panera overall, is they have a lot of different size options. You can combine a couple of half-sizes of things so that you can get some variety. You can have just half-sizes of things. You can just have a bagel or pastry if you want something quick or lighter. I like the big menu that they have… there are lots of options. I like how they have lots and lots of vegetarian options, or things that you can easily make vegetarian. I also know that they have several gluten free menu options(my friend who is gluten free loves to eat here). I also feel like most of their food is fairly healthy, and you can always customize it to make it healthier. Also, you can become a Panera rewards member for free. So if you eat at Panera more than once ever, you should sign up for it and get the free rewards. Even if you come at lunch time, they’re pretty fast here. I’ve come here a couple of times for work lunches, and it’s been great each time. You can also order online. I haven’t tried it yet, but sounds pretty cool and convenient. I recommend this Panera! :)
